It's never easy to have confidence. Especially with my appearence. I used to be confident in my own body... Up until i was the subject of great bully and teasing of my previous school mates. I am an overweight girl. Now I'm a freshman in high school, with my best friend, Aerine. With this new start, I want to change my life. This is my story, dealing with friendships, hardships, romance, schoolwork and of course, my confidence and self-worth.

Gerdin: Being an overweight girl, life was pretty tough for her, but now she’s in high school, things have changed for the better. She’s out-going, has a good sense of humour yet lacks confidence in many different areas... Especially towards boys! But things are starting change...

Aerine: Best friend of Gerdin, and always looking out for her. Aerine is also out-going and loves to make friends. She’s comfortable with almost everyone, except for a couple of people!

 Lucia: Classmate of both Gerdin and Aerine. She’s very active and has great leadership skills. Her high-pitched voice and screams make her hard to forget! She may seem a little fierce at times, but underneath it all, she’s a friendly girl.

Azalea: Classmate of Gerdin and Aerine. Despite her rich background, she is always friendly towards everyone and never seems to look down on any of her classmates. She is always smiling, attracting many to her.

Jee Man Ie: A nice girl that's quiet and gentle. She’s also one of Azalea’s closest friends. Very diligent and hardworking, doing very well academically. Always willing to lend a helping to students in need.

Doojoon: Senior of Gerdin and Aerine. He is the most popular guy in school. Has a cool image that mesmerises and melts every girls’ heart. But he doesn’t really care. All he really wants is a girl that will fall for who he really is and not his looks.

Junhyung: Senior of both Gerdin and Aerine too. Prefers be alone. Doojoon is also one of the few people he keeps around him. He loves to write new music and rap. As he can only express himself through music, he's very mysterious as he doesn't interact with much people.

Hyunseung: Senior as well. In the same class as Junhyung and Doojoon. Doojoon's arch nemesis.  He is well-known for being straightforward and being serious all the time. Competes with Doojoon on every level, popularity, academics, etc.

Yoseob: A waiter at a nearby Italian restaurant near the school. Same age as Gerdin and Aerine. He is very polite and cute! Attracting many girls and even guys to like him.

Kikwang: Classmate of Gerdin and Aerine. Kikwang is a guy that reacts very slowly to everything that happens around him. He is very trustworthy and tries his best to make all his friends happy. He also sits beside Gerdin in class.

Dongwoon: Sits beside Aerine in class. European looking guy that is best friends with Kikwang. Out-going and honest. Very talented and not afraid of allowing himself to standout

Haliegh: Same class as Gerdine, Aerine, Kikwang and Dongwoon. Kind and friendly to everyone. Guys in class are always trying to get her attention as she's very pretty. But, there’s only one guy that she gives her full attention and care to.
