Dong Hae pulled me up.

“Let’s walk~” he said cutely, leading the way.

I followed obediently.

We walked down into the town.

Although it was busy, there was so much to see.

All the beautiful fans being sold.

Their colours dazzeled me.

Dong Hae watched me as I stood, staring at them in awe.

“Pretty, aren’t they?” He asked me, smiling.

I nodded.

Then we carried on.

I noticed a little tent at one end of the street.

There was a little sign outside.

I frowned at it.

I didn’t understand all of it.

Dong Hae noticed my confused expression.

“Future see!” He exclaimed in English.

I giggled. “Fortune teller?”

He nodded enthusiastically.

“Wow~ I want to know!”

This was one of the things I’d always wanted to try.

I went to walk in the tent when Dong Hae stopped me.

“I’m going to talk to someone, okay? See you when you finish!”

I agreed and finally went in.

There was a small, old Korean lady sat at a table.

She was dressed in traditional clothes and looked quite the part.

“Ah~ Come, Come!” She called when she sensed my presence.

I bowed and sat down infront of her.

“What do you want? Future? Palm reading? Tea reading?”

“Urmmm, Future!” I decided.

The lady smiled happily and took my hands.

After a few moments she spoke again.

Her face was saddened. “Your heart is troubled.”

I didn’t say anything.

“You have two paths.”

My heart started to beat faster.

How did she know?

I’d always wanted to try a fortune teller but I’d never really believed.

I thought it was all just a bit of fun!

I was starting to change my mind, though.

“Either way, I’m sure of one thing!”

I was quick to answer.

“w-what is that?”

She closed her eyes.
