Jin rolled his eyes and walked out of the store with V and J-Hope following close behind him, their shoulders slumped forward and tired expressions on their faces. They moved with small steps, the multiple shopping bags in their hands acting like weights that seemed to be up the last bit of energy left in their bodies.

"For sakes." Jin said in an annoyed tone, stopping in his tracks and turning around to glare at the two boys. "Could you two stop being such babies and it up? It's just a few bags."

"That's easy for you to say since you're not carrying it." J-Hope mumbled. Jin threw his newly acquired shopping bag towards him, causing for his eyes to widen as he used his fast reflexes to catch the bag in his arms before it fell towards the ground. 

"I wouldn't complain if I were you because out of us three, I'm the only one who has enough money to buy food since you two spent your money on video games." Jin retorted, a smirk forming on his face when he saw the immediate change in V and J-Hope's eyes at the mention of food.

The shopping bags in J-Hope and V's hands suddenly seemed so much lighter. 

V sighed and sulked, letting his expression admit defeat. Jin was right. He and J-Hope had spent the last bit of their money on the latest video game that they both had wanted to get since it came out a week ago. Even though they hated holding all of Jin's shopping bags, it was a hundred percent better than watching Jin eat all the food alone while his stomach grumbled in pure hunger. Sure he could sneak in a few bites, but Jin would eventually catch him and an angry Jin is the last thing that V wanted.

"Fine. You win." J-Hope grumbled and Jin excitedly linked arms with him.

"Let's go Taehyungie!" Jin chanted and began to drag J-Hope towards the direction of the food court, a disapproving look on the other male's face.

V chuckled and shook his head, following after the two seniors. 

When the two boys reached the food court, they instantly moved to line up at the pizza shop. 

"So, what looks good?" Jin asked, his eyes looking over the different pictures and meals written on the billboard. 

J-Hope his lips hungrily, slightly shrugging in response. "Everything seems so good..."

V tuned out Jin and J-Hope's voices as he looked over the billboard himself, trying to find the right meal that looked like it would fill his empty stomach. A slice of any two toppings pizza with a large drink? Too small. Two slices of any topping pizza with a large drink? Still not enough. How about two slices of any two toppings pizza, 6 pieces of wings, and a large drink? Still not satisfying enough.

V frowned. *Why does nothing look good enough?* 

"We agreed that you would pay hyung!" 

V let out a deep breath and tried to block out all the noises around him, focusing on the menu and trying to pick which meal he would get before it was their turn to order. 

"Well that deal is off!"

V brought a finger up to his chin, tapping on it and going deep into thoughts. 

"That's so unfair!" 

V held up a hand towards Jin, gesturing that he wasn't done choosing yet. Jin rolled his eyes and returned to his conversation with J-Hope, the three boys stepping forward when a couple moved out of the line.

"Fine! I'll stick to the deal and pay! Are you happy now Jungkook?"

V's eye slightly widened at the mention of a familiar name. He tried to overhear the conversation that was taking place a shop away from him until he found how stupid he was being. *Geez Taehyung. It's not like Jungkook isn't a common name.* He mentally slapped himself before taking another step forward in the line.

"You owe me so much Jeon Jungkook. So much!"

*Jeon Jungkook isn't a very common name though.* V thought and snapped his head to the right, his eyes landing on an angry Rap Monster, an amused Suga, and a happy Jungkook. 

"Jungkook!" He yelled out excitedly, dropping all of the shopping bags in his hands and running towards the startled boy without a second thought.

"Yah!" Jin scolded, picking up the disregarded bags. "You little ! These are expensive!"

V slammed his body into Jungkook's body, pulling the latter into a hug that made it seem as if the two of them hadn't seen each other in forever, which is totally wrong since they had seen each other a few hours ago. 

Jungkook quickly regained his balance from the sudden impact, also wrapping his arms around V just in case he fell. "Kim Taehyung!" He called out in disbelief. 

"I missed you so much!" V replied, nuzzling his cheek into Jungkook's surprisingly comfortable shoulder. 

Suga looked at the two boys in disgust. "What the is happening to the world?"

"It's either Taehyung is not Taehyung, or he's on some really strong drugs." Rap Monster added, looking over the hugging boys and meeting eyes with J-Hope and Jin who was already walking towards them. "Or more like all three of them are on drugs because only high people would buy that many things." He commented when the two boys stopped in front of them.

Jin scowled at him. "I heard that." 

"You were meant to princess." Rap Monster stated with a teasing smirk directed at Jin.

J-Hope quickly spoke up, noticing the anger that was already rising inside of his friend. "It's not weird to buy this many things when shopping. Actually, it's very normal." 

Suga chuckled and slipped his hands into his pocket coolly. "Calm down Hoseok. Rap Mon is just teasing him. Trust me when I say that Namjoon here buys just as many things when we go shopping as well." 

Rap Monster hissed at Suga. "Shut up."

Jin smirked and turned to look at V and Jungkook, noticing that the two boys were still hugging one another; or more like V was clinging to an unwilling Jungkook.

"V, stop hugging Jungkook like that." Jin scolded, noticing the pale color Jungkook's face was starting to take. "You're going to kill him soon." 

V panicked and pulled away, looking at Jungkook who just gave him a forced smile in return. 

"I'm sorry."V apologized, a guilty look on his face. "I didn't mean to hug you that tight."

Jungkook lightly chuckled and nudged V on the side. "It's okay. Don't be sorry." He smiled genuinely, trying to lighten up the sad mood that V was probably starting to feel. "Besides, it's not like we never tried to kill each other before."

V met eyes with Jungkook and he could see the cute expression the other boy was flashing him, immediately softening his heart once again. He smiled and softly pinched Jungkook's cheeks. 

"This is seriously ed up." Suga commented, turning away and taking a deep breath. "I need to sit down before I faint from all this weirdness." He began to walk towards an empty table, the three seniors following after him while Jungkook and V continued to stand in front of the smoothie shop.

"Did you want a smoothie?" V asked, turning Jungkook to face the shop and pointing up at the colorful billboard. "Which one of those did you want?" 

"Why?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow at V. "Are you going to buy it for me?" 

V smirked and wrapped an arm around Jungkook's shoulder, pulling him closer. "Of course babe. I'll buy you whatever you want."

Jungkook rolled his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest. "I'm not your babe."

"Not yet." V corrected.

Jungkook let out a tired sigh before returning his gaze to the billboard, quickly scanning it before telling V which one he wanted. "I want a large sized strawberry-banana smoothie." He stated and looked at the sweet smile on V's face.

"Okay then. I'll get it for you." V replied, earning a huge smile from Jungkook. 

Jungkook has been craving smoothies for almost a week now and he was finally going to get it, and to make it even better, it would be free for him. 

"I just need to go ask Jin hyung for money." 

Jungkook gawked at V in disbelief. "You offered to buy me smoothie with money you don't have?" 

"Actually," V held up a finger in a matter-of-fact gesture. "I was going to buy you smoothie with money I was going to borrow from Jin hyung which would then technically be my money and that would make it that I offered to buy you smoothie with money I do have." 

"Cut the bull Kim Taehyung." Jungkook said, flicking the other boy on the forehead. "The point is that you don't have money and you still had the guts to offer to buy me something." 

"Whatever makes my Jungkook happy." V said while rubbing his forehead and giving Jungkook the cheesiest smile a human could make. 

Jungkook scoffed and shook his head, trying to hold in the smile that was threatening to form on his own lips. *My Jungkook? He seriously thinks I'm his now doesn't he?* 

"So, did you still want that smoothie?" V asked, an innocent look in his eyes. "Because I need to ask Jin hyung for the money while he's still in a good mood." 

Jungkook slapped V on the stomach, earning a small groan from him. "No borrowing money." Jungkook sternly said with a smile. 

"Fine." V breathed out, hesitantly pulling away from Jungkook to pull out his wallet. "I think I might have some money hiding in my wallet." He whispered to himself and began looking through his obviously empty wallet.

Jungkook chuckled and looked away from V, his eyes slowly widening at the sight that he saw instead. He wished that his eyes were making a huge mistake, but when that famous eye smile came into view and that adorable laugh filled his ears, it was way too good to just be his imagination; and he would rather it'd be him imagining rather than the real thing. 

"Taehyung-ah..." He called and softly tapped on V's wrist.

"What is it?" V asked with furrowed eyebrows, his attention still fixed on his wallet as he held it upside down and shook it, hoping that money would magically fall out. 

Jungkook slightly held up his finger, pointing at the figures that were standing only a few feet away. "Is that Jimin and Jinyoung?" He asked, hoping that V would give him a straight "no" for an answer. 

V looked up at the mention of his main lover's name. "Jimin?" He followed Jungkook's finger and also saw the same sight as the latter.

Jimin and Jinyoung were buying ice cream together happily, the two of them looking like the world's golden couple. After paying for both treats, Jinyoung also helped Jimin wipe away ice cream at the corner of his lips while Jimin smiled shyly in return. Then after throwing away the napkin, the two of them walked out of the food court side by side as the air around them seemed like nothing but cute and utter love. 

"What the did I just see?" V asked, his eyes not leaving the space that Jimin and Jinyoung once occupied. "Was that our one and only Jimin and that dude with the smile... together?"

Jungkook's heart dropped as he nodded in reply and the two of them looked at each other.

"Why are they together?" V asked worriedly. "I'm pretty sure we did a good job at claiming all of Jimin's attention and trust. After all we told him about that dude with the smile, do you think he still likes him?" 

Jungkook's eyes saddened and he shrugged. "I don't know."

V bit his bottom lip and he dropped his eyes to the ground, beginning to get lost in his thoughts.

Jungkook looked towards the direction that Jimin and Jinyoung had went to, his heart breaking at the thought of the two of them possibly being on a date together. Even if they made Jinyoung look bad to Jimin, it was still possible for Jimin to fall for Jinyoung especially with the amount of charm the senior possessed. In other words, V and him were Jimin's friends, but that's all it might be from now on.

"Let's go." V said, holding Jungkook's hand and beginning to pull him to follow after Jimin and Jinyoung. "We have to go after them."

"Whoa!" Jungkook replied, forcing V to stop. "What do you plan on doing Kim Taehyung?" He wanted to stop Jimin and Jinyoung as much as V did, but they had to know exactly what they were doing or they might do something that they'd end up regretting.

V sighed and shook his head. "I don't know." He simply replied, looking deep into Jungkook's confused eyes. "But I do know that we need to try and do something. We're not going to let that Prince Charming take our princess away."

Jungkook could feel his heart beat faster at the way V was looking at him. The serous look in his eyes, the grip on his hand, the playfulness that was no longer there. It seemed to make all the uneasiness in Jungkook's stomach disappear. 

"Jinyoung can capture anybody else's heart except for Jimin's. He's our princess and he's off limits to everyone but us. We had pretty much lost him already Jungkook, and I don't want that to get to the point that we lose him for sure." V stated, his tone strong and unfaltering. 

Jungkook could feel his insides go weak in a soft way. V was always a and hard headed boy to him in the past and honestly, he still thought of V that way; but this soft and caring side was so unknown and nonexistent to him before. He suddenly felt so lucky to have been able to meet this side of V. He could think of so many reasons why Jimin could have fallen for him, but now he also saw why Jimin had fallen for V too.

*I get you now Jimin. If I were you, I wouldn't be able to choose either.* Jungkook thought, a small smile on his face as he lightly patted V on the cheek. "You didn't call him 'that dude with the smile'." He stated, noticing that V had indeed not called Jinyoung that. 

"That's because he's not just that dude with the smile anymore." V said, squeezing Jungkook's hand slightly. "He's Jinyoung, the guy who can take Jimin's heart away from us."

"Then what are we still doing here?" Jungkook smirked, looking towards the direction that they would be going towards. "Let's go stop that prince."
