Chapter 8

 

A few days later

 

SooSica’s POV

 

They were eating at the restaurant but things seem to be different with them. After the shopping mall incident, Soo is less clingy toward Sica. She only let Sica hold her hand or hug her in the university.

 

They sat at a corner of the restaurant and Sica gives a big bag to Soo

 

‘ What’s this? ’

 

Sica smiles ‘ Open it ’

 

Soo slowly opens the bag and her eyes widened

 

‘ Do you like it? ’

 

Soo nods ‘ I love it. But how did you get all those snacks ’

 

‘ Well a friend of mine went to America last week so I ask her to buy it for me ’ Sica lies

 

The truth is she treathning her parents to go buy this snacks for her otherwise, she won’t take care of the company after her graduation.

 

‘ So from now, if you want snacks you can just ask me for it. Don’t ask Kyung-ho oppa ’

 

‘ Wae? ’

 

‘ Because I don’t like you being so clinging toward him for the snacks. Look I can give you more than him ’ Sica points at the bag in Soo’s arm

 

‘ I don’t need to ask you for the snack, I can ask my mom to send it to me ’ Soo said innocently

 

‘ You don’t need them to take care of you. I can take care of you better than them. If you need something just ask me and don’t ask anyone else. Is that clear? ’

 

‘ No even my mom? ’

 

‘ Nope ’

 

‘ No even my sisters? ’

 

‘ Nope, if you have problem, someone bullie you or if you need something. You should just ask for me ’

 

‘ Hmph…..my sisters can give me more than you ’ Soo pouts

 

‘ What do you mean? Can they give you a car or pretty clothes? ’

 

‘ Of course they do. ’

 

‘ How can they or you can afford it? ’

 

‘ We are the Ch ’ Soo quickly closes

 

‘ You are a what? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Nothing ’ Soo shakes her head with a bright smile

 

‘ Then from now on, I will the one who protect you and take care of you. Is that clear? ’ Sica asks

 

Soo only nods

 

After diner

 

‘ Soo, do you have somewhere you wanna go? ’

 

‘ No, I want to go home ’

 

‘ Ok, let me get the car ’

 

‘ No need ’

 

‘ What do you mean? ’

 

‘ Kyung-ho oppa is coming to pick me up ’

 

‘ Why? I was always the one who send you home. You don’t need to call him. Call him and tell him that I will send you home ’ Sica said jealously

 

‘ Wae, he is already out ’

 

‘ Aish, just call him ’ Sica takes Soo’s phone and search for Kyung-ho’s number.

 

Sica dials then puts the phone on Soo’s ear. After a while, Soo starts to talks. I smile after she hangs up

 

‘ Go inside the car ’ Sica said

 

‘ Yah~~stop telling me what to do? ’ Soo pouts

 

‘ I’m older so you need to listen to me ’

 

‘ So mean ’ Soo mumbles while climbing into the car

 

Sica chuckles and drives away

 

YoonYul’s POV

 

‘ Yul, let’s watch Divergent ’

 

‘ Ok, I’ll go buy the ticket. You wait for me here ’ Yul said and walk toward the ticket desk

 

Yoong text at Sica telling her that she will stay Yul’s place tonight and she will go to school with Yul the next day. After she finish texting, she looks at Yul then she saw the girl is flirting with Yul.

 

What the heck is that girl doing?? How dare she flirt with my Yul??????

 

Yoong stomps toward them. Yoong back hug Yul whily laying her chin on Yul’s shoulder.

 

‘ Yul, what make you so long? ’ Yoong asks while giving deadly glare at the glare

 

‘ Oh, there’s a problem with their computer that’s why it take so long ’

 

‘ A problem with the computer? ’ Yoong glares at the girl.

 

The girl gulp. ‘ Hmm….the problem fix. Here’s your ticket ’

 

Yul takes the tickets and look at Yoong

 

‘ Let’s go buy some snacks ’ she smiles then start to walk away

 

Yoong gives an icy glare at the ticket girl ‘ Don’t you dare to make a move on her, she’s mine ’

 

‘ Yoong, what are you doing here? The movie will be start in 15 minutes ’ Yul calls

 

Yoong quickly walks toward Yul with a bright smiles.

 

‘ Yoong, what do you want? ’

 

‘ Hmmm……I want an extra large popcorn, extra large coke, candies…..hmmm……and chips ’ Yoong said

 

Yul chuckes then pay for the snacks.

 

‘ Can you really eat all these? ’ Yul asks after they sit down

 

‘ Of course, I’m going to share it with you ’ Yoong said

 

‘ But we only have one straw for the coke ’ Yul said

 

‘ I don’t mind that we use the same straw ’ Yoong smiles

 

‘ Do you know what it means if we share the same straw ’ Yul chuckles

 

Yoong shakes her head

 

‘ That’s mean we are sharing an indirect kiss ’ Yul teases

 

Yoong face redden

 

‘ Aigoo, why my Yoong’s face is so red? ’ Yul cupped Yoong’s face

 

‘ Yah~~~stop taking advantage of me. Who is yours? ’ Yoong looks away

 

Yul chuckles ‘ You are my Yoong. What you don’t wanna be mine? ’

 

‘ I want ’ Yoong blurted out

 

‘ Aigoo, I don’t know you love me that much that you want to be mine ’ Yul teases again

 

‘ Yah~~~ ’ Yoong slaps Yul’s arms

 

‘ Fine, I stop teasing you. The movie is starting ’ Yul looks at the screen

 

A few weeks later

 

Soo’s POV

 

I woke up to get ready for school, when I look up at the calender.

 

I sigh

 

Hmm….today is my third month fake relationship with Sica. Will she break up with me today???? She said that she will break up with me after three at the beginning. I already know this day will come but I feel sad. Maybe she won’t break up with me………..

 

Today, I need to go to the librabry so I went out without waiting for YulTae unnies. I drive at the university. After parking the car, I walk toward the university then I heard some girls talking but I ignore their conversation until I heard Jessica’s name. I look closer then saw Hara talking with some girls. I walk closer and listen to their conversation behind the tree.

 

‘ Hey, do you guys think that Jessica is really dating Sooyoung? ’

 

‘ They look so real ’

 

‘ I don’t think they will break up ’ another girl said

 

Behind the tree

 

If Sica don’t break up with me, I will be the most happy person in this world.

 

‘ Nah~~~Jessica told me that everything between her and Sooyoung are just acting. Jessica is just using Sooyoung. She said she will break up with Sooyoung after three months ’ Hara said

 

‘ Really….wait that’s mean today. ’ A girl look at her phone calendar

 

Slowly the girls walk away.

 

Hara is right, Sica will break up with me today……

 

I slowly walk into the library to return my book then walk to the cafeteria to join my sisters. I look inside and I saw TaeNy and YoonYul talking at each other happily. I went toward them and sit between my two sisters

 

‘ Soo, what are you doing? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ Wae? I can’t sit here ’

 

‘ That not what I meat, you always sit beside Sica. Why you suddenly sit between Yul and me today? ’ Tae continues

 

‘ I just miss sitting between you two. So what are you guys talking about? ’ I ask while eating my foods

 

‘ Oh, since is the weekend, Yoong and I will go to the beach for the weekend. We are going after class. Do you wanna come with us? ’ Yul asks

 

‘ No thanks I prefer stay with oppa and eat his foods ’

 

‘ Aish….everything in your head is foods ’ Tae shakes her head

 

‘ What you you guys gonna do tonight? ’ Yul asks Tae

 

‘ Oh…Fany and I will go on a date around Han River ’ Tae smiles

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I’m looking for Soo, her car is already in the parking lot.

 

She must be in the cafeteria.

 

I walk in the cafeteria then saw her with the girl.  When I’m in front of them I saw Soo sitting between her sisters.

 

Why she is sitting there? She always sit next to me in past few months….

 

‘ Morning girls ’ I said

 

‘ Morning ’ they said in unisson

 

I sit down and look at Soo eating with her head down.

 

What happen to her today?

 

‘ Soo, can we talk? ’

 

She looks up at me ‘ But I’m eating ’

 

‘ We’ll talk after you finish eating ’

 

She nods

 

Soo’s POV

 

Sica is going to break up with me………

 

SooSica’s POV

 

They walk hand in hand and Sica suddenly stop

 

‘ Soo, what happen to you today? ’

 

‘ Do you remember what day is today? ’

 

Sica chuckles ‘ Today is Friday and we will go eat diner at McDonald ’

 

‘ No, today is the third month of our fake relationship ’ Soo shakes her head

 

‘ Really? Well time past so fast. Well about toni……. ’

 

Soo looks around then saw students pass in front of them. So Soo decides the cut Sica’s off

 

‘ You want to break up with me ’ Soo raises a little her voice to make sure the students heard her

 

Sica smiles fade ‘ What are you talki……. ’

 

Sica start to walk closer to Soo but Soo takes a few steps away

 

‘ Fine, if you wanna break up then let’s break up ’ With this words, Soo walks away leaving Sica dumfounds

 

Sica looks around then saw student are looking at them. Sica didn’t mind them then run to catch Soo at the alley. She grabs Soo’s arms and drag her into an empty classroom.

 

‘ What are you talking about? What break up? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Have you forget? Today is our third month of our fake relationship, you said we are going to break up today at the beginning. To get things easier for you, I said you break up with me in front of the student ’ Soo forces a smile

 

‘ You did in on purpose in front of them ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Of course, if I don’t how could the news spread. Don’t worry, since Onew is in a relationship now I don’t think he will bother you again. ’

 

‘ Then what about us? ’ Sica blurted out while holding her tears

 

‘ What do you mean? Oh….don’t worry, we will still friend ’ Soo smiles and is about to walk away

 

Again Sica grabs Soo’s arm ‘ Can we talk tonight? ’

 

Soo looks at Sica ‘ I almost forget. ’

 

‘ What do you wanna say? ’ Sica asks gently

 

‘ About the one years foods you will bought me, you can stop it ’

 

‘ What do you mean? ’

 

‘ Well, you don’t need to buy me food anymore. ’

 

‘ But I promise you that I will buy you foods for one year ’

 

‘ No need, you already buy it for me for three months. ’

 

‘ How about tonight? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Of course it will be cancel. You bought enough for me this past months ’ Soo smiles and looks at her wristwatch ‘ Class begin, we should go to the classroom now ’ Soo walks away

 

Inside the classroom, everyone is gossiping about SooSica break up. The girls look at them in surprise

 

‘ What? Today is our third month fake relationship. Now we don’t need to act anymore ’ Soo said while sitting down and Sica just stay quiet.

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I went home, today all my mind is on Soo. I walk into the mansion, I pass by Fany’s room and saw her choosing her dress happily. Fany saw me then drags me out into her room

 

‘ What happen with you and Soo? ’

 

‘ I don’t know, we were outside the campus then she suddenly say we break up in front of the student. I totally forgot that today is our third month fake relationship. ’

 

‘ What are you gonna do now? ’

 

‘ I will talk to her ’ I said

 

‘ Are you going out? ’

 

‘ Yes, Tae and I will have a date at the Han River ’

 

I nod then I saw Yoong passing by with a small suitcase

 

‘ Yoong, where are you going? ’ I ask

 

‘ Unnie, you are back. I’m going to the beach with Yul for the weekend ’ she said happily

 

‘ Only the two of you ’ I ask

 

‘ Yes, what’s the problem? ’ she asks innocently

 

‘ Why you didn’t tell me? ’ I crossed my arms

 

‘ Fany unnie already know ’ Yoong looks at Fany

 

‘ Yes, Sica I forgot to tell you ’ Fany quickly said

 

‘ If that so, I’ll see you on Sunday. Be careful ok ’

 

‘ Don’t worry, Yul is here ’ Yoong smiles then waves at us

 

I leave Fany’s room and call Soo.

 

I need to confess my feeling to her tonight….

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

I walk into one of our jewelry store and the manager run toward me

 

‘ Miss Taeyeon, how can I help you? ’

 

‘ I’m searching for a couple ring ’ I smile

 

He nods and we walk toward the rings section.

 

The manager takes out the ring

 

I look at them ‘ Is there a ring with pink stone? ’

 

‘ Yes, we just receive a ring with pink diamond ’

 

‘ Show me ’

 

He quickly walks into the safe and after a few minutes he comes back with the ring.

 

Fany will love it…..

 

I smile

 

‘ Wrap it for me is a gift ’
