YOU(Han Dara): (Age: 26) Since childhood you have learned that those with money had power and lorded it over those who didn’t. Your mother died of a usually curable illness because they didn’t have enough money to go to go to the doctor. You put your trust in people so you end up a swindler’s victim. But you’re your life seems at the lowest, a miracle will appear, hence you will take part in JaeJoong’s uncles scam, and has to get close to JaeJoong.
Kim JaeJoong: (Age: 28) the young CEO of Koreas most famous resort, Joseon Empire. Also knows as Midas Joong, hence it is said, that he can turn anything into gold with one touch. He is a neurotic mess who doesn’t believe in anybody, doesn’t trust something he hasn’t confirmed for himself and is extremely blunt. He’s an illegitimate child, who became an orphanage at a young age.
His relatives are gold diggers who want him to marry so that they can inherit half of the value of a premium piece of land his grandmother bought before her death.
Jessica Jung: (Age: 26) She is a second rate actress who can’t find a job. She’s divorced and in desperate need of money. She’s taken on her most challenging role: to pose as Kim JaeJoong’s younger Cousin Jung SooYoun, it’ll be hard going to convince the distrustful JaeJoong.
Kim JoonMyun (Suho): (Age: 27) A handsome and talented restaurant consultant. He used to date Jessica 10 years ago. He is the mastermind of the scam which Jessica is helping him with. He is very mysterious.

Ha MinJoo: (Age: 27) Chief Ha, Kim JaeJoong’s secretary and advisor, secretly the right hand of JaeJoong’s uncle, helping the uncle plotting against JaeJoong, with the mission of getting him married, to a girl who’s life depends on this mission.
Bang HyunBong: (Age: 35) Kim JaeJoong’s right hand. Always nervous of the young CEO’s next moves, how long will he keep his job?
Park Bom: (Age: 27) Your best friend. She owns a cozy little restaurant in Insadong. Her older sister dies and leaves her with her baby nephew to take care off. Besides from JaeJoong’s uncle and Chief Ha, she is the only one who knows about your secret mission.
