Dong Hae, looked back when he heard me sniffling.

When he saw tears running down my cheeks, he stopped.

He jumped up from the piano seat and rushed over to me.

“W-what’s wrong? Did It upset you?”

I wanted to tell him. But I just couldn’t.

“No, no, no! It’s just so beautiful!” I exclaimed.

After I said this he pulled me straight into a hug.

“It’s nothing. I just thought a wonderful, pretty girl like you deserved a song written for her.

It was for me! The tears came on a little more.

“I’m sorry it’s not much!”

“No, I love it!”

“I’m glad you do! I was just hoping…”

He paused.

“Hoping?” I questioned.

“If you could love me, too.”

My heart seemed to stop. Was all this a dream?

I pulled away from his grip and stood a few footsteps back.

He looked at her, expecting rejection.

He held her arm out and pinched it.

Dong Hae frowned. “What are you doing?”

She looked up at him, still with watery eyes.

“I was checking…to see if it was a dream.”

Dong Hae tried to smile, not sure.

“So, does that mean…?”

“Yes.”

Dong Hae almost jumped in the air.

He wrapped his arms around me once again.

“I love you so much!”

“I do, too!” I replied clinging on to him.

I felt as if I was doing the wrong thing, in a way.

But it was too late, now.

When I left, what would happen?

Would he just forget about me? Or…?

No! I shouldn’t get my hopes up…

I should enjoy the time we spend together as it lasts…

Dong Hae walked me home that night.

He held my hand but as we reached the gates he was reluctant to let go.

“Tomorrow?” He asked simply.

“Yes. Of course.” I answered cheerfully.

“5pm. I’ll meet you after class.”

“Okay.” I nodded happily.

“See you then.” He finished kissing me lightly on the lips.

“Good night, sweet dreams.”

“Good night.” I replied.

I walked up to my apartment with a large grin on my face.

It was one of those moments where everything just seemed to be perfect.

I unlocked the door and fell flat onto my bed.

I smiled crazily to myself. To anyone else I would have a appeared crazy.

Tomorrow seemed years away.

I just couldn’t wait for it to come!
