A few days later

 

Yoona’s POV

 

I just went back home after shopping with Yul. I walk pass dad’s office then I heard him talking with someone on the phone and this conversation caught my attention. I hide myself behind the door, luckily no one is at home at this moment.

 

‘ I know our company is facing big problem now. But don’t worry, I will fix this with them time………………………Look, you know what I did with Choi. I made false accusation and fake documents and take this company from him……..I won’t let anyone ruin our company…….Look he is dead now, he can’t make revenge……….Don’t worry about his children, I will make sure they will disappear from this world like his father if they come back ’

 

I look inside and saw this devil smile on his face. I clenches my fist and walk back into my room.

 

He is a monster….he is not my father……..

 

Then I remember about him saying that he will hurt the Choi’s family if he found them.

 

No, I need to tell Yul about this……..I can’t see his face anymore…..

 

I take a deep breath

 

* Knock *

 

‘ Come in ’

 

I enter and smile

 

‘ Hey dad ’

 

‘ Hey Yoongie, what’s up? ’ he hang up and smiles at me

 

‘ Am I bothering you? ’

 

‘ Of course not. What happened? ’

 

‘ Well, I wanna tell you that I will leave to Paris tonight. ’

 

‘ So fast? ’

 

‘ Yes, I wanna go there earlier and get everything ready. I will tell mom and unnies later ’

 

‘ I’ll send you to the airport tonight ’

 

‘ No ’

 

‘ Huh? ’

 

‘ I mean no need. I want to be independant ’ I force a smile

 

He stands up and walk toward me then hug me

 

‘ Call home when you arrive safe ’

 

‘ I will ’

 

I pack my stuff and tonight I will finally be able to be with Yul. Well I think I should stay at the hotel for a while but I don’t mind at all is a lot better staying with a monster. After finish packing everything, all I need is wait for mom and unnies and tell them I’m leaving tonight.

 

After an hour, unnies and mom finally come home. I tell them that I’ll leave tonight. I take a cab and went to the hotel. I walk inside but there’s no Yul. I put my suitcase away and watch TV.

 

The door suddenly opens

 

‘ Yul ’ I look up and saw a women standing in front of the door with four bodyguards.

 

‘ Who are you? ’ She walks toward me

 

‘ I……… ’

 

‘ Mom ’ I saw Yul coming in

 

‘ Y-Yul ’

 

‘ Yuri, who is she? Why she is here? ’ mrs. Choi asks

 

‘ Mom, what are you doing here? ’ Yul asks without answering mrs. Choi’s questions

 

‘ I’m here for some business meeting and pass by the apartment but I didn’t see any of you there so I come to the hotel for a rest because I need to leave for China later. By the way, where’s your sister? ’

 

‘ T-they are at Jeju ’ Yul lies

 

‘ Oh, now answer my question Yuri ’ mrs. Choi looks at me ‘ Who’s that girl? ’

 

Yul walks in front of me ‘ Mom, she is Yoona. My girlfriend ’ she holds my hand

 

‘ Yoona……she seems familiar to me. Did we met before? ’ mrs. Choi looks at me

 

‘ No, mrs. Choi ’ I slowly said while she is still staring at me

 

‘ Wait you are Jung Yoong, the youngest Jung. Choi Yuri, how dare you said she is your girlfriend, she is our enemy daughter ’ mrs. Choi said angrily

 

‘ Mom, please listen ’

 

‘ Guard, take her out ’

 

Yul pushes Yoong behind her ‘ Don’t you dare to touch my girl.’ Then she looks at her mom ‘ Mom, please just listen to me first. ’ Yul said in a pleased tone

 

Mrs. Choi gives sign to the bodyguard to go out. She sits down and crossed her arms

 

‘ Mom, I love her ’

 

‘ Yuri, wake up. She is our enemy daughter and you told her everything about our family. What if she tells her father about everything she knows ’ mrs. Choi points at me

 

‘ I won’t tell ’ I said

 

‘ How can I believe you? ’ She looks at me

 

‘ I love Yuri, I will do everything for her ’ I said

 

Mrs. Choi chuckles bitterly while shaking her head ‘ I don’t believe you. Your father betrayed my husband ’

 

‘ I heard my father conversation at the phone. He said our company is facing a big problem right now ’ I said

 

Mrs. Choi looks at me and take her phone out.

 

‘ Luna, please check to Jung’s financial situation for me now ’

 

She hangs up and look at me

 

‘ How old are you? ’

 

‘ 18 ’

 

‘ The same age of our Soo. You are still young, if you betray your dad now. I’m sure you will regret it later. Before is too late, just break up with Yuri and go back to your family ’

 

‘ No, I won’t regret it. ’

 

Mrs. Choi looks at Yuri ‘ Now tell me the truth Yuri, where’s your sisters? ’

 

‘ I already told you, they are in JeJu’ Yuri slowly said

 

‘ I called Tae before coming to the hotel. She said she is shopping with Soo right now ’

 

‘ ………….. ’

 

‘ Did something happen and you guys didn’t tell me? ’

 

‘ Mom…………..Soo was in an accident a month ago ’

 

‘ What? Why no one told me? ’

 

‘ We asked oppa to keep it secret to you ’

 

‘ How’s Soo right now? Where is she? ’

 

‘ She is at the hospital right now and she have amnesia ’

 

‘ Amnesia? ’

 

‘ Yes, she forget everything about Jessica Jung ’ Yul said

 

‘ Maybe this is a good thing for her. I need to see her right now ’ mrs. Choi said

 

She is about to stand up and her phone rang.

 

‘ Yes Luna ’

 

After a couple of minutes, mrs. Choi looks at me and smiles

 

‘ You really betrayed your father for our Yuri. Well I like you ’

 

‘ Mom……. ’

 

‘ I’ll accept your relationship but in one condition ’ mrs. Choi said

 

‘ What condition? ’ Yul asks

 

‘ Yoona, you need to help us get what your father took us. Can you do that? ’

 

‘ Yes ’ I said

 

‘ Yoong….. ’

 

I smile at Yul ‘ I will do what your mom say ’

 

‘ Are you sure? ’ Yul asks

 

‘ Yes, I’m sure ’

 

‘ Perfect. Welcome to our family Yoona ’ mrs. Choi said

 

‘ Mom, is that mean you will let Tae and Soo….. ’

 

‘ If Yoona’s sister will help us, then I will accept them like Yoona. If not, they are our enemy too ’

 

‘ Mom, is not fair. Is only their father’s fault ’

 

‘ They are still his daughter, I accept Yoona beacuse she is on our side. Is Tae at the hospital now ’

 

Yul nods

 

‘ Let’s go to the hospital now. Yoona, come with us ’ mrs. Choi stands up

 

‘ Yes, mrs. Choi ’

 

‘ You can call me auntie now ’ mrs. Choi smiles

 

‘ Yes, auntie. ’ I smile and we walk toward the door then I suddenly remember

 

‘ Wait….. ’

 

Yul and auntie Choi look at me

 

‘ I heard my father conversation earlier. He said if he finds out the Choi, he will make sure you they disappear from this world. Yul, can we leave Korea sooner ’

 

‘ Don’t worry, he didn’t know our true identity. I’m not weak as before, what I have now is power and money. He can’t touch my daughters. Yuri, I will send someone else to take care of our business in Europe. Come back to the Unites States with your sisters and Yoona. We need to start planning what we should do next ’

 

‘ But Soo….. ’

 

‘ I will take care of her ’ mrs. Choi said

 

Everyone’s POV

 

SooTae is playing chess inside the hospital room while Chansung, Siwon and Hyoung-ho is watching a movie on the laptop. The door opens

 

SooTae looks up and saw their mother running toward Soo.

 

‘ Baby, are you alright? I already talk to the doctor, he said everything is fine with you ’ she said while hugging Soo

 

‘ Mom, why are you here? ’ Tae asks then saw Yul walks in hand in hand with Yoona

 

‘ Yoona, what are you doing here? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ We are together. I’m sorry, I didn’t tell you before ’ Yul slowly said

 

‘ What? ’ She is shocks and look at her mom

 

‘ Who is she? ’ Soo asks

 

‘ Soo, she is Yoona my girlfriend. Do you remember her? ’ Yul asks

 

Soo shakes her head

 

‘ Don’t worry, I’m sure your memories will come back soon ’ mrs. Choi said while hugging Soo.

 

After a while, Soo is tired and fall asleep.

 

‘ We need a talk ’ mrs. Choi looks at Tae.

 

Everyone slowly walks out from Soo’s room and went to a private room.

 

‘ I’m sorry mom, I ask oppa to keep is secret from you I don’t want you to get worry. There’s a few bodyguards outside Soo’s door and the oppas are there ’ Tae slowly said

 

Mrs. Choi sighs ‘ I know you don’t want me to worry Tae, but what if something happen to Soo? If something really happen to her, I can’t even see her for a last time ’

 

‘ I’m sorry mom. ’

 

‘ I don’t blame you Tae, I know you and Yul will take care of your little sister ’ mrs. Choi takes Tae’s hand

 

‘ Mom, why……. ’ Tae is cut off by her mom

 

‘ I already accept Yul and Yoona’s relationship ’

 

‘ What? I don’t understand. Yoona is a Jung, her father betrayed our father ’ Tae said

 

‘ You are right, Yoona is a Jung but she already betrayed her father she is on our side now. From now on, she is a member of our family ’

 

‘ What do you mean mom? ’

 

‘ Yoona told me a very important information about the Jung’s financial situation. She will help us to get everything back ’

 

‘ ……………….. ’

 

‘ I know Soo forget about her relationship with Jessica Jung and you date Tiffany Jung ’

 

‘ Dated, we already broke up ’

 

‘ I will accept them ’ mrs. Choi said

 

Tae looks at her mom in surprise ‘ Really? ’

 

Mrs. Choi nods ‘ Yes, only in one condition ’

 

‘ What condition? ’

 

‘ I will only accept them if they take our side like what Yoona did. ’

 

‘ You mean…… ’

 

‘ Yes, if they accept to help us then I will accept them. If not, they will be our enemy like their father ’

 

‘ Do you really mean it mom? ’

 

‘ Yes, if they help us I will consider them as my daughter-in-law. After we take back everything from Jung I will make them the CEO of the Jung Corporation ’ mrs. Choi said

 

‘ What if they don’t accept it? ’

 

‘ Then I want you and Soo to forget about them and I will arrange someone who can help you to get on the Jung’s ’ mrs Choi said

 

‘ But Soo forgets about Jessica. Is not fair for her ’ Tae said

 

‘ I will give Soo some times, after she recover her memories. I need you all to come back to L.A. to make a plan to take down the Jung’s Corporation ’ mrs. Choi said

 

Tae nods

 

TaeNy’s POV

 

Fany is waiting for Tae in front of Tae’s appartment.

 

‘ What are you doing here? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ I’m waiting for you ’ Fany smiles

 

‘ Can we talk? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ Of course ’

 

They went up into the apartement. Fany is sitting in the living room while Tae is in the kitchen preparing coffee. After a while Tae comes back with two cups of coffee.

 

‘ Do you really love me? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ How can you said you love if you don’t know who I am ’ Tae asks

 

‘ I just follow my feeling. I don’t need to know who you are ’ Fany said and hold Tae’s hand

 

‘ Will you do anything for me? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Even if I ask you to betray your dad? ’

 

‘ W-what do you mean by that? ’

 

‘ Will you help me to take down your own father? ’

 

‘ Tae, I don’t understand. Why you suddenly ask me to betray my own father? ’

 

‘ If I tell you that 15 years ago, your father betrayed my father and take our company away. Your father is the one who cause my father’s dead ’ Tae said

 

‘ T-that’s not possible. My dad is a good person, he didn’t betray anyone. ’

 

Tae chuckles bitterly ‘ See, that’s the reason I broke up with you because I know you won’t believe me and betray your own father for me. Is the best that you don’t come near me anymore. If you really loved me once, I hope you won’t tell your father about what I said earlier. ’ Tae is about to stand up and Fany holds her hands

 

‘ Tae, you are kidding right? Everything you said is just a joke to test my love for you right? ’

 

‘ Everything I said is true. Now you can leave because I already know your answer. ’ Tae drags Fany’s up and push her out of the apartment.

 

Tae closes the door and Fany knock

 

‘ Tae, please. Let’s talk ’ Fany said while sobbing outside

 

‘ We have nothing to talk anymore. Don’t appear in front of me anymore because from now on you are my enemy ’ Tae said

 

‘ No, Tae please don’t do this. I’m sure there’s a misunderstanding ’ Fany said

 

Tae already went back into her bedroom and burst into tears.

 

Why can’t you just be like Yoona and be on our side? Why you don’t what I told you?? If that so, Tiffany Jung you are my enemy. I will make sure to take your father down so don’t blame me if you end up hurting…….

 

Tiffany’s POV

 

No, that’s impossible. Everything is a lie. Tae just wanna test my love for her but what she said those things…….

 

She pushes me out of her apartment

 

I run back into my car and drive back to our mansion. I saw dad reading newspaper

 

‘ Dad, I have something to ask you ’

 

‘ What it is darling? ’

 

‘ I want to….. ’

 

Wait……Tae asked me to don’t tell anyone about what I heard from her??? What if she finds out that I ask my dad????

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Nothing ’ I run back into my car and drive back to Tae’s apartement.

 

I need to talk to Tae…..

 

I knock infront of the apartment but no one answers.

 

‘ Are you looking for the girl who live in this apartment? ’ a woman asks

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Well, she just moved out ’

 

‘ What do you mean move out? ’

 

‘ I saw her with three guys and they are holding a suitcase ’

 

No…..that’s impossible……..Where can she go?

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

After I know that Fany is left, I call oppa and pack my stuff. I decide to stay in our hotel instead. I don’t want to get disturb or see her anymore. Tomorrow Soo will be discharge from the hospital, then we can go back to L.A.
