The first chapater~^^

10 years later

*Tringggggggggggg!!!!!*

“Uhm…” I groaned as the noisy clock kept ringing in the morning. Without opening my eyes, I ran my hand on the small table next to my bed to find my clock and turned it off, continue my sleep.

After a few seconds my room went quiet again, suddenly my room door opened and I know who it is.

Mom

“Tiffany, wake up” Mom sat at the edge of my bed and shook my body to wake me up.

“Mom, 5 minutes more…” I said lazily and buried my face into the pillow

“No, honey. Wake up now. Today is your first day in school. I don’t want you late on your first day. Wake up now”

“Arasso, Mom” I answered lazily. I got off my bed and walked lazily toward the bathroom.

“Tiffany! Come down to eat your breakfast after you finish!” I heard mom’s voice from outside the bathroom.

“Okay, mom!” I replied while brushing my teeth in front of the mirror.

Today was my first day at school after a week in Korea. I moved to the States when I was 8 because my dad's company transferred him there. After 10 years, I went back to Korea because my dad's company transferred him again to Korea.

So, ready for a new school, Hwang Miyoung.

“Morning, dad” I quickly greeted my dad and kissed him on the cheek when I arrived at the dining room.

“Morning, honey” Dad replied with a smile.

“Bye dad, I'm already late,” I said hurriedly after grabbing a slice of toast and putting it in my mouth before grabbing my bag.

“Tiffany! Eat your breakfast first” mom said as she left the kitchen with a cup of coffee for dad.

“It’s okay mom. I’m in a hurry” I said and kissed mom’s cheek.

“Tiffany, do you want me to send you to the school?”

“No, it’s fine, dad. I can walk. It's just near from here” I walked toward the doorstep and took out my shoes from the shoe rack.

“Bye mom, bye dad, love you two,” I said after wearing my shoes and walked out of the house.

I took a deep breath and inhaled fresh air in the morning scene while walking towards my new school. I really miss this place. It really hasn't changed much and still the same as before.

“Today is really a nice day for a new school,” I said happily but then I stopped walking when I walked in front of the playground.
