“Huwaa!!” a little girl was crying as she fell on the ground at playground

“Hey. You’re too noisy. Can you be quiet?” A little boy with a plaster on his left cheek said as he approaches in front the little girl.

The little girl suddenly stops crying and looked at the little boy for a while then continues crying loudly.

“Y-ya. W-why are you crying? I-I didn’t do anything” The little boy feel panic as he looked at the little girl. 

“I-it h-hurt...” The little girl was sobbing.

“Hurt?? Where??” The little boy asked. He then saw the little girl’s knee was bleeding a bit.

“Ahh. It’s okay. It’s not hurt” The little boy took out a plaster from his pocket and bent a bit toward the little girl.

“My appa always told me to bring a plaster with me since I’m always injuring myself and now it’s really useful,” The little boy said while put it on the little girl’s wound “Done! Now it was not hurt anymore” The little boy smiled as he looked at the little girl. The little girl was stop crying and looked at her knee

“T-thank you”, The little girl said cutely as she wipes her tear

“Do you want to see something amazing?” the little boy said cheerfully.

“This” The little boy show his empty palm toward the little girl

“It has nothing,” The little girl said when she saw his empty palm

“Wait and see” The little boy close his palm. He then opens his palm again and the little girl saw a lollipop on his palm.

“Wah!!” The little girl claps her hands “How you do it?”

“Secret. Here, this is for you” The little boy gave it to her

“Gumawo. You’re really smart” The little girl smiled

“Of course. My appa always thought me” The little boy said proudly while patted his chest

“You’re really funny” The little girl showed her eye smiles

“Hey, you really have beautiful eyes” ,The little boy said as he saw her smile. “Can we be a friend?”

“Emm” The little girl nodded “Sure, I’m happy to be your friend”

“Good. You can call me Taengoo because all my friend call me like that” Taengoo smiled “What’s your name?”

“Hwang Miyoung”

“Miyoung? Pff! What a weird name” Taengoo said while laughed a bit

“Y-ya! My omma and appa give me that name. Don’t laugh!” Miyoung stood up and throw a glare to Taengoo.

“Arasso.. Arasoo. Mianhe. You have a beautiful name” Taengoo said while pinched her cheek lightly

“Ya! Its hurt” Miyoung said while rubbed his cheeks

“By the way, how old are you?” Taengoo asked

“8 years old”

“Really? Me too! Then let’s be a good chingu” Taengoo said while smiled widely and showing his white teeth.

“Umm!” Miyoung nodded excitedly “Promise?” Taengoo took out his pinky finger to Miyoung

“Promise” They made a pinky promise at the playground.

“But… are you sure you are 8-year-old because you’re short than me,” Miyoung asked curiously

“Ya! I’m just short 3 cm than you okay”

“But you still short than me” Miyoung

“Just wait when I grow and I’ll become tall than you”

“Okay, we will see that” Miyoung smiled

Starting from that day, they become a good friend and always play together at the playground until one day….

Taengoo was waiting for Miyoung at the playground as usual, but she never shows up…
