Kenshin jumps out of the motorcycle he’s riding, he motioned his men to go down and look for the body of Agent CM and her wife Lee Chaerin

 

 

“I want you to search every corners, rocks, trees, everything!! Bring their bodies to me as soon as possible!” he said, his men go down in search for the two, Kenshin on the other is confident that the two didn’t survive the impact because he saw the motorcycle burning

 

 

“Do you think they are dead?” one of his trust-worthy men asked, he looks at him then to the motorcycle

 

 

“Yes, no one can dare survive that impact..” he answered

 

 

“Then what you’ll do in order for them to release your father now they are dead?”

 

 

“We still have Lee’s cousin and I want you and the rest to find them or I’ll kill you..” the man nods his head and motion for the others to follow him, Kenshin is still looking below with a big smile on his face

 

 

 

THE THREE STOOGES..

 

“Do you see them?” Minji asked Ryo and JB who are sitting beside her, they’ve been driving for almost 15 minutes and there’s no sign of them

 

 

“Maybe they found another way out. I told them to meet us at the gate..” JB answered but Minji notice something on Ryo’s face

 

 

“Unnie?” she called her, Ryo look at the two and said

 

 

“Let’s walk..” Minji steps on the break but JB stops Ryo

 

 

“Why? We’ll find them fast if we’re going to use this truck..” she said but still Ryo step out of the vehicle

 

 

“Let’s do what she said JB, she knows a lot better than us..” Minji said, JB step out of the vehicle then slam the door, Ryo look at her wife but she walks towards Minji instead of her

 

 

“Find a place where we can hide the truck..” she said to her

 

 

“But Unnie they will find it here..” Minji answered

 

 

“They won’t. Look at the ground..”  Ryo points her finger on the ground and Minji looks at her

 

 

“There’s no tracks, it means not a single car, truck or vehicle pass here, so it’s safe to hide the truck then look for them..” Minji nods her head and proceed to where JB is standing

 

 

“Help me find a spot to hide the truck..” she said to her cousin but she just rolled her eyes and pretends she didn’t hear anything

 

 

“JB..” Minji called her again but then Ryo taps her shoulder

 

 

“Come on, I’ll help you..” she said

 

 

 

 

 

MEANWHILE..

 

 

It’s been 45 minutes since Dara and Chaerin’s motorcycle plunged down but Kenshin’s men can’t find their bodies

 

 

“We already searched everywhere but there’s no sign of them” one of the men said, Kenshin was not there, he went back to the warehouse hoping he will find Chaerin’s cousins

 

 

“Kenshin will be mad if he finds out that we can’t find them. Let’s try over there, maybe their bodies flew a miles away from here..” the other said, they start to walk and not wanting to waste precious time, they need to find them before their boss comes back, one of the men stops on his tracks when he feels that somebody is watching them

 

 

“Hey! Are you coming or not?” one of the men asked him, he starts to walk again not minding the noise he heard a while ago but he’s right, someone is watching their every move, she starts to crawl out but felt her back aches, she stops and sits for a while and closes her eyes

 

 

*I need to find her fast* her mind screams, she looks at the ring on her finger, she won’t lose Dara again, she opens her eyes and look around, Chaerin tries to stand up not minding the pain she’s feeling right now, she lean on the tree for a while and starts to walk. As she nears the motorcycle she remembers what happened before the motorcycle hits the ground

( seconds before the motorcycle hits the ground)

 

“Jump Chaerin! Jump!” Dara yells as she tries to hold on to the motorcycle, Chaerin shook her head and tighten her grip on Dara’s waist, the latter knows that Chaerin won’t let go but she can’t risk both of their lives, someone must live and put Kenshin behind bars and that’s Chaerin. Dara knows she must do something in order to save her, she reach out for her pocket knife then made a little cut on Chaerin’s hand so she will let go

 

 

“Sorry baby, I need to do this!” Dara said and push Chaerin out seconds before she and the motorcycle hits the ground

Tears starts to roll on Chaerin’s eyes as she saw recall how the motorcycle explode with Dara on it, she looks around but all she can see is the motorcycle’s body torn into pieces

 

 

‘I know you’re not dead..’ she whispered still hoping that Dara jump out milliseconds before it hit the ground, she starts to walk again while her eyes keep on searching for her wife, she saw one of Dara’s boots and it has a blood on it

 

 

‘Dara..’ Chaerin whispered again, she continue her walk and pick-up some things she might need to protect them, Dara is not only her problem, there are three innocent people who are risking their lives to help them

 

 

‘Please god let them be safe. As soon as I find Dara, I’ll go look for them..’ Chaerin said, as she getting nearer the crash site she heard a noise from behind, she turn around and tighten her grip on the stick she found on the ground, Chaerin heart starts to beat faster but there’s no one there

 

 

‘Relax Chaerin, it’s just the wind..’ she said to herself, she lower down the stick she’s holding but then out of nowhere she felt someone pulls her leg but to her panic she kick the person she saw lying down on the ground

 

 

 

As Minji and Ryo hides the truck they used to escaped, JB is still sitting on the ground thinking about her cousin and her wife. If something happens to them, there’s no one else to blame but her

 

 

Damn it! Why did I ever think of that plan?!

 

 

She’s worrying and thinking too much about the two and she didn’t notice that Minji and Ryo are standing beside her

 

 

“What’s wrong with you?” Minji asked her cousin, they both needed JB 100% if they want to find Chaerin and Dara’s whereabouts

 

 

“Nothing..” JB answered without looking at the two

 

 

“Come on JB, I know you a lot! You can’t keep secrets from me..” Minji said again

 

 

“I said nothing okay?! Now can we find Chaerin-Unnie and Dara-Unnie, please!” JB answered and she stand up and starts to walk, Ryo taps Minji’s shoulder

 

 

“She’s worried Minji. I know that look on her face. Let’s leave her alone for a while until she cools down..” Ryo said

 

 

“Are you sure she’s okay?..” Minji said

 

 

“Yes. What we need to do right now is to find out how this radio works and call Bom-Unnie and tell them what happened to us..”

 

 

“Okay Unnie, come on, we should follow JB before we lose her..”

 

 

 

 

 

ON THE OTHER SIDE…

 

“F**k Chaerin!!” Dara screams in pain because Chaerin kicked her in the head, Chaerin on the other hand covers Dara’s mouth and help her to stand up before someone sees them. They both hide under a a big rock

 

 

“I’m so sorry baby!” Chaerin said and she hugs her wife so tight as she felt happy and relieved that she’s okay

 

 

“Why’d you do that huh??” Dara asked

 

 

“Baby it’s your fault, you shouldn’t sneak behind my back like that! What if I’m holding a gun or a knife! Geez!”

 

 

“You’re lucky that my body hurts a lot from that fall or else I’m gonna kill you!” Chaerin flashes her sweetest smile and examine Dara’s body

 

 

“Are you okay?” Chaerin asked her wife

 

 

“Yeah but I think my right leg is broken, everytime I try to move or stand up, it hurts like hell!” Dara answered, Chaerin carefully examine the leg and she saw how swollen it is

 

 

“I need you to bring you at the hospital, Dara..”

 

 

“I’m okay, don’t worry about me. We need to find your cousins now before Kenshin’s men finds them..”

 

 

“Okay..” Chaerin answered, she stand up first and help Dara, they walk towards the burning motorcycle as Dara saw her pocket knife, she told Chaerin to pick it up then the latter place it in her pocket, as they are about to walk again they heard footsteps approaching them

 

 

‘We need to go now..’ Chaerin whispers, Dara nods her head, she motion for Chaerin to go left as the footsteps came from their right, Dara eventhough in pain don’t want to be a burden to Chaerin tries her best to walk as fast as she could as the footsteps becomes nearer

 

 

‘We need to hide baby..’ Dara whispers, Chaeirn saw the pain in Dara’s face, she look around and lucky to find a rusty car and they hide inside

 

 

“Call Sir Kenshin and tell him that we can’t find their bodies..” they both hear a man said

 

 

“But he’ll be mad if we won’t find them..” the other man said

 

 

“There’s nothing we can do about that! There are no bodies here and even if we search the entire day we won’t find them because they are not dead yet!!”

 

 

“How’d you know that?”

 

 

“Damn it! Are you that stupid?!! Simple!! There are no bodies!!! Nada!!”

 

 

“So what do we do huh?”

 

 

“Call Kenshin, I’ll talk to him. We still have chance if we find Lee’s cousins. I know they are out there somewhere..” Chaerin looks at Dara and the latter saw how worried Chaerin is

 

 

‘We will find them before they do..’ Dara whispers to Chaerin as she held her wife’s face while looking deeply into her eyes

 

 

‘Promise?’ Chaerin asked

 

 

‘I promise..’ the two waited for Kenshin’s men to leave the place so they can get out, it took about a minute or two when they heard the footsteps fading away, they give another 10 minutes so it’ll be hundred percent safe to go out. Chaerin peeks her head and when the coast is clear, she went out if the car followed by Dara

 

 

“Where do we go now?” Chaerin asked her

 

 

“Left.. I need to find something to support my leg, if we will follow their lead and they corner us, I can’t do anything to protect you Chae..” Dara answered

 

 

“Thank you but you don’t need to protect me, this time it’s the other way around..” Chaerin said, Dara let out a faint smile then Chaerin hugs her

 

 

“In no time, this will be over and we’ll start again, you, me and Chaera plus my stooges..” Chaerin added, Dara giggles but felt a sharp pain on her leg again

 

 

“We need to move before it gets dark..” Dara said but before they can start to walk they heard some noises coming from the left, they both look and wait but as it gets nearer Chaerin carries Dara without a word and she run on the other way

 

 

“Put me down Chae!” Dara said as she wiggle her body so Chaerin will let her go

 

 

“I can’t! I think it’s not only Kenshin and his men are here, there are some wild animals!!” Chaerin answered, Dara look to where they are standing a while ago and waits if she’ll see some vicious animals but then she saw JB running

 

 

“Stop Chaerin! It’s JB!” Dara said, Chaerin stops but she ran fast enough and they are a few meters away from her

 

 

“What??!” Chaerin asked but she didn’t stop from running, she just turns her head to the right and saw her cousin

 

 

“What the f---!” Chaerin was cut off when she felt she and Dara plunge down a few meters more and lost consciousness. Meanwhile, Ryo shouted JB’s name so she’ll stop from running

 

 

“What the hell is wrong with you?! I told you to be quiet and stop running but you’re not listening!!” Ryo said to her

 

 

“I told you I saw Chaerin-Unnie standing over there!” JB answered, Minji and Ryo look around but they saw no one

 

 

“I know you are worried but I don’t see anyone here JB..” Minji said to her young cousin

 

 

“I saw them! Why don’t you believe me?”

 

 

“Then where they are? Maybe you saw someone but it’s not Chaerin-Unnie” Ryo said

 

 

“Aisht! I know it’s her! I even saw them hides inside that car!” JB said, the latter walks ahead of the two that’s why they didn’t see what she saw. When Kenshin’s men starts to leave, JB ran as fast as she could to rescue Chaerin and Dara

 

 

“I’m telling you the truth!” Jb said again, Ryo sigh and went towards the car, she opens it and examine if their two Unnie’s have been there or not

 

 

“Then where did they go?” Minji asked her but before she can answer, they saw three of Kenshin’s men running towards them

 

 

“I think they spotted us! We need to go!” Minji said but JB is not moving her

 

 

“No! we need to find them first!” she said, Ryo pulled her partner and said

 

 

“If they caught us there’s a chance we won’t find them alive. Now move JB before I drag you, understand?!” Ryo said and they all run to the opposite direction

 

 

 

 

2 HOURS LATER…

 

DARA

 

I blink my eyes for a few times when I open it, it’s already night time, I look to my left to check if Chaerin is there but she’s not then to my right but she’s not there too

 

 

“Chae!” I called her but there’s no response, I slowly get up then look around and there she is, lying down a few feet away from me

 

 

‘Chaerin!’ I whispered and stand up but I felt a sharp pain on my leg, I forgot that it’s swollen but I need to check on my wife, I run not minding the pain I’m feeling then almost collapse when I reach her

 

 

“Baby.. Chaerin baby..” I said while I remove some of her hair covering her face, I saw a cut on her forehead and saw there’s a big cut too on her leg as a single tear escape my eyes

 

 

“I’m sorry baby..” I tore a little piece of my clothes and tie it around her wounds, I’m blaming myself for what’s happening to us. I slowly lift her head and let it rest on top of my thighs, I’m staring at her face while I can’t stop myself from crying when I saw her eyes move then opens it

 

 

“Chaerin..” I said with a smile of relief on my face

 

 

“Hey baby..” she said and smiles, I thank god that she’s okay, I help her sit then she saw me crying

 

 

“Baby, what’s wrong?” she asked me then I cried hard

 

 

“Dara come on, are you alright?” she asked me again

 

 

“I’m sorry that we’ve got into this mess. It’s my fault because I accepted this last assignment..”

 

 

“Don’t be sorry okay. I know you can’t say no to them especially this is your forte. It’s wrong for me to stop you from doing what you want..”

 

 

“But you’re right Chaerin. I’m just putting our family in danger. They took Chaera but we’re lucky to have her back but now there’s a chance that we won’t be seeing her again..”

 

 

“Don’t say that. We’ve been here before, they already tried to ruined us, tried to kill us and worst tore us apart but  we faced and overcome all of that Dara so please don’t lose hope on me now..”

 

 

“Do you think we can make it?”

 

 

“We will. We already dodged a lot of bullets, been plunged to our death a dozen times but hey we’re still alive, no bullet, missiles nor explosions can tear us apart!” I smiled at my wife and give her a kiss on her lips

 

 

“I’m lucky to have you Ms. Lee Chaerin..”

 

 

“I know right. Now we need to move and go look for those three then we’ll think of a plan how to escape from Kenshin’s wrath”

 

 

 

 

The two started to walk hand in hand not minding the pain they felt but Dara knows that Chaerin is having a hard time walking because of the big cut on her leg. It should be easy breezy on the two but rain starts to pour down hard

 

 

“Are you okay?” Dara asked her partner when she saw her lean on a big tree

 

 

“Y-yeah, don’t worry about me. Let’s find some shelter and wait until this rain stops..” Chaerin answered, she didn’t tell Dara that her visions are getting blured and though they are soaking wet, she can feel the heat coming out from her body

 

 

“I think you’re not okay Chaerin..” Dara said

 

 

“I am, don’t mind me baby..” Chaerin smiles and starts to walk again but she lose her balance and her head almost hit the tree

 

 

“Come on, I’ll carry you..” and without waiting for her go signal, Dara carries Chaerin even thought she’s too big for her

 

 

“Put me down Dara, I’m too heavy for you..” Chaerin said but Dara continues on walking, Chaerin’s right she’s too heavy for Dara’s body but the latter knows that they will find shelter faster this way

 

 

“I’m fine baby, just don’t move too much, okay?” Dara said to her, Chaerin just nods her head and watch Dara carries her. It’s been 45 minutes but Dara and Chaerin are still walking under the rain, Dara knows that Chaerin is in and out of consciousness while she’s doing her best not to collapse until they find shelter

 

 

“Hang-on for me baby, okay?” Dara said but all she heard was Chaerin’s moan, she look around, heavy rains making it hard for her to see where they are going, one wrong step and it can cost their lives

 

 

“We will make it baby like what you said. After this you, me and Chaera will go to Bahamas and spend our vacation there, just the three of us but I know it will be complete without our three stooges..” Dara said while smiling, Chaerin tries harder not to shut her eyes

 

 

“I-I hope t-they are o-okay..” Chaerin said but because of heavy rains and the pain she’s feeling, it’s almost like a whisper to Dara

 

 

“They are baby. Ryo will protect those two. You know what Minji and JB can do, right?”

 

 

“Y-yeah..”

 

 

“I promise you baby, this will be the last. No more bodyguard stuff for me..” she heard Chaerin moans then her body gets heavier

 

 

“Baby please wake up..” Dara said but there’s no response from her, she keeps on walking and walking, not knowing where to go, she’s praying that Kenshin’s men are not looking for them in this weather and that will makes them okay and fine, now it’s been an hour but she can’t find any shelter, she felt her knees weaken and with one more step she collapse on the ground

 

 

‘Chaerin..’ she whispered, she look at her partner who’s still unconscious that time, she tries to stand up but her body is now starting to gave up then she saw a light, not just one light but 4-5 lights and it’s going towards them

 

 

Could It be?

 

 

Dara crawl towards her partner, lay down on her body then stare into her face

 

 

“I’ll die happily knowing that you’re the last person I see.. I love you..” Dara said before she collapse
