Daehyun

After Youngjae left (not that I was purposely watching the door to see if he was leaving or anything, I just… happened to notice when he left is all), my day seemed to drag on in the slowest of ways possible and I was happy when I looked down at my watch to see that it was time for me to head out. I clocked out happily, keeping my head down as I left.

My coworkers had a nasty habit of asking me to do things for them right after I clocked out, and if I was unlucky, then I’d end up working an extra hour after my shift and not even get paid for it. Yeah, I’m not about that.

I swung by the coffee shop down the street, getting two coffees to go before hurrying down the street to my intended target. My coffee was halfway gone by the time I reached the door bell and with two cups in my hand (and the laziness of not wanting to bend down and set one down or risk spilling anything by ringing the door bell with a hand full of coffee), I merely took a step back and used my foot to ring the door bell… and nearly fell on my in the process. Yeah, I’m that smooth. How did I think that was a good idea and would require the least amount of effort/coffee spillage?

“Coming~!”

The door opened not a few moments later and I plastered a grin on my face, bowing a little, “Hi, Mrs. Kim… is Himchan hyung home?”

“Oh, of course he is!” Himchan’s mum beamed at me as she motioned me forward. “Look how cute you’ve gotten, Daehyunnie, omo~ Himchan needs to invite you over more! I miss seeing my second son, omo, screw Himchan inviting you over, why don’t you just come to visit your Umma.”

I smiled as Mrs. Kim pulled me into a tight hug before standing back to straighten my hair and the collar of my shirt. “I’m sorry, I’ve been busy with school, but I promise, I’ll come visit more!” I said, bowing a little again.

“Aigoo, look how cute and polite you are~~ Omo, yeobo~ Daehyunnie is here!” She said, letting me into the house before leaning around to the living room where Himchan’s dad was at.

I swear, I loved Himchan’s family. Like, he is lucky. My parents . I mean, I guess they are okay and they are supportive in their own way but Himchan’s parents seriously rock.

Himchan’s dad walked over, “Aigoo, you’ve gotten taller haven’t you, Daehyun!” He said, clasping me on the shoulder. He glanced down at my hands, noticing the extra coffee before laughing, “Ah, yeobo! Our Daehyunnie here is on a mission… what is it… girl problems?? No… boy problems… You’re wearing the black jeans. Definitely boy problems.”

I glanced down at the cloths I had picked out, pursing my lips. Damn, I did put on my black jeans this morning. Himchan had once told me that his parents could figure out exactly who he was going out with by just his outfit, and I guess I never really believed him.

What can I say though… these jeans make my look great.

I smiled a bit sheepishly, “uhm, actually, yeah… Yongguk hyung gave me some bad advice I think, and I thought if I brought Himchan hyung a coffee, he’d help me.”

Himchan’s mum was back to hugging me, ruffling my hair again, “Awww~ So cute! Coffee or no coffee, he’d better help his adorable little dongsaeng… otherwise, I’ll put him on a ban!” She smiled, “He’s up in his room getting ready… it’s probably best that your here so he's not freaking out up there too~”

His parents left me in confusion as I took off my shoes and headed up the stairs. “Hyung…” I knocked lightly on the door, waiting for Himchan to open it.

“Daehyun? Why are you here—Oh my god, coffee, you are a life saver! Ulgh, I could just kiss you!” Himchan took the coffee from my hand, shuffling back into his room as I followed in behind him. His room was a mess with clothes strewn all over his bed and falling onto his floor and Himchan himself was half dressed, his jeans not even buttoned up and his shirt on backwards.

“Chan… are you okay?”

“No, no I’m not, oh my god… Jongup is so stupid, ulgh, why didn’t he get my hints on the phone, he was supposed to lie and tell Umma that he had plans tonight, like... night classes or something oh my god…”

I pushed Himchan’s jeans off the desk chair and sat down, “Why would he need plans tonight…?”

“Cause, Umma is so nosey and wanted me to invite him over for dinner and damnit she’s excited about meeting him and ulgh, Dae, help me!”

I smiled, setting my coffee onto his desk. Even though I came here for help of my own, seeing Himchan so flustered wasn’t something that happened often. If he was asking me for help, he definitely needed it. “Well, first, you’re wearing your shirt backwards…” I held out my hand, motioning for Himchan’s shirt which he stripped off and handed to me.

I folded it up and set it down on the edge of the bed, “Okay, so let’s start with finding—holy , hyung, what happened to your back!”

Himchan looked surprised, “What?”

“, like, did you get into a fight or something?” I took a step closer, pushing on Himchan’s shoulder to get a better look. The dark red scratches were vivid against his skin and with his jeans riding lower on his hips; I could clearly see the deep bruises that marred the skin. It took me a minute before I looked up at him, “, how rough was he with you…” I squinted my eyes a little, “Damn! He even left bruises here?” I asked, gently touching the side of his neck where the light splotch of discoloration was at.

Himchan smirked, shrugging his shoulders, “Yeah, look what he did to my …”

Before I could even stop Himchan, he turned his to me and shimmied his pants down a little.

“Damn, he bit you that hard?! How the hell was that even enjoyable!” I nearly screeched, looking at the nearly circular mark that was settling into Himchan’s skin.

Himchan laughed, “It was great, Dae! He did it right as he—”

I held up my hands, “Never mind, I don’t want to know, hyung… You keep your rough to yourself…”

“Hey! We did it in the dance studio though, in front of those mirrors…”

“Oh my god… I’m never going in there again…” I turned away from Himchan, beginning to pick up the strew cloths to put them back in his closet.

Himchan sat down on the edge of his bed, sipping at his coffee as he watched me. “You know, you never bring me coffee after work anymore…”

I shrugged lightly, still picking up his mess of clothes, “Cause I’m not made of money, hyung… you like the expensive .”

Himchan laughed and shook his head, “You’re here for your hyung’s advice, right? Finally realized that Guk’s plan won’t work?”

I pouted my lips, walking over and flopping onto Himchan’s bed, “His plan … I think it’s just annoying Youngjae now…”

“Well, yeah, it’d annoy anyone, Daehyun… you’re being seriously ing greasy… you’ve got to slip in there before you go full throttle.” Himchan looked thoughtful, “oh!! I know something that will help both of us!”

Before I could even question what Himchan was talking about, he was already on the cell phone. He refused to tell me his plan, but it was only a few minutes before I could hear the loud squeals of Himchan’s mum as she fawned over who ever had just arrived at the door.

Himchan hopped up from the bed, “That’s my cue, wait here, Dae and let me go save the baby from Umma…”

Zelo

I couldn’t have been more grateful to see Himchan then I was in that moment. The second the door had opened, his mother was all squeals and ‘omo’s and ‘aigoo’s as she played with my hair and pinched my cheeks and complimented me on my height.

When Himchan skipped down the stairs, I shot a pleading look to him, and he merely laughed.

“Umma, stop scaring Zelo~” He said, swatting playfully at his mother as he pulled me along with him as he led me up the stairs.

His mother pouted at us as I was dragged away from her, “Omo, but he’s too cute, why does my Himchannie have the cutest friends… I’ll bring some snacks for all of you! Aigoo, but I can’t ruin your dinner, Himchannie~~”

I shook my head as I climbed up the stairs behind Himchan, “So what’s this emergency that you called me about, hyung?” I asked.

“Well, I need help picking an outfit—“

“You called me all the way over here for a fashion crisis—“

“And Daebutt is having a major malfunction, calm down, Lo~” Himchan said, grinning at me as he pushed open his bedroom door.

I blinked in confusion as he finally dropped my wrist and I was left standing in his room, staring back at the brunette that was cleaning up the mess of clothes that were strewn across Himchan’s room. “Is your room always this messy, hyung?”

The brunette—I assume this is the ‘Daebutt’ guy—gave a laugh, “No, he’s just being a panicking diva over his dinner date with Jongup.”

Himchan let out a dramatic huff as he flopped onto his bed, “Shut up, Daehyun, I just want to look good!”

I couldn’t help but smile as I began to help pick up Himchan’s cloths and fold them back up, “Hyung, you always look good… Jongup likes everything you wear…”

“Seee!!!” Daehyun said, waving a pair of jeans at Himchan. “Now why can’t you help me with my problem now!”

Himchan rolled over, “Naah~ That’s what Zelo is here for…”

I looked up, “What? I’m sorry…?”

Himchan sat up with a wide grin, his bunny teeth on full display, “Dae here is trying to get in someone’s pants and he got some terrible advice and has been going about it the wrong way the whole time…”

I pursed my lips as I helped Daehyun finished hanging up the rest of Himchan’s clothes as the culprit of the mess continued to laze on the bed behind us. “So, Daehyun hyung… who are you trying to get with and why can I help?” I asked in confusion. Honestly, this was the first time I’d ever really gotten to meet Daehyun. I mean, yeah, I’d seen him a few times with Himchan hyung, but I’d never talked with him and I knew nothing about him so honestly I had no idea why I could have been of any help.

It’s not like I had any superior knowledge in the dating world either. I understand Himchan’s want for my help because Jonguppie’s my best friend and all that, but Himchan has no need to worry about all that because seriously I could punch the smile of the 4D puppy’s face for how often he goes on and on about Himchan, but enough about that.

Daehyun was shrugged uselessly and I had the urge to shove at him like I usually did to Jongup when he was being quiet, but thankfully Himchan spoke up.

“Daehyun wants to that new kid your friends with, Youngjae, right? He’s been following Yongguk’s advice and I think it’s absolutely terrible.”

“Wait… You want to sleep with Youngjae hyung?” I asked, looking at Daehyun with wide eyes as something began to click in my head. Oh god, this was just too good. Really it was.

“Whoa, whoa, why are you laughing, stop laughing. Channie hyung, he’s laughing at me!!” Daehyun was quick to point at me as he turned to look back at Himchan.

I couldn’t help but double over with my laughter, my arms wrapped around my stomach as I clutched at my sides in pain. The laughter just wouldn’t stop and soon I found myself on my knees, tears in my eyes as Daehyun huffed and stomped his foot in annoyance.

I waved my hand at him, trying to catch my breath as I sat back on my and leaned against the wall, “I-I’m okay, I’m fine, really!” I said, the giggles still escaping me as I grinned up at Daehyun as the brunette glared down at me. “I’m sorry, hyung, really, I am… but you have like… no chance of sleeping with Youngjae hyung…”

Daehyun’s lips parted and I cut him off quickly.

“Well, first off, he thinks you’re an annoying creep and he wants to poke your eyes out with a dull pencil because you’re always staring at him in class, his words not mine…” I said, pushing my palm against the wall as I stood back up, “And second, he’s threatened murder whenever he finds out who’s been leaving him those god awful pickup lines…”

Daehyun pouted his lips, looking up at me almost sadly. Kind of like a kicked puppy… no… Jongup looked like a kicked puppy.

Daehyun looked like a kicked… bunny? Yeah… kinda. “He thinks I’m annoying?”

“Wouldn’t you?  I mean, you’re always staring at him!”

“It’s hard not to stare at him though… he makes it too easy…” Daehyun mumbled before turning to look at Himchan, “And noona’s going to kill me because I’m going to kick Guk hyung so hard he’ll never have again for his terrible advice…”

Himchan rolled off the bed with a giggle, “Daehyun~ It’ll be okay~ Obviously, Youngjae doesn’t know it’s you yet otherwise you’d be dead in a very brutal way apparently, so you’re still in the clear… Zelo! What can Daehyun do to get Youngjae on his side…”

“Uhm…” I rubbed the back of my neck, “I don’t know, truthfully, I don’t really… pay attention really? I mean… why would I? Hyung’s just my friend?”

“Ulgh, c’mon Lo~ you must know something…”

I shrugged my shoulders, “First stop with the pickup lines, that will definitely help… and clean up the ones that are at the bottom of his locker, they annoy him…”

Daehyun nodded his head quickly, his attention fully on me now. With the intensity in his eyes, I could suddenly see why Youngjae was so put off by the staring my god, there was just… something in Daehyun’s stare, you could feel it on your skin, crawling across you. I almost wanted to swat at him but… he’s my hyung… I’ve got to play nice.

I let out a whine half turning away from them as I tried to think of something, “I really don’t know you guys, uh, just… leave him gifts or something! Like… roses! I don’t know… He seems like a bit of a romantic… so go with that…”

“Does he like roses?”

“Sure, yeah… I guess? I don’t know!” I studied Daehyun’s pout for a moment before raising an eyebrow at the Busan boy. “Are you sure you’re just trying to sleep with him, hyung… because this is just an awful lot of work… why not just walk up to him and just… yah know… tell him that you want to ?”

“Zelo! Language!!”

“HYUNG! You have no room to talk!” Himchan and I held playful glares for a minute as Daehyun let out an exasperated sigh and walked away from us and over to the desk, grabbing the nearly finished coffee from the table top.

“I’m out of here now, Chan… thanks for the advice, Zelo… and don’t you dare say anything to Youngjae cause I’ll hunt you down! Bye guys!”

Daehyun was out the door before Himchan could protest, and I turned to my friend, “Do you think he actually likes Youngjae?”

“Oh, I know he does… he’s never been one for a one night stand… I just don’t think he knows that he likes Youngjae…” Himchan said, flouncing over to his closet where he began to sort through everything me and Daehyun had put away, “C’mon Zelo, help hyung pick something out now…”

I nodded my head with a sigh; I had my own problems to deal with. I really didn’t want to get in the middle of having to help a hyung a barely knew hook up with my newly befriended hyung. I’m not about that. I have class. And school. And sleep. They need to sort their out themselves. “Okay, hyung…”

Himchan

It was another half an hour and at least fifteen outfit changes before Zelo deemed my outfit perfect and left me to finish getting ready. I could hear him trying to fend off my mother on his way out and I couldn’t help but laugh as I leaned out my bedroom door. “Umma, let Zelo go or I won’t invite him over anymore~”

“Yah~ Himchannie~ So mean, hiding all of your cute friends!”

I shook my head at my mother’s attics before retreating back into my room and going into the bathroom. It was slow work, applying each layer of makeup carefully from the thin layer of bb cream to the light eyeliner and mascara and a bit of pink tinted lip balm. My hair was a whole other story, the brown locks just not wanting to cooperate with me today as they curled in all sorts of wrong directions no matter how many times I tried to get them to lie correctly.

I could feel nervous butterflies in my stomach as I stepped back from the mirror and looked at my outfit with a critical eye.

Zelo had talked me into wearing just a plain black v neck t-shirt that dipped down low enough to show off a good expanse of my pale skin and sharp collar bones. I nodded in approval before turning slightly in the mirror, pursing my lips as I popped my hands onto my , gripping at the round flesh through my jeans.

Yeah, these jeans would definitely work. Zelo had a good eye.

“Yah~ Himchannie~ Jongup is here!”

Oh god.

Already?

How long had it been since Zelo had left??

Like… oh my god, two hours? Had I really been standing here doing my makeup and checking myself out for that long, oh my god. I’m helpless.

I hadn’t even heard him knock… or ring the doorbell… he hadn’t texted…. Or called….. you know what, my mother was probably stalking the door and didn’t even let him approach the front gate before she was rushing to meet him to be completely honest. I took one more look in the mirror, giving myself a once over before sighing softly and leaving my room and hurrying down the stairs. If Jongup was already here, that meant I had to save him from the torture that was my mother.

I took the stairs down and came to a stop in the front hallway, surprised to find it void of people unlike I had expected. A low chuckle caught my attention and my father stepped out from the kitchen. “C’mon, Jongup’s already gotten your Umma’s liking…You’re going to have to fight for his attention back…”

I pouted as my dad walked with me into the kitchen. Jongup was standing at the counter with my mother already, an apron draped around him… well, mine to be exact (okay so maybe it was not really mine and more like the guests since I can’t cook worth a ). He was helping my mum finish preparing dinner, a wide smile on his face as he did so.

“Umma! You can’t make guests help you cook!” I scolded.

“Why not!” my mother pouted instantly, “Jonguppie here is a great help already, and he hasn’t set anything on fire, unlike someone else who we won’t mention. But just for the record, his name starts with an H and ends with an N.”

I pouted as I crossed my arms, “That’s not nice, Umma…”

Jongup turned his smile towards me, “I don’t mind, Channie… I like cooking… besides, it’s usually just me and ‘Lo in the apartment, so I don’t get to do it often…”

I couldn’t help but smile in return. His smile was so damn contagious. It was like every time he turned his lips up the whole world would light up and music would start playing and everything felt warmer and oh god something was wrong with me.

“Himchan, honey, help your Appa set the table please…”

I pouted instantly, “Umma, but, Jongup—“

“Himchan.”

I stuck my tongue out at my mother before moving between her and Jongup easily, digging out all of the needed utensils and plates and other things I needed before passing half of them to my father and helping him carry them to the dining room where we set the table.

It wasn’t long until Jongup was helping my mother carry in the main dish, setting it out onto the table. The two of them were almost silently giggling about something and I couldn’t help but pull a pout as I caught Jongup’s arm and loosely tugged him over by me.

Jongup grinned at me, catching my hand in his as my mother didn’t even noticed that she had lost her helper as she hurried back to the kitchen to grab something else.

“Your mum is really cool…”

“She’s alright…” I said, shrugging lightly. “C’mon… come sit by me…” I said, pulling the apron off of him and dropping it onto one of the spare chairs as I tugged Jongup over to the chairs.

Dinner was uneventful and never before in my lifetime had I ever been so glad that my parents were just about as awkward as I was about something. Honestly, Jongup was the first person in my whole history of dating that I had ever had over for dinner in this sort of setting. I never brought people over to ~meet my parents~ because that wasn’t want I did. Sure, Daehyun ate dinner here quiet often (that being any time my mum wanted to try cooking something new and needed someone to test the recipe on), and Yongguk and Jieun came over for dinner a lot too.

But this was different.

This was Jongup… and… I liked him, and I think he liked me, but I really really liked him and just, it was different and it really meant a lot to me that my parents were totally ruining this for me with their embarrassing ‘oh my god, guess what Himchan did last week!’ stories.

Plus, Jongup kept nudging my foot with his as we ate and that was probably the most adorable thing in the world so, yeah, plus ten cute points for the cutie pie.

It was finally my father that broke the somewhat comfortable silence, clearing his throat carefully. “So what do you go to school for Jongup?”

Jongup looked up from his plate, chewing quickly so that he could clear his mouth before speaking, “Oh, I’m a dance major…” He replied.

“Really now?” My mum beamed in excitement.

“Mhmm, I want to be a choreographer one day, do a lot of work here, and then get known overseas too…” Jongup said, smiling in return.

I sat up, beaming brightly, “You should see Jonguppie dance, he’s really good at it…”

Jongup blushed lightly at the compliment, near silently brushing it off with a smile and I could feel his foot nudging against mine again and I couldn’t help but smile at his cuteness.

The rest of dinner was pretty much uneventful, idle talk about nothing in particular with boring conversations about school and soon me and Jongup were helping my parents clear away the plates before my mum was practically dragging him away from me so that she could show him around the house. She pointed out each room, her hand clutched around his arm as she drug him from room to room.

My mum bounced in excitement as we finished up the tour of the house. The tour that I had wanted to do alone because I had wanted to end up in my bed room… stupid parents never wanted their very hormonal kid to have any fun. It’s not like I could get pregnant parents, geez. Go away. Yet still, there my mum stood, bouncing in excitement as she clung to Jongup’s arm, blocking me by inserting herself in my space at his side. “Oh, Jonguppie… Chan never tells anyone this… you’ve got to see it… come here…”

I followed my mother as she drug Jongup along, “Umma, don’t do that please, it’s embarrassing, there’s a reason why I leave it all well enough alone…” I whined as the door at the far end of the hallway that I had actively avoided for certain reasons was now propped open.

Jongup breathed out a soft whistle, “Wow… that’s… a lot of instruments…” he mumbled, taking a look around the cramped room that was my practice slash storage—but mostly storage—room. Every time I picked up a new hobby or interest, my parents were all supportive and annoying and rushed out and got me the first shiny new instrument they could find and it was great, really but honestly, half the things in the room I could barely remember how to play.

I let out a loud groan as my mum drug Jongup over to the piano, knowing exactly what it was that she was looking forward to showing off.

Upon the first note ringing off into the air, I couldn’t help the soft mumble, “B sharp.”

Jongup looked back at me in surprise, before looking down and watching my mother hit another key on the grand piano that sat in the corner of the room.

“G.”

“You can see what key she is hitting.” Jongup said, smiling a little.

Ouch.

Okay, that’s a bit of hurt to the pride. Instantly I was pouting as I turned my back to them and waved my hand in the air nonchalantly.

“C… F sharp… G… A…” My mum then struck three keys at once and I paused, listening to the notes hang in the air.

“That’s cheating though, that was more than one note.”

“C major.”

I blinked rapidly as soft hands cupped over my eyes and I could hear Jongup’s voice directly in my ears, “You’re still cheating somehow, right, do it again…”

I giggled softly, shaking my head but keeping my eyes closed behind his fingers anyways as my mum struck the random keys again.

“B… C… G… A minor…”

“How is he doing that… did you plan this??” Jongup asked, a cute confusion in his voice.

My mum sounded as though she could just scoop Jongup up (and I wasn’t far from it, to be honest). “Channie has perfect pitch… that’s how he got his scholarship…”

“Nah-uh, there’s no such thing as perfect pitch…”

I reached up, taking his fingers off of my eyes, “Okay then, Uppie… you mash on some keys…”

“How will I know if you’re guessing right?”

I let out a scoff, “Umma will let you know if you are that worried about me lying…” I said, laughing a little as Jongup went back over to the piano and sat down. The first note was hesitant. I couldn’t help but giggle. “A” The next was stronger, a bit more confidently pressed. “B flat…” I hesitated with the next note, scrunching up my nose and eyebrows. “Play it again.” The note hung in the air once more and I turned my head to the side, listening to the quiet sounds of the dying musical tone. “Once more?”

“Only once.”

Jongup hit the note once more and I turned around, swatting at him.

“Yah!! You’re hitting C and B and your foot is on a peddle!”

“, how did he know!!” Jongup flailed, defending himself from my playful hits on his back as my mum got up from the piano bench with a laugh.

“Our Channie is just that good.” She said, “Yah, now you two stop before you break something, it’s starting to get late now, okay…” She smiled at us before excusing herself from the room and I flopped down into the seat next to Jongup.

“So can you actually play this thing, or do you just guess notes?”

I rolled my eyes, “Yeah, the pianos probably the easiest thing to play…” I mumbled, flopped my hand up onto the keys and letting my fingers flow across them in a random, one handed melody that seemed to have Jongup impressed. I couldn’t help but smile at him. “You know, I don’t just go to school to look good and have right?”

“Weellll…” Jongup nudged me playfully, a smirk on his lips and I rolled my eyes again.

“I am a music major though… 90% of what’s in here, I can play…”

Jongup looked around at the multitude of instruments in the room, “Chan, I can barely name most of what’s in here… how the hell do you play all of this…”

I shrugged my shoulders, “I don’t know… I get bored a lot, I always want to play something new… it’s not hard…” I got up from the piano bench, “This one is my favorite…” I said, walking over to the far wall and picking up the drum and sticks before flopping onto the floor with them.

“Oooh, a janggu… are you good at it?”

I looked up at Jongup with a dead panned expression, the drumsticks already poised in my hands, “You’re going to ask me that, really?”

Jongup smiled, sitting back on the piano bench, “Sorry, go ahead.”

I nodded my head, starting out simple enough with a few simple beats, the taps light enough before I really progressed into a more solid progression of thumps against the hollow drums, bobbing my head to keep the rhythm right. I stopped after about thirty seconds and looked up, smiling at Jongup.

“Heey, why did you stop, I was just getting into it… I could totally dance to that…” Jongup grinned, “Dude, Chan, you totally have to make me a beat or something to dance to for my school project, do you know how wicked cool that would be…”

I giggled a little bit, hooking the sticks to the drum as I pushed it aside and held out my hands for Jongup to help me up. “Yeah yeah, okay, we’ll think about it…” I said, gripping his hands as he tugged me up to my feet. He gave me to hard of a tug and I stumbled forward into his arms and he smirked at me, wrapping his arms around my waist as he held me against his chest.

“Only think about it?”

I blushed darkly, still leaning against his chest, my face barely inches from his, “Stop being a grease ball, you’re practically asking me to do school work for you…” I mumbled, flattening my fingers on Jongup’s chest and trying to push him away. Instead he held me closer and I squirmed a little. “Jonggupppp~~” I whined.

“Gimme a kiss and I’ll let you go.” He said, a smirk still ever present on his lips.

I sighed, “Fine~” I intended to just give him a soft peak on his lips, but that turned into a little more, and before I knew it, my hands were in his hair and his tongue was nearly down my throat.

We sprang apart almost instantly, and I tripped over my janggu, my hitting the floor painfully as my dad cleared his throat in the doorway.

“Alright you two, don’t let your Umma come in here and catch you two… She doesn’t want Jongup to have to head home to late…”

I pouted, picking myself up slowly as I rubbed at my now sore bottom, “Yes Appa… sorry…”

My father grinned, “Don’t worry, you guys can hang out all day tomorrow, without your mother if you want… c’mon now before you start breaking instruments…” He stood to the side of the doorway, ushering out the blushing couple as they headed to the front hallway. “I’ll hold off your mother so you can say a proper goodbye…” My father said, taking his exit into the living room where my mother was already at.

I led Jongup to the door where he stooped down to get his shoes and began to pull them on. “You’ll have to come back to dinner sometime Jongup… my parents really liked you…” I glanced back behind me, making sure both of my parents had not come back out from inside of the living room.

Jongup nodded, “I’d love to… it’s been a really great night…”

I leaned forward pecking his lips lightly. “Come back up to my room.” I whispered quickly, keeping my voice insanely low.

“Your dad just told me to leave though… Will your parents be okay with that?”

I shook my head, “Probably not… I’ll have to sneak my little puppy up there, but… it’ll be worth it…” I could help but rub the tip of my nose against his lightly as I grinned when Jongup’s smile brightened and he nodded his head, silently slipping off his shoes and taking them into his hand.

“I’ll see you tomorrow, right, Channie…”

“Mmhmm… Text me when you get home safe, okay…”

I motioned Jongup back into the front walk way, shutting the doorway as I walked down the hallway. I held my hand out to him, stopping him as I peaked around the corner. Both of my parents were curled up on the couch, their backs to the doorway as they watched the television. I motioned Jongup to go first, waving him on up to my room. He was careful to walk along the inside of the stairs and didn’t make a single noise as he slipped into my room. “Hey… I’m gonna head up to my room…” I said, walking into the living room a little bit.

My mum titled her head back on the couch, looking up at me, “Oh, I thought I heard you saying goodbye to Jongup, I figured you two would be outside making out for a little bit longer and we’d have to come out there and yell at you…”

I smiled shyly, “Umma…. It’s too cold… I don’t want him to get sick…”

“Aww, my sweet little Channie~~ Okay, you go ahead upstairs, sweetie… see you in the morning…”

I nodded, “Goodnight, Umma… Goodnight, Appa~”

I made a good bit of noise climbing up the stairs before I barged into my room, shutting the door behind me. I pouted a little as I found the room to be empty and I looked around slowly. “Jongup~” I hissed softly. I let out a small squeak of surprise as arms wrapped around behind me and Jongup pressed a kiss to the back of my neck.

“Jongup! Don’t do that to me~” I warned, smacking lightly at his hands as I pouted.

“Why~” He giggled lightly, turning my around in his hold as he leaned against me, blinking cutely. “So~ Were there innocent intentions behind coming up to your room?”

I blushed darkly, “J-Jongup, My parents are downstairs… We can’t do that…” I said, trying to keep the stutter from my voice. My feet betrayed me though as I failed at trying to keep myself planted in one spot. It was much too easy for Jongup to maneuver me through my room and soon the back of my knees were hitting the edge of my bed and my weight buckled backwards and I collapsed into my mattress, Jongup’s weight crawling on top of me.

His lips were on mine one second, then trailing on my jaw and down my neck the second leaving a path of burning skin in their wake and it took every ounce of will power not to moan.

“Unn… Up… Uppie… Uppie… Jongup…” I got his attention after several times, a mere hum against the vein of my neck and the feeling about drove me insane. Damn son, does he just know all of my weaknesses? I tried to pull myself together. “I’m loud as either way, turn on my radio…”

“Where?”

I wanted to laugh at his cuteness, but instead pushed him off of me ever so slightly and pointed at the box that sat on top of my dresser. Jongup nodded quickly, hopping up off of me and going over to it, turning it on.

The mental panic hit me like a train real quick as I tried to remember which CD I had in the radio as Jongup hit play, because, well, . It could be anything from some cheesy 90s Kpop band that nobody’s ever heard of, to some bubblegum pop band that nobody admits to liking. Or even some classical traditional music or random J-Rock. Really, my musical taste varied and depending on what I listened to last was about to decide my level of embarrassment and I didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of Jongup, not when he was already crawling back on top of me in my bed, his hands pushing under my shirt as he pinned me down, his lips pressed against mine.

The music was soft, just enough to mask the sounds we were making and I was pleased to realize that the last CD I’d put in was a tradition soundtrack, one of my less embarrassing ones and definitely less mood killing then what it could have been.

Jongup giggled softly, “Think you can be quieter then the music?”

I shook my head quickly, “Probably not… worth a try though…” I whispered in reply. I wrapped my legs around him, flipping him down onto my bed so that I was on top. I dipped down, kissing him deeply.

I was just getting ready to begin to stripping Jongup when the door to my bedroom flung open, my mum peaking her head into the room.

“You two at least keep it down tonight, okay, me and your father are going to go to sleep. Breakfast is at 8, and it was nice meeting you today, Jongup.”

Jongup stared mortified at my mother, his face an adorable red as he lay beneath me. Down stairs we could hear my father’s rich laughter, “Honey, get back down here and let them be, I thought we agreed that we’d let them think they got away with it!”

My mother giggled, “But they are just so cute, sneaking around and such!” My mother was already shutting my door leaving me and Jongup dumbfound in my bed.

“I… am so ing sorry about my parents, Jongup. I swear…”

Jongup shook his head, a grin on his lips, “I think they are awesome, Channie…” he said, looking up at me, a twinkle in his eye. There was something mischievous about his smirk. I should have braced myself better, held my position on top or something because he easily pinned me back down to the bed again, bouncing me back to the mattress as he smirked down at me, “Besides, now we’ve actually gotten permission as long as I can keep you quiet… and I’ve got several ideas on just how to do that…”

So here we go you guys, I'm sorry that i'm so late, but I made it pretty long to make up for it, OTL I wrote an OT6 though, while I was away from KCCF, and I also wrote a HimUp for Jess... idk if either of them you guys would be interested in??

To explain, I just got really busy with work, and then my boss's mum had a and i had to work a few extra shifts and I just didn't have the energy to finish it because when I should have been working on this i was working on other oneshots becasue at the time, I thought i'd have the time to do this, OTL You see my priorities, right? But I got it done, so i am all good! I hope you all enjoy. Also, I'm sorry for so much himup?? I'm realize that there really is alot of himup and... yeah?? its important?? Don't ask?????

Chapter 9: Hmmm... Not a single to-too-two mixup? No inappropriate use of they're? Yes, something must indeed be wrong... Or very very right! ^-^
Proud!

And seeing how hot your hom is, I feel you can get away with a little glossing over on the het. ^_-

Lovely to see a new story from you!!! (Even if it's not as new as I'm slow making time! Eek!)

Himup: gorgeous
Daejae: Hmm, potentially good...
Yongeun: Wah! Cuddly~~~~!!
But what the heck have you done to poor Zelo?! Aw gawsh.... Kill me now... You'd best have something good planned, or I will cry! And it won't be the "this is so Beautiful and sad I'm touched"-crying... *watching you*

When Zelo finds out that Daehyun wants to sleep with Youngjae, laughs, and then tells him how much Youngjae hates him made me cry with laughter soooooo much! I loved that part! Oh my was this a great chapter to read! So funny! Also, Himchan's mom "catching" them was so great! I could picture a horrified, red faced Jongup!

Chapter 9: I love this story more with each new update. All the interactions between everyone just makes this story so engaging and hilarious. And Jae, don't deny that the rose did things to your closet-romantic heart. HimUp continues to be perfect as always. BangSong, while not my cup of tea, is very adorable (and don't try to force the if it ain't flowing for you) and makes me smile at how much love they ooze everytime you write them. So yeah, gushing aside, keep up the great work and I look forward to more hijinks from all these characters!
