Last year (2013) I gained a total of 15 pounds (7 kg)!  Shocking right? 15 pounds within just a course of a year.~ 

I went from 97 lbs (44 kg) to 112 lbs (51 kg) . Now many people would say that 112 lbs isn't alot and I totally agree. It all depends on your height. You're height can make you appear alot heavier than you are. ( my cousin thought i was 10 pounds heavier than what i really was :(

Last year I was 5'1 ( 157cm) and was rarely active due to school and other activites and did not have time to exercise. Plus my diet was VERY POOR. 

I found that ever since I started to exercise, my height also increased due to my body stretching. 

I had no motivation what so ever and would sleep alot and did not think before I put anything in my mouth ><.

The things that made me change were:

- the constant questions asking if I gained weight 

- the struggle on putting on my clothes 

- how i looked in pictures 

- being tired & sleepy all the time

Did you find that when you crash dieted like you gained really fast? I totally did! Haha I have a pretty similar lifestyle to you! Let's keep on working hard to achieve our goals!
