"Why my friendship?" Minseok asked, her bottom lip jutting out slightly in a confused pout. Baekhyun pursed her lips in irritation.

"Because I said so!" Baekhyun snapped with a huff, crossing her arms over her chest in annoyance. Minseok lowered her gaze in thought.

"I mean, I guess so... if that's really all you want." Minseok nodded slowly as she stood up, brushing the dirt off her shorts. "May I ask why?"

"Because the girls in this school are es!" Baekhyun cursed bitterly, turning away abruptly. 

"Oh..." Minseok blinked before speaking again. "Well, I'll be your friend, Baekhyun!" The popular girl turned her head and gave Minseok an incredulous look, her arms still crossed over her bust. 

"Are you sure about this?" 

"Uh... Sure...?"

"Okay, good!" Baekhyun's look was immediately replaced with a pretty smile. "Now you'll follow me everywhere I go and do whatever I say, okay?" 

"But--"

"Okay?" Baekhyun repeated through gritted teeth. Minseok's mouth was still open from being cut off before nodding.

Meet me in the girl's bathroom when you get to school. Don't be late! 

Minseok rubbed her eyes with a yawn, reading the text with one blurred eye. Baekhyun had sent the text almost twenty minutes ago. It took Minseok forever to realize that she slept right through her alarm. If she slept any longer, she'd be late for school. "Oh !" Minseok squeaked before throwing off her bed covers and darting to the bathroom to get ready. 

She was out in record time, though her hair was a bit disheveled. She sped down the flight of stairs, not even bothering to greet her father before running out the door. 

Baekhyun tapped her foot impatiently as she leaned against the one of the bathroom sinks, inspecting her manicured nails for the nth time. She specifically told Minseok not to be late, but there she was -- waiting for Minseok with five minutes until the start of class. The whole time, Baekhyun was second-guessing herself. Would it really be possible to change a girl like this? From the looks of it, Minseok might as well be labeled as impossible. 

The bathroom door was pushed open suddenly, shocking Baekhyun with the loud thud it made when it hit the wall. "I made it!" Minseok chuckled maniacally, earning a strange look from Baekhyun. 

"You're late." 

"No I'm not?" Minseok was still trying to catch her breath as she approached Baekhyun. "I still have like... four minutes left!" Baekhyun stared at her blankly before sighing.

"Whatever." Baekhyun flipped her hair before looking up and down at Minseok's appearance. 

"W-What...?" Minseok squeaked, feeling awkward with Baekhyun's judging eyes staring at her. 

"You look like a mess." Baekhyun stated as if it were the most obvious thing. "Your hair is all frizzy and your skirt is too low."

"M-My skirt? But It's fingertip length--"

"Too low!" Baekhyun blurted out, rolling her eyes. She pulled a safety pin from God knows where before pulling up Minseok's skirt until it reached her waist, the hem brushing above her mid-thigh. 

"Too high!" Minseok shook her head as she tugged at the hem, her cheeks flushing a deep red. 

"Minseok, did we not agree to something yesterday?" Baekhyun narrowed her eyes. I can't be seen with a girl that wears her skirt down to her knees!  The latter stopped struggling, dropping her arms to her sides before letting Baekhyun pin her skirt higher. She did feel uncomfortable with most of her legs on display for everyone to see, but she refused to talk against Baekhyun. Besides, the girl wants to help her! It wou
