My Health & Fitness Journey/ Tips ♥We can all just admit that exercising is not the most fun thing out there and can sometimes be painful. TT_TT
But I believe if you have something to motivate yourself, then it could be somewhat funand painful in a good way!
Usually when I workout I like to set goals. As weird as it may sound, I look up my bia's "ideal type" and try match that. For an example, if my bia says he looks someone with nice legs , then I'll work on some leg workouts! ahaha >< And it worked out for me~.
Exercising is mostly about toning the body and helps you lose those extra pounds if you want to shed more!~
I usually try to exercise 4 times a week/ at least 3 hours a week . During those 4 times, I try to go to the gym as often as possible but if I can't then I would just do workouts at home!
My workout consists of dancing-(sometimes learning a dance to a song) & doing blogilates at home!

*NOTE** : Start off slowly then build up over time with workouts! Also to stretch before doing anything!! **
