Only one month has passed and Eunmi is already know as the genius in Gu-Am High School. Everybody goes to her for help on their homeworks, tests, projects, essays, and things that involves school. Even the teachers want her to help them with the teaching and stuff.

But when everybody isn't talking about school and homeworks, Eunmi is all alone seating under a tree drinking her strawberry milk.

Nobody wants to be friends with her because they think all she does is read books, write boring things, talk about boring stuff, and be smart.

The truth is, Eunmi doesn't like all of those things either. She is just a normal girl who wants a friend that doesn't see her as the genius at school, but as Eunmi, a friend.

"Eunmi." the principal called her.

"Ne?" Eunmi said.

"Can you do us a big favor?" 

"What is it?" Eunmi asked. 

"You tutor a student."

"No." Eunmi said.  (just pretend that the board says NO)

"Why not?"

"I don't want to."

"But you'll be helping a student in need." (I've been helping students!!) Eunmi thought in her head.

"Who is it?" 

"Well...Uh...Eunhyuk." 

"Eunhyuk? The monkey?" 

"The monkey?" asked the principal.

"Ne. The monkey. He looks like one." 

"Ne. Eunhyuk....Will you tutor him?"

"He won't listen."

"He will! Just smack him if he doesn't! I'm begging you!"

"...." 

"His sister asked for this. She really wants him to pass this year!"

"Let him stay as a freshman forever." Eunmi said coldly.

"Please! Eunmi! Help him! Or else out school will be the worst school ever!" 

"So it's not the worst yet?" Eunmi said. "I thought it is."

"Eunmi! Please! I'll do whatever you want!" the principal begged. 

"Whatever I want?" Eunmi asked.

"Ne. Ne. Anything!" 

"Okay then. Erase my name in the school records. Like I don't exist." Eunmi said.

"Why?" the principal asked.

"Just do it. And don't tell anybody." Eunmi said.

"Ah...ne...So you'll tutor him?" 

"Ne." Eunmi said. 

"Here's his address. Start today after school."

"Ne." Eunmi said.

The principal went back to his office and wondered why Eunmi would want to erase her name from the school records. Is it because she is ashamed to be attending this school? The principal wondered, scratching his bald head.

"Such a bother. Tutor that monkey? It's gonna take a long time......" Eunmi said.

"Noona...I'm hungry..." Eunhyuk said.

"Fine. I'll cook. But you're washing the dishes later." Sora said. 

"Okay.." Eunhyuk said laying on the ground.

"And Hyuk." Sora said.

"Mmmm?" Eunhyuk answered.

"I got you a tutor." Sora said. 

"What? A tutor? Again?" Eunhyuk said.

"Mhmm." Sora said.

"Noona, don't even bother. She'll quit in 5 minutes anyway." Eunhyuk said.

"But she's different than your other ones. I think she can actually teach you something." Sora said. 

"Different? Teach me? Pfft..YOU can't even teach me," Eunhyuk said.

"Okay. I'll admit. I gave up in 1 minute but at least I tried!" Sora said.

"Noona, you asked me to write my name." Eunhyuk said.

"And you stared at me like you don't know how to write your own name! I got irritated so I quit..Nothing wrong with that.." Sora said. 

"When is the new tutor coming?" Eunhyuk said.

"She should be here any minute now..." Sora said.

Diiiing Dooong!! rang the doorbell.

"Noona, get the door." Eunhyuk said.

"Ya. I'm cooking. You get it." Sora said. 

Eunhyuk pretended to be asleep.

"Ya! Aish...I have to do everything around here." Sora said opening the door.

"Annyeonghaseyo. My name is Eunmi." Eunmi bowed her head.

"Annyong! Are you the new tutor?" Sora asked. 

"Ne." Eunmi said.

"Welcome!" Sora said letting Eunmi in.

"Smells good in here. Are you cooking something?" Eunmi said.

"Ne. I'm cooking dinner. You should eat with us!" Sora said. 

"Okay." Eunmi said. 

"But first, tutoring. Eunhyuk! Get up!" Sora said kicking Eunhyuk gently.

"So. You're my new tutor? You don't look different than my other ones." Eunhyuk said.

"Eunhyuk, be nice. I'll be in the kitchen if you need me, Eunmi. Oh and one more thing, you can smack him and hit him if he won't listen to you." Sora said punching the air. 

"Funny. That's what the principal said." Eunmi smiled.

"I told him that," Sora giggled.

"Ya! Noona, why are you teaching her violence? She might kill me!" Eunhyuk said.

"She won't. Now pay attention." Sora said heading for the kitchen. 

"This week's subject is math." Eunmi said.

"What are you gonna teach me? 1+ 1 = 2?" Eunhyuk asked. 

"Wah. I didn't know you knew that. I guess we're moving on to subtraction." Eunmi said pulling out a math book from her bag.

"Are you kidding me? I already know that!" Eunhyuk said.

"Well, what don't you know?" Eunmi asked.

"The things you haven't taught me." Eunhyuk said. 

"Ah..Right. Okay then let's start with Algebra."Eunmi said opening the book.

"......" 

"Solve this," Eunmi wrote 5(-3x - 2) - (x - 3) = -4(4x + 5) + 13 on a piece of paper.

"...." 

"What are you looking at? Aren't you gonna solve it?" Eunmi asked.

"I don't want to." Eunhyuk said.

"You don't want to or you don't know how to?" Eunmi asked.

"I don't want to." Eunhyuk repeated. 

"Okay then. I'll solve it." Eunmi said.

Eunmi wrote this on the paper.

answer: 0 = 0

"Did you get that?" Eunmi asked.

"Get what? You didn't even do the work." Eunhyuk said. 

"I don't know how." Eunmi said.

"You don't know how?" Eunhyuk asked.

"Ne." Eunmi said.

"How come you know the answer?" Eunhyuk said.

"I guessed." Eunmi said.

"You guessed?" Eunhyuk said.

"Ne. Will you check my work?" Eunmi said.

"No." Eunhyuk said.

"Okay then. Let's move on to the next problem." Eunmi said.

She wrote this problem on the paper.

2(a -3) + 4b - 2(a -b -3) + 5 

"Solve it." Eunmi said.

"No." Eunhyuk said.

"I'll solve it then." Eunmi said putting this on the paper.

answer :  = 6b + 5

"You didn't show the work again." Eunhyuk said.

"I guessed again." Eunmi said.

They continued on like that until Sora called them for dinner.

"Did you learn anything?" Sora asked Eunhyuk.

"I learned that this girl is a guesser." Eunhyuk said pointing to Eunmi.

"Is that true?" Sora asked.

"Ne." Eunmi said.

"You didn't teach him anything?" Sora asked. 

"No. I asked him to do solve some problems but he didn't so I did." Eunmi said.

"No. You guessed." Eunhyuk said.

"That's right. I guessed." Eunmi said.

Sora was confused.

"Let's just eat shall we?" Sora said.

"You're a very good cook," Eunmi said.

"Thank you~!" Sora said.  "Eunmi, you just moved here right?"

"That's right." Eunmi said.

"Who do you live with?" Sora asked.

"Nobody. I live alone." Eunmi said. 

"Aren't you lonely?" Sora asked.

"Sometimes." Eunmi said. 

"Maybe we should come over sometimes?" Sora said.

"No need. I go here to tutor him anyway." Eunmi said.

"It won't last that long." Eunhyuk said.

"It will. Longer than you think." Eunmi said.

"Eunmi, why do you live alone? Don't you have a family?" Sora asked.

"I do. I just ran away from home." Eunmi said. 

"Ran away? Wae?" Sora asked.

"I can't live them. They're too hardworking." Eunmi said. "I barely see them."

"Then you were lonely before you were living alone." Eunhyuk said.

"Aniyo.  I saw a lot of faces everyday. To be honest, I like seeing those people better than my own family." Eunmi said.

"Who are those people?" Eunhyuk asked.

"Just random people that work for my family," Eunmi said. "I don't know their names." 

"......." Eunhyuk stayed quiet.

"Thank you for the meal! It was delicious!" Eunmi said.

"No problem! You're coming back tomorrow right?" Sora said.

"Ne." Eunmi said.

"It's dark already. Eunhyuk, why don't you walk her home?" Sora said.

"No need. I can go home by myself." Eunmi said.

"You sure?" Sora asked.

"Ne. I live right there." Eunmi said pointing to the apartment beside theirs.

"You live next door?" Sora asked.

"Ne." Eunmi said.

"I heard that a lot of people died in there." Eunhyuk said.  

"Eunhyuk! Don't scare her!" Sora said.

"It's okay. The manager told me. He didn't dare to go in my apartment." Eunmi said. 

"Are you sure you're okay?" Sora said.

"You'll here voices at night, and next thing you know, someone grabs your feet when you're sleeping." Eunhyuk said trying to scare Eunmi.

"Ne. I'm fine. I'm not scared of ghosts." Eunmi said. "Good night." Eunmi bows her head. 

"Ne. Good night," Sora said.

"Sleep tight. Don't let them get you!" Eunhyuk said.

"Eunhyuk! Stop it!" Sora said. 

"Take ca-" Sora said. "Oh? She's gone?" Sora said looking around.

"They took her noona," Eunhyuk joked.

"They're taking you next." Sora said. 

"Oh? She left her books." Eunhyuk said.

"Go take it to her." Sora said.

"No. I don't want to be haunted." Eunhyuk said.

"Shut up and wash the dishes then." Sora said sitting on the couch and turning on the TV.

When Eunhyuk and Sora were going to sleep, Eunhyuk opened up Eunmi's book and looked at the problems again.

Sora was peeking from her room. (Eunhyuk sleeps in the livingroom cause there's only one bedroom.)

"How can she just guess? Is she really a genius?" Eunhyuk said.

He started to solve all the problems and found out that Eunmi's guesses were right.

"What? They're all right? I did these work for nothing!" Eunhyuk said closing the book shut.

"Ah...So Eunmi didn't teach him anything because he already knows how to solve the problems.....She is clever," Sora said to herself.

Meanwhile....

"Haunted? I don't think so," Eunmi said.
