A/N: I know it's been months since I've updated and I am truly sorry, I was just stuck on this chapter. I will try to update a lot sooner than I have been because I know this was a ridiculously long wait. Anyway, more notes at the end. Enjoy!!!!

Jiyong listens as Anna describes Chaerin's real sister; her mother. As Anna gives great detail of how much Chaerin and her sister Jaelin look alike and how much of an amazing mother she was, both Chaerin and Jiyong are struck with a question.

“If my sister is older than me, why did she wait so long to have you?” Chaerin asks her. Anna looks down with a small smile.

“Well, to be honest, she didn't really mean to have me. She met a human who, even though he knew what she was, loved her with all of his might. It took a while for her to actually open up to him. He tried everything he could, he even went all across the world just to get a glance of her. Finally, one day she got tired of him following her around and she almost bit him. She was expecting a fight or something, but this man, this human was willing to let her kill him just so he could spend his last moments with her by his side. Your sister always did have a soft spot for humans.

They started out as just friends; she decided that he wasn't too bad of a guy and, as long as he stayed away from her when she was anywhere near danger, she didn't tell him off or make him leave. They were in love before they admitted it to themselves. One day he looked up at her and just knew that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. She, however, was a little slow on the uptake, and it took years for her to finally admit that she loved him. They were never married and I was they're only child, but they loved each other. Now, as you know, it's not common for a vampire to fall for a human, and it's even more rare for a vampire to get pregnant by a human, so she just figured it wouldn't happen to her. Low and behold, I was born when my father was 42 and she was 107.

They took care of me the best they could until one day, she disappeared and never came back. My father hoped, to his very last day, that she was somewhere in the world alive, but I knew she wasn't. A few years ago, I found out how he died and...I don't really know if I should say it.” Anne isn't meeting their eyes. She chooses instead to look at Amelie and Adrien.

“Say what exactly?” Chaerin asks her and she looks at Seunghyun with a pained expression.

“His father killed her.” Anne says with tears b.

Seunghyun needed to get away. He needed to do something to keep him from thinking of the expression on Chaerin's face when she found out that Seunghyun's father not only killed her sister, but he also killed her mother and almost killed her foster mother. Jiyong is trying to catch up to a running Seunghyun, and he almost looses him until the sobs stop Seunghyun in his tracks.

“Seunghyun, it's ok.” Jiyong says when he finally catches him. He hugs Seunghyun as tightly as possible as Seunghyun sobs violently into his chest. He shushes him and rubs his back until the sobs are nothing more than sniffles and hiccups.

“He killed her family. She must hate me.” Jiyong can't refuse. When Seunghyun had run off, Chaerin had looked at him devoid of any emotion and, even when they checked into the hotel she showed no signs of even speaking to anyone.

“She's...conflicted. On one hand, you took her and her friends in when they needed somewhere to stay, but on the other hand, you have your fathers genes and he did kill her family.” Jiyong curses his honesty when Seunghyun stills in his embrace. He looks utterly broken when he looks up at Jiyong.

“You...you think I'm a killer?” Seunghyun asks him right out. Jiyong stutters. He, of course, does not think that Seunghyun is a killer, but he knows that people inherit their parents genes and habits, whether they want to or not.

“Seunghyun that's not –”

“You think I'd do that to a family? Look, I know that I have his genes but I would never – could never – kill someone and take them from their family. I need to know that you trust me, Ji. I can't go around with you if you don't trust that I won't kill a family.” Seunghyun is pleading. Jiyong really wants to tell him that he believes him and that he doesn't think that Seunghyun would do anything, but he can't lie to him.

“I...I don't know if I can Seunghyun. Look at us, we're murders baby. And I know you, but what if one day you can't control what you do? Then what? I love you baby, I really do, but you need to know that it's not just you I don't trust...it's all of us.” Seunghyun wants to be angry, but he knows that Jiyong has a point. He knows that any of them could snap and go on a killing spree and that terrifies him.

“Ji, I –”

“I know Seunghyun, I know you're sorry, but you also need to know that it's going to take some time for Chaerin to forgive you, even though you didn't do it.” Jiyong holds Seunghyuns face in his hand and smiles sadly at him.

“How do you know she'll ever forgive me?” Seunghyun's heart breaks at just the thought of one of his very best friends not even looking at him.

“Because, you and I both know Chaerin. It's gonna be a while before she does forgive you, but she will.” Jiyong tells him. Seunghyun finally sobers up with a small, heartbreakingly sad smile and then realizes that they have no idea where they are.

“Ji, do you know where we are?” Seunghyun asks him. Jiyong takes in their surrounding and realizes that, no, no he doesn't.

“I don't know Seunghyun... I have no idea.” They're in a forest clearing, this he's sure of, but where they are is still a mystery. They both look around, and they shouldn't be scared, but they kind of are. Seunghyun is a tracker, so he can track some being or something if he concentrates hard enough. He listens intently to his surroundings before he picks up a faint sound. He grabs Jiyong's hand and they start running toward the source but, when they get there, they aren't expecting to see someone who looks just like Seunghyun staring up at them.

“It's about time you showed up. I've been waiting for hours.” The guys accent is one that seems both endearing and intimidating. The guy who looks like Seunghyun looks up at Jiyong and openly checks him out. Jiyong feels the need to cover himself even though he's fully clothed. “Nice. Anyway, dad's been waiting for you, so let's get a move on.” The guy who looks like Seunghyun tells him. Seunghyun is more confused than angry and he knows why, but he also knows that his father is a murderer, so now is not the time to be anticipating meeting him.

“Dad? Seunghyun's dad? And, I'm guessing your dad too since you kinda look almost exactly alike.” Jiyong says. The guy smirks at him and Jiyong would find it y if Seunghyun was doing it, but he can't get past the fact that this guy knows Seunghyun and that Seunghyun's father is still alive, and even though this guy looks like Seunghyun, he isn't him.

“Well, identical twins are supposed to look alike aren't they?” The guys smile is predatory and Jiyong hasn't stopped feeling uncomfortable since they met him. He wants to urge Seunghyun to leave but Seunghyun won't budge.

“I know you're uncomfortable baby, but you have to trust me.” Jiyong hears Seunghyun say in his head and he looks at him.

“I do trust you, it's him I don't trust.” Jiyong tells him and Seunghyun has to keep himself from smiling.

“Well, come on, I don't have all day.” He motions to a red sports car that Jiyong swears wasn't there a few seconds ago. He tries to usher Jiyong to the front, but Seunghyun grabs Jiyong's waist.

“I think we'll sit in the back actually.” Seunghyun tells him and he chuckles.

“How cute.” He said dryly. Seunghyun rolls his eyes as he and Jiyong take their positions in the back seat of the car.

“So, what are we gonna do about the others?” Jiyong sounds worried, even in Seunghyun's head, and Seunghyun smiled sadly at him.

“I'm not sure, Ji. I'm not sure.” Seunghyun tells him and Jiyong bites his lip worriedly.

“If you're worrying about your friends, they've been taken care of.” Seunghyun wraps his hands around the smirking mans throat and forces him to stop driving.

“If you so much as scratched them, I will kill you and dad. Don't test me.” Seunghyun tells him. The man chokes out a laugh despite the fingers around his throat.

“We haven't hurt your little friends.” Seunghyun lets go of his throat. “They safe, if not unconscious, in a cozy little apartment. Why so hostile twin brother? We are family you know.” The guy sneers and Seunghyun scoffs.

“It's been centuries since I've seen you, you're no family to me.” Seunghyun tells him.

“Well, you've got the Choi spite, that's for sure. And obviously the looks. But you have something better than any of us has ever had; Jiyong Kwon. You're in for a surprise pretty soon thanks to him. By the way, the name's Kyle.” Kyle looks at Jiyong in the rearview mirror and Jiyong hears his voice in his head. “You might wanna remember that for when you scream it out later.” Jiyong feels dirty just from the words.

“How can you talk to me like this?” Jiyong questions in his head and he hears a soft laugh.

“Me and Seunghyun are a lot closer than you think. I've been watching you since he first met you and I can't wait to get rid of him and take you for my own.” Kyle is still looking at him with a predatory gaze and Jiyong feels his stomach drop to his feet. Jiyong tries to tell Seunghyun that he's uncomfortable, but apparently there's something wrong with their connection and Seunghyun isn't even responding to him. Whatever happens next is definitely not gonna be a good thing.

Jiyong had tried everything; he tried to get Seunghyun to take him to hunt or to at least get out of the car with Kyle, but Seunghyun wasn't listening and he couldn't just outright tell Seunghyun what Kyle had communicated to him so he sat and anxiously waited for what was about to happen next. After a little while at vampire speed, the car stops in front of a large white estate and Jiyong almost forgets that he's still terrified.

“Well come on boys, the boss is waiting for you Seunghyun. Jiyong, you're coming with me.” Kyle says and the look that flashes across his face is anything but pleasant. Immediately Jiyong is defensive.

“And why can't I go with Seunghyun? I mean bonded vampires need to stay together, so I'd rather go with him.” Jiyong clasps onto Seunghyun's arm and grips it tighter than he means to. Seunghyun is confused, but then he looks at Jiyong with a small smile. Kyle laughs heartily.

“Well, that's cute and all, but that's just not gonna work out for the boss. Now, you could either come with me willingly or you can have help coming with me.” Seunghyun starts to lunge, but Jiyong grabs his arm and shakes his head.

“I'll go.” He turns to Seunghyun and caresses his face. “I love you baby.” Seunghyun's face softens.

“I love you too, Ji. I'll be back before you know it.” Seunghyun's smile is sincere, so very different from Kyle's sinister one.

“Ok, see you soon.” Jiyong let's go of Seunghyun's arm and lays a chaste kiss on his lips. Some of Kyle's goons come from around a corner and lead Seunghyun to where ever he's going; away from Jiyong. Jiyong follows Kyle silently as the creep leads him to another building on the property.

“Cheer up sweetheart, you can do so much better than him. Like me for instance.” Kyle says with a greasy smile. Jiyong feels sick to his stomach and scoffs.

“Back off creep. I only agreed to go with you because Seunghyun really wants to know what the murderer who got his mom pregnant. I'd appreciate it if you could just kindly lead me to my friends and leave me with them and never show your face again.” Jiyong conjures all of the spite he has but it only makes Kyle laugh that much harder.

“Well, well, well, aren't we a feisty one?” Kyle snakes an arm around Jiyong's waist and Jiyong tries to push him away but he finds himself unable to move.

“What are you doing to me?” Jiyong can speak but that's about all he has control of as of right now.

“Oh, silly me, I didn't tell you did I? I am a control-set vampire. I can control anything I touch and make it do whatever I want it to.” Kyle kisses the side of Jiyong's neck and he wants to punch him, fight back, but he can't because Kyle is one of the only Control-set vampires Jiyong's ever faced. Jiyong finds himself walking beside Kyle through the elaborately decorated halls without so much as a slump and he hates not being able to control his own body.

“Where are you taking me? Where are my friends?” Jiyong asks.

“God you talk a lot. I'd force you to shut your mouth if I didn't like that pretty voice of yours so much.” Kyle says against the hollow of his throat. Jiyong shudders inwardly and he really wishes he could push Kyle off of him and kick him as hard as he possibly can in his balls, but he can't and he's never been more frustrated in his life.

“Well, I'm quite inquisitive. You know that I am gonna get free of your control and Seunghyun is going to find and hurt you. No matter where you run, we will find you and we'll torment you until you can hardly stand it and let us catch you and end it all.” Jiyong tells him and Kyle's face is serious for the first time.

“I've seen much worse than a pretty boy and his boyfriend. I've killed more people than you could even count and I've done thing that would haunt even your worse nightmares. Don't act like you're scarier than you really are princess.” Kyle tells him and Jiyong stops talking right as they enter a room. It's a bedroom with a glass doors and a view of the spacious back yard with a patio area and a huge pool.

“Well sweet cheeks, this is our stop. Don't worry, I won't hurt you too much.” Kyle says and closes the door.

Seunghyun is lead to an upstairs room that's big enough to fit a normal house into and is faced with the back of a large computer chair.

“Well if this isn't the most cliched mob boss scene ever.” Seunghyun says sounding bored. He hears a deep laugh from the chair as it spins to face him.

“I would have a sarcastic for a son.” The man in the chair is just an older version of Kyle and Seunghyun and it's terrifying because Seunghyun can't even deny that he's related to these people.

“Oh don't flatter yourself. Why were you and your other son waiting on my arrival?” Seunghyun asks him and his dad sighs contentedly.

“Well Seunghyunnie –”

“Seunghyun to you.” Seunghyun cuts him off swiftly and he rolls his eyes.

“I was never one for nicknames either.” The man says and he doesn't look like he's planning to answer Seunghyun's question any time soon.

“I asked you a question.” Seunghyun slams his hands down on the table harshly. Immediately there is a multitude of guns pointed at his head. He looks around and laughs. “You have humans working for you? Pathetic.” Seunghyun tells him and his father laughs and motions for the men to put their guns down.

“Guys, give us a minute. Don't worry, he won't kill me, that will just give me what I want.” The men leave and Seunghyun is left standing face to face with the man who abandoned he and his mother and faked his own death.

“I thought you were dead. My mom died because of you and you're here living in the lap of luxury?! Do you know what I've gone through because of you?” Seunghyun asks him.

“Yes.” The man states simply.

“Yes? How the hell would you know what I've been through?” Seunghyun asks him.

“I've been watching you since the day you thought I died. I always had someone looking out for you. Why do you think you became such a great vampire? By luck?” Seunghyun's father asks him.

“Once again, don't flatter yourself. You leaving wasn't a good thing, and I became a good vampire because I learned how to do what I do alone. Now, why am I here?” Seunghyun finally gets to the point. His father looks out the window pensively and rubs his palms together.

“I'm getting old Seunghyun, and I need someone to take over the business.” His father states.

“You have another son who seemed perfectly capable of manipulating me to come here.” Seunghyun responds bordering on angry.

“No, he's not good for this business. He only does things for revenge and to get what he wants. He's a selfish brat and that's not good for business. But you, you got your head on straight. You could be good for this business when I retire.” Seunghyun's dad says and Seunghyun scoffs.

“And who said I was gonna take part in your 'family business' exactly? I'm not your little puppet to use when you get ready. It's been over a century since I've seen you and now you wanna come to me and ask me to take over when you retire? I don't think so.” Seunghyun starts to walk to the door but his father stops him with a few words.

“A silent though, a secret tear, keep his memory ever dear, time eases the edge of grief, memory turns back every leaf.” Seunghyun looks back at him with a puzzled expression. “The inscription on the bullet.” His father explains.

“How nice of you. Shoot someone with a bullet that talks about healing grief. We'll be leaving now, but I can tell this won't be the last time I see you.” Seunghyun tells him. He walks out of the room and, of course, all of his fathers idiot gunmen are there right in front of the door. Seunghyun gives them a challenging glare and, without much hesitance, they step out of his way and he sets off to find the others. He listens for any sign of any of his friends and he hears a faint cry from another building. He rushes there as fast as he can and sees Bom being manhandled by some of his fathers vampire gunmen.

“Bom!” He rushes over to her and snatches her from the arms of the idiot men and they almost attack until they see who he is. They bow and Seunghyun rolls his eyes. “Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just, help me find the others.” Seunghyun tells the men and they nod and lead him to a room right next to him. He sees Chaerin tied to a bed and stripped of all of her clothes and he's disgusted by these men and their hormones. Chaerin looks at him with a mixture of pain and acceptance on her face and Seunghyun knows that she was just gonna let the men do what they wanted and kill her if they wanted to.

“Chaerin, no!” Bom screams and Seunghyun puts a hand to .

“Shh, they'll hear you. Look, I might be the son of their boss, but you screaming will alert them.” Seunghyun tells her as he starts to work on Chaerin's bonds. Chaerin looks up at him alarmed.

“He's here? The man who killed my mother is here?” She starts to thrash in the bonds before Seunghyun can even get to them and Seunghyun doesn't know that happens, but in an instant the bonds are completely evaporated and Chaerin is standing in front of him fully clothed with a fury in her eyes that Seunghyun's never seen before.

“Chaerin, you have to listen to me, ok? You can't do this –”

“He killed my mother. Now he'll pay.” Chaerin's voice sounds robotic and her eyes are distant, but Seunghyun can feel the hatred emanating off of her. She not-so-lightly shoves him and Bom out of the way. She walks out of the room and there's something different about her and Seunghyun doesn't know what it is, but he knows that the only way to calm her down would be to get Dara.

“Look, I have to go get Dara and get her to calm down, but I need you to go and look for Jiyong. That creep Kyle took him and I will kill him if necessary. Just...Just go get him please?” Bom nods and sets off to find him while Seunghyun searches for Dara as fast as he can. He comes to a hallway with six doors and he can tell that Dara is in one of them, but whoever took her was clever because her scent is strong in each room. “.” Seunghyun opens the first door and searches for her blood instead of her scent and it's a bust, so he checks every other door the same way. When he's gotten to the fifth door, he almost gives up until he hears her scream. He rushes into the door and what he sees is the worst thing he's ever seen when Dara is concerned. They have her tied to a table and the six men that surround her are holding knifes with drops of holy water on them; not enough to kill her, but enough to slow down the healing process.

“Seungie.” She says weakly with a small smile on her face as a tear falls. Seunghyun promises himself then that he's going to kill every single man that his father has working for him and then he's going to slowly torture his father into insanity. He grabs two of the goons and throws them away from her as hard as he can and they fly through the wall. The other four try to attack, but Dara sparks a small orange flame to them both and they wail and back off. Seunghyun picks Dara up and heads to the door with her.

“Dara, I need you to stay strong, ok? Chaerin really needs you right now.” Dara sits up slightly at the mention of Chaerins' name.

“Why, what happened?” Dara asks him as he rushes through the house as fast as he can. He enters the hall that he left from talking to his father minutes prior and sees at least thirty men are laying dead on the ground. Seunghyun motions to them.

“That happened.” Seunghyun motions to the carnage and Dara gasps. She jumps out of his arms and runs to his fathers office to see that Chaerin is standing over him with the heel of her shoe pressed to his throat.

“You killed her you bastard. You killed my mother, and now it's time for you to pay!” She presses down harder with her shoe and Seunghyun can hear him struggle for breath.

“Chaerin, stop!” Dara runs up to her but Chaerin only pushes her away. Dara crashes into some of his dads expensive nicknacks with a soft cry and Chaerin immediately sobers up. She steps off of Seunghyun's father's throat, stomps into his face one time, then runs to Dara's side.

“I'm so sorry, baby.” Chaerin says. She picks Dara up and kisses her forehead with tears streaking her face. Dara smiles weakly at her.

“It's OK baby, I understand. Just make sure we get out of here soon, I'm starving.” Dara's voice is soft, but there's a smile on her face and Chaerin laughs through her tears.

“Do you know your way out?” Seunghyun asks them and Chaerin looks at him.

“Seungie, I'm so –”

“No time now, I want you guys to get out of here ok. We'll find you when we leave, just...just go.” Seunghyun throws them a smile over his shoulder and Chaerin nods. She sets off at full speed and Seunghyun has to find the others before he goes crazy. As he's running, he collides head first into Lydia who's covered in blood. “Lydz, what did they do to you?” He asks her panicking. She looks down at her clothes and smiles.

“That's not my blood, that's theirs. They tried to keep me from my Aileean and that, as you can see, was not a good thing to do.” Seunghyun sees that she's carrying Ailee on her back and he looks at her quizzically. “She's fine, but the s drugged her, so she's kind of unconscious.” Lydia explains.

“Well, Dara and Chaerin have already left, I told them to go, but go find them and find a safe place for us all to meet later. I have to go find everyone else.” Seunghyun says. He looks down the hall and sees some of his father's goons running out of the farthest room on the right and he prepares to fight, but he can see that they are running from a very angry Bom and Minzy. Minzy is clawing at a few big guys who are screaming for their lives and Bom has somehow summoned some kind of demon like wolfs who are biting off limps and tearing out internal organs. Seunghyun's never been so proud in his life.

“I think Bom and Minzy can handle themselves, if that's anything to go by, so we're gonna go find Chaerin and Dara and get to that safe place. Don't take too long or we might have to come back and find you guys.” Lydia laughs and Seunghyun smiles genuinely at her. She heads in the opposite direction and Seunghyun notices that all of the guys are dead before they've even gotten close to him.

“We're gonna go find Daesung and Youngbae, you go find Jiyong, Seungri, and Dongwook.” Minzy tells him. He notices that, even though she's the youngest of their entire clan, she's taking more initiative than most people would.

“Got it.” Seunghyun remembers seeing his creepy “brother” take Jiyong to a building opposite of this one and, while he'd love to find Seungri and Dongwook, he needs to make sure that his Ji is ok. He runs to another building and is surprised when he doesn't see any blood or bodies lying around. When he walks into the building and he can immediately see why. There's one big room filled with vampire and human workers alike and they all make a circle around Dongwook and Seungri. Dongwook is picking them up five at a time and tossing them on any sharp things he can find around the room and Seungri is knocking people down left and right.

“It's about time you got here.” Dongwook tells him as he starts to tear out the throats of some of the people who are attacking. Right before he can reach two of the idiots who are blocking a door, they're forced into the ceiling and dropped back down in front of him.

“Thought you guys could use a little help.” Youngbae tells him with a smile. Seunghyun tries to attack some more people but Youngbae stops him. “Jiyong needs you, get to him.” Youngbae says. Seunghyun steps into the room that was being guarded by the two and sees Jiyong and chained spread eagle on a big bed with multiple bite marks on him.

“Well hello brother, just taking your lover for a ride he'll never forget.” Seunghyun sees red as he watches Kyle Jiyongs' neck right at the pulse point. He starts to move toward Kyle, but Kyle grabs his leg and he's rendered motionless. “Oops, I guess I didn't tell you either did I? Control set vampire, I can control whatever I touch. How do you think I got mister 'inquisitive' to strip for me?” Seunghyun is trying with all of his might to move, but he can't.

“Whenever I do break free from your control, I will kill you.” Seunghyun tells him with a scarily calm voice. Kyle laughs like a maniac and stands up right in front of him.

“How cute,” he pats Seunghyun's cheeks in a very demeaning way “but I have your little princess in the palm of my hand and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.” Seunghyun snaps. He doesn't know what happens, but he is immediately in control of his body again and he punches Kyle hard in the face. “Impossible! You should still be paralyzed.” Kyle tells him.

“No one touches my Ji but me.” Seunghyun tells him and he pounces. He's punching everywhere he can reach and, even after Kyle is unconscious, he continues to punch him until he hears Jiyong's small voice.

“Seungie.” Seunghyun stops himself mid punch and walks over to Jiyong.

“Baby, I am so sorry I didn't listen to you. None of this would have happened if I weren't so stubborn.” Seunghyun tells him. Jiyongs eyes focus on his and he smiles a little at Seunghyun.

“You're right. You are stubborn.” Seunghyun chuckles a little and goes to work on the chains at Jiyong's hands and feet. When he's done with the last chain, everyone walks into the room, but as soon as they see Jiyong, they cover their eyes.

“Nothing to see here people.” Youngbae tells them and they walk out of the room. Jiyong and Seunghyun laugh.

“Well, today's been eventful,” Seunghyun tells Jiyong as he dresses him “We've been lead to a trap by my father, you were almost forced to be with another man, everyone has killed a multitude of vampires and humans, and all of our friends have seen you .” Seunghyun tells Jiyong. Jiyong giggles and smacks his arms.

“It's funny because most of this is kind of all your fault.” Jiyong says with a smile. Seunghyun's face gets serious.

“I know it is bay and I really am sorry for all of this. Next time you tell me not to do something, I won't do it.” Jiyong grabs Seunghyun's face and pulls him in for a kiss.

“I love you baby, and despite all that's happened, I'm not mad at you. I can't blame you for being curious, I'm just glad we're all still alive.” Seunghyun helps Jiyong up and they walk to the door hand in hand. They're met with six smirking faces.

“So Jiyong, when did you get those tattoos.” Ailee asks him and Jiyong blushes.

“We don't have time to worry about that right now, we gotta go find the others.” Seunghyun tells them and they all nod.

“They're at some gas station about twenty miles from here. I'll lead the way.” Dongwook tells them and they set off to meet up with everyone else.

“Seunghyun, can I talk to you for a second?” Chaerin asks after they're all settled in the living room of an abandoned, but very nice, home on the outskirts of whatever town they're in.

“Sure.” Jiyong gets off of Seunghyun's lap and Seunghyun follows Chaerin to the front door.

“Look, I'm –” Chaerin starts.

“Sorry.” Seunghyun finishes for her. “If it wasn't for me, you never would have went off and if it wasn't for my father, you'd still have your mom and your sister. I can't change what that monster did, but I can make sure that it won't ever happen again.” Chaerin is teary eyed as she hugs him.

“I'm sorry for being so angry with you, you didn't deserve that, and you are nothing like your father if that's any consolation.” Seunghyun chuckles into her hair as she cries silently into his shoulder.

“Thank you Chaerin. Just please, don't ever be that mad at me again. I hated seeing how hurt you were.” Seunghyun her hair and she nods into his chest. Seunghyun looks at the window by the door and sees Jiyong and Dara cooing at them and laughs.

“I think we have an audience.” Chaerin looks where Seunghyun is pointing and laughs.

“I'm not even surprised.” Chaerin says. She squeezes Seunghyun once more and he kissed the top of her head, then they let go of each other.

“Thank you for being so understanding, Seunghyun.” Chaerin says and Seunghyun pushes her softly.

“Don't go all sappy on me now wonder woman. You took out fifty vampires all by yourself, remind me to stay on your good side.” Seunghyun tells her and she laughs brightly.

“Well, as long as you don't mess with my little weirdo, I think we'll be good.” Chaerin says looking at Dara. Dara makes a scandalized face.

“I heard that.” She says muffled and they both laugh.

“Works for me.” They walk back into the house and settle down with their injured friends and lovers and Seunghyun could not be happier.
