For motivation , I printed out pictures of idol's before and after pictures to show how hard they worked to get the body they wanted!

Tips: 

- Be patient! Lossing weight takes time and it doesn't happen over night! - (it took me 2-3 months to get where i am now. 

-Do not starve yourself! ( it only slows down your metabolism and stores the food you eat as fat ) 

- Have fun during the process! :D ( Don't think of this as something you're forced to do. Make it into your everyday life style~ ) 

- Plan 1 break day a week! So you can enjoy foods you like to eat (-: but make sure you're careful on the amount you take in!

Did you find that when you crash dieted like you gained really fast? I totally did! Haha I have a pretty similar lifestyle to you! Let's keep on working hard to achieve our goals!
