**Chapter 2** 

 

“if you get me, I’ll get you, even if you don’t, I’ll still get you” that my Noona’s motto

I sometimes think society is unjust, in short some people were born under a lucky star and some were born at very bottom of misfortune. That’s what I thought when I was younger
 

Luhan POV
 

it 's early in the morning the hall ways were already pack students running about i was standing, walking down hall way quite sluggishly when  “Luhan!” I turn around to see Taemin and kai running up to me “hey, what up?” I greeted
 

“can I go to your house today?” Taemin ask I frown “why?”.
 

“he wants to thank your Noona..he happen follow the trick she made you do” Kai chipped in my eye widen “ Eh?!” i gasped
 

“yep! For first time I wasn't molested on the train on the way back home and this morning too” Teamin chimed, remembering that horrible posture… impossible

“for the first time since I entered high school, this first time that I’ve felt comfortable in the train!”  he coninued I could only gawk at Taemin.

“maybe, I should tell Sehun to do that trick too” Kai suggested “yeah, tell him it really works” Taemin agreed

They walked away leaving me dumbfounded “why would you normally do that?!” I muttered.

“thats Mei Ai for you, I admire her” I heard Taemin says

“yeah, she hot, beautiful and smart  too ” kai said “I’m starting to have a crush on her” he chuckled. I shook my head and mumbled “if they only knew my Noonas true nature”.
 

And no one will ever know truth
 

Anyway after school i was on my way home with Chanyeol since we both lived in the same area, along the way I happen to see my mom and Chanyeol mom talking “UMMA!” he waved. both our mothers heard him waved at us and resume back talking, when we got closer I realized they were talking about my Noona… Again.

“My you grown so much Lu han you become so handsome” Chanyeol umma complemented I let timid laugh before thanking her “ what about me umma!” chanyeol whined as he back hugged him Mom.

 “aiiggooo… my son is always handsome” she said making him shout happily we laughed how childish Chanyeol was being.

 “any way how your grades Luhan?” I stiffed when she ask that  “haha … compare to his Noona his on dumb side” my mother said

“UMMMA!” I exclaimed she always does this to me. hulmating me infornt of other people.
 

“huhuhu, don’t worry Luhan dear you and chanyeol are on the same boat” Chanyeol mother chimed, “nuh oh today I came second last place while Luhan was in last place in our test!” I glared at Chanyeol for ratting me out

“really…hahaha not surprising yesterday as I was cleaning his room I saw his exam paper on yesterday english test he only scored 10 out 80” I could feel my ear going red “MOM!” I shouted out of embarrassment and like always she only laughs. I click my tongue before i headed inside.
 

Few min after umma came in placing down the grocery. I looked at her disappointedly “you always do this to me umma” I whined
 

“do what Lu han?” she ask I rolled my eye “you always embarrasses me in front of other people” I pouted

”and certainly did not have to mention my Test scores… come on mom" i stomped my feet still pouting. She only smiled

“don’t pout now son, remember what Noona would always say”
 

“people enjoy other people misfortune , if you say you child is stupid your relationship will go smoothly.”

I cringe everytime i remember those words “whatever umma” I snorted before I walked out of the kitchen and laid down on the living room sofa.
 

“ah, Luhan were eating out tonight” she inform me I took sip on my orange juice “ it was Noona idea, right?” I stated in a matter-in-fact way
 

“uh… how you know?” I rolled over so I’ll be lying on my stomach “who else can it be” I grumbled “ she had always aiming for appa’s Pay day” i sat back up “so going to be  tteokbokki or  were goin to that  Japanese restaurant that Noona likes”
 

“Nope… we’re going to have MEAT! ” umma chimed I sighed before hummed laying back down on the sofa

Author POV
 

Mei Ai was at work she just came back from the printing office along the way back she came across a very handsome Young man that she had never seen before he was tall and he strikingly look’s dashing in his business Suit.

It his looks alone made Mei Ai heart flutter they both stop at maid door to her department the mad generously ask Mei Ai to go first which she accepted.

As slowly head to her desk she heard her Head Manger call out to him Mei Ai sat on her desk and looked at the man as he enter  to the Head mangers office

She scooted near to her girl next to her “hey, whose he?” she ask the girl name Luna turn to  see who she is referring to

“ah… that Donghae he just came back from America, he work in the Strategic management office” Mei Ai ears twitch and purse her lips “ Strategic management office?” she repeated
 

Luna nodded “ right, undersecretary candidate” she added Mei Ai glance over to Donghae who talking Head Manger outside his office “his Elite course full speed”  Mei Ai hummed and resume back to her work when Luna whispered “and I heard his single” Mei Ai looked at her with her usual poker face “and so?’ Luna was taken back and slumped back down to her chair, she thought she had finally manage to be friend Mei Ai , guess not.
 

“Luna sshi Please bring us some coffee here!” the head manger ask, Luna complied “Yes”

As she left Mei Ai was drawn to her thoughts
 

“A Seoul Unversity Graduate, elite, and Single” she thought and looked at Donghae’s back view  sending static  feeling making Donghae jump little “what wrong?”  Head manager ask “I don’t know.. momments ago I felt a murderous intent” he chuckled.

"perfect" Mei mumbled as she purse her lips together trying her best to contain her smile.

Luhan POV

Today was Sunday, I woke up around 8 am feeling fresh and happy,  as I passed by noonas room, I lean forward bit trying to hear her loud snores,*SNOOORE  and that is the sign she still out. I grin and headed down stairs
 

Umma and appa were already up and doing the laundry “good morning” I greeted them as I jump onto the sofa ”well , arent you happy this morning” Dad retorted I only chuckled “Noona doesn’t wake up till noon on Sunday right? I said.

I sighed “whenever Noonas around I’m always running about” I stretched a bit before relaxing on the soft cushions of the sofa. “ this feel so good!” I hummed
 

“what was that?” exclaimed the same voice that hunts my dreams, my eye shot open only to see my Noona  gazing down at in her jogging green clothes staring down at me “N-Noona!” I yelp as I tried to sit up having much difficulty for some reason.

“Xiao LU” she said, I grimaced “I told you not to call me that!”. She only smirked “ if you’re lying around like that, It makes me think you’re a Fat Xiao Lu” she snickered,  she walked over to the balcony window checking the weather.

“what wrong Mei” umma ask. “You’re up early” Appa added, even my parent wonder why Noona was up this early she hate’s waking up early when it not her work day.
 

She smiled “I’m going jogging” when she said that. my face fell and quietly tried to escape but it was too late.

 “ Let’s Go!, Xiao Lu!!” she chimed I gritted my teeth, I turn her giving her my beggin look which usually fails
“Eh, why me too" she raised her brow.

“you’re going right?” she looking  abit unhappy
 

I stood up and looked at her “do you want to be a doublr-chinned dear with a fat belly?” she said i frown and I touched my chin “I’m not doubled chin” I muttered

I looked back at Noona, she gave a stoic look as she gaze down to my belly.

She lifted her shirt revealing her flat lady abs I poked her it out curiosity and it was firm and while I touched mine which was almost soft as a pillow I looked at my Noona "where you man pride Xiao Lu." she snickered

 

“I’ll go” I grumbled in defeat.
 

“okay” she cheered as she moved out “you’re so insistent.” I muttered as I followed after her out of the living 
 

“they get along so well” I heard my mother say

“you right there” dad responded
 

I rolled my eyes if they only knew my pain I went up to my room grab my phone and running shoes and face towel after that I run out to see My Noona stretching her legs out

“your so slow!” she scolded me

“yeah, yeah sorry” I said “why do you want to jog all of a sudden” I ask,  as i bent down tying my shoes lace tightly I looked up to my Noona and notice she had a look that was so familiar to me.

“it cant be…” I mutterd Noona grin  “yes… I found my destiny” she said
 

I gawked at her, when she looked at me “ what?” I turn back to my shoes and muttered  “nothing.” And finished tying them I looked at her she nodded And we began our run.

Let me tell you something...

My Noona had a lot of relationships, she was always in love with either a man or food. And in order to fulfill her Love. She would make me her hand and feet .

Like one time she fell in love with a policeman… she left me her little brother in the midst of a Throng.
 

“what wrong little girl?” the policeman that noona likes ask

“I’m A boy!” I cried “aw…sorry, hahah sorry now, have you lost your mom?”

I stayed quite as I saw my Noona who was hiding in corner watching happily as her plan had worked.
 

And when I was a in junior high she fell in love the school Tennis coach and had she made me quit music club and was force to join the tennis club.

“Come one Luhan you can do it”  the coach yelled as I aimlessly tried to hit the ball the coach gave up and told me to assist him by gave giving the tennis ball

In midst of it all my Noona appeared in yellow summer dress. Carrying a book she sat one of the shaded benches the coach notice her, my Noona quickly gave him her Pretty eye look wich basically blinking her eyes cutely and my Coach totally fell for it. I nudge him to continue his practice.

I soon got along well with the coach, while secretly preparing for their Dates as well it went all well until he got dumped.
 

But most outrageous thing she fell in love with was a damn wrestling coach. I the younger brother  was made to join the Wrestling club with my scrawny body of mine.
 

“COME ON LUHAN GET UP!!!” Yelled the coach

I only hissed how can I get up when 180 pound of fat is sitting right on top of me.

I glance over to My Noona standing in next the ring area with her usual poker face  but I could tell she was enjoying my pain and the attention that my damn coach giving her he was basically giving her a flirty smile

And the most scariet and hearless thing that Noona ask we that  I officially made me think she was a witch.  when she fell in love with a doctor that specialize on bone fracture.

I was in my room studying when Noona slam my door open “Xiao Lu get a bone fracture”

“EH!?”

She actually did get me a bone fracture by kicking me down the stairs and thanks to her had to miss few days of school and miss out a lot of test.

So… whenever Noona fell in love I’ll be in pain not her.

“Noona! You are not exercising!” I yelled. I was piggy backing my noona while running up the stairs, soon I collapse onto the ground.

Noona stood up “you're pathetic..” she said as she jogged away “Noona!” I shouted but she left me. so i just sat there on the ground trying to catch my breath when my phone rang I checked who it was and it was Appa

Meet me at the usual store..

I smiled and quickly headed my way to the convenient store where dad was waiting with ice cream.
“ thanks dad” I said as I ate my chocolate ice cream. “yumm… “ I hummed
 

“if your sister found out she’ll kill us both” I chuckle “when it comes to food she hold grudges until death”   me and dad started to chuckle

We feel silent again enyoing the ice cream until dad spoke again “how school?”  I grimed “same as always” I my ice cream “how your work doing dad?” I ask “same as always” he responded the ice cream same way as I did.

Like father like son you can say.
 

~˜NEXT DAY˜~
 

Arthur POV

 Mei Ai was walking down the street heading for work when she pass by a restaurant that had banner saying “one time deal only” Mei Ai grab one of the flyers that was on the table.
 

“Japanese special Flower tray lunch limited 20 only will sold at 12 noon”

As you remember Mei Ai enjoys Japanese food and she was determined to get this tray.
 

She quickly went to work and waited for the time to come she checked her time , it was few minutes now they will selling those tray lunches.

She notice the Head manager office was open this could only mean the manger had gone somewhere “ hey, where the Manager?” she ask Luna “at his usual spot” She answered before returning to her work.
 

Mei Ai smirked,  she stood up and went looking for head manager and found him she poped in front of him he quickly “it my first take!” he exclaimed.
 

 “ really? are you out of cigarettes?” she ask Head manger nodded “  I’ll them for you chief don’t worry, you” she suggested “really? how considerate of you…umm” head manger ruffled  his pocket.

 “the brand is…” when looked up only find no one infornt “eh? Ms. Lu??” he looked each hall way and around “where did she go?”.

Where about of Mei Ai is that she running at full speed down to that Restaurant only thing in her mind was “Japanese Flower tray” when she arrive her face darken as saw a lot of people lining up,she counted each person and she was no. 10.

But then few people started to buy 2 or 3 trays  she grimence as show each lunch getting fewer by the sec but a last she happy when there one left for her. She was about to take when some  rude guy took it from her “HEY!!” she shouted and chased after the man. 

“Your cutting that was supposed to be mine!” she hissed, the man stop looked at her with pissed off face “Shut up you old Hag!” walked away.

Mei Ai stood there with a very dark expression , she is totally piss “you get me…I‘ll get you ten folds” she muttered she took out her phone and smirked.

And diealed down a number

“hello, this is 112” answered

(a/n 112 emergency number in south korea)

“it awful!” Mei Ai deeped her voice sounding like a man. “There’s a crazy man in front of Kausan! ( name of the restaurant) in Mapo-gu district.” She informed

“his about 30 year old, his thin waering a black tie Suit and old fashion boy hairstyle and also Bowlegged and lastly he had large mole on right side of his nose.” Mei Ai ranted on still using her  boy voice

“who me? I’m Lu han from Exo academy” she finished as she click the her phone shut made her way back

Luhan POV
 

I walking down the hallway with Xumin and other when I suddenly slip and feel flat on my face

“OOUCH!!!” I cried rubbing my nose. “you ok?” xuimin as he helped up “I’m fine, I’m fine” I assured him

“weird… there nothing here that  could have cause your slip hyung” Tao said as he looked around the floor.

“yeah…weird” I wonder if Noona did Something terrible again.

Author POV
 

Mai Ai went back to her company along the way she bought some common japanese lunches that were selling on streets she bought two and happily ate in the company cafeteria as she ate the Head manager appeared next to her and timidly ask where his cigarettes, Mei Ai glared up to him, he flinched “aw.. never mind” he scurried away
 

After finishing her meal, she was about to leave when she suddenly heard Donghae voice she turn around to see him sitting behind her she pushed away the empty containers and placed a small pack sandwhich on top and listen to his conversation.

 

“hey did you see yesterday soccer match?” he say “ yeah today awesome!” his co worker responded

 

“especially-”  he was cut off When his phone rang “hello, ah…now?” he said he stood up “ok I’ll be there” he nudge his friend “I’ll be leaving now”

 Mei Ai pout and turn around and notice that he hadn’t touch his meal. Then plan struck she grab a tissue and wrap the pack sandwich around it and run after donghae “umm… excuse me” said softly but Donghae manage to hear her.

 

she smiled sweetly at him “here… I notice you didn’t eat so have this if you have time” she gave her bread to him and left Surprising donghae a little.
 

When she was out she smirked and counted “1…2…3” and on cue Donghae came out rushing “wait!” Mei ai smirked and turn around with innocent look “are you sure…it look like you haven’t ate as well” he said Mei Ai smiled “no need I’m on a diet” with that she turn away and  was about to head up “um…!” donghae was about say something but Mei Ai beat him to it.

 

“ My Name Lu Mei Ai I work in management of marketing, Sales, and…I'm single” with that she headed up stairs

“beauty aint she?” she heard one co worker say  to Donghae

“you quite popular aren't you” he said Donghae only chuckle “yeah…but beauty…isn’t just my thing” when Mei Ai heard this her face fell looked back at him as he descended down the stairs.

She made a face “i'll show you...if my looks cant get yah,  my charm will and with little help of a certain Xiao Lu” she smirked.

Luhan Pov

*Snap*

I looked down to see my shoe lace had snapped I bent down “weird this were brand new”  i muttered.

“what wrong?” Baekhyun ask I showed him my broken shoe lace “ did it just snap?” I nodded

“usually when that happen something bad is coming ” Chen Said

I frown and looked at my shoe lace…

If that true, I just hope it has nothing it has nothing to do with my Noona If she is…  then I’m in real trouble.
