My Health & Fitness Journey/ Tips ♥

So after watching videos to help motivate and kind of help me out, I've created my own diet plan! 

-  eat 4-5 small meals a day. ( 3 being the main courses & 2 being snacks ) 

-  do not eat 3 hours before sleeping 

-stay hydrated!!

- stay away from high sodium foods! ( foods containing alot of salt ) 

- remix your meals/swap them! (ex: instead of whole diary milk, switch to almond milk , rice milk, or soy milk!)

- eat cleanly .

The first you should do when you wake up is Drink a big glass of water! Just drinking a glass of water when you wake up can help boost your metabolism andis also good for the skin !

Breakfast: 1 glass of almond milk, cut up bananas , apples , mangos   or   almond milk with honey oats cereal with some fruit , or an over easy egg on toasted whole wheat bread with fruits on the side , and almond milk.   

--- (usually on the weekends i would drink a cup of hot green tea half hour after I eat to help boost my metabolism! and I think its yummy ^^) 

Snacks: granola bar ( KIND bars ) , an apple , baby carrots , berries , or sometimes almonds. 

Lunch: a spinach wrap with honey turkey & spinach , or a sweet potatoe with carrots/cucumbers on the side , or sometimes whenI'm feeling not so hungry I'll just pack either  some canteloupe or avacados into a container! ^^ 

Snacks: same as above

 Early Dinner: I fix myself something very nutritous yet something that doesn't contain alot of calories. 

--- 2 glasses of hot green tea. 

 

** Keep in mind that I am drinking alot of water through out the day to keep me hydrated! ** 

Also keep in mind your portion size ! Eat on a smaller plate~

Did you find that when you crash dieted like you gained really fast? I totally did! Haha I have a pretty similar lifestyle to you! Let's keep on working hard to achieve our goals!
