He gives you a small smile and slightly embraces you. Your body relaxes a bit as his and your face seem to be moving in each other’s direction. “Well isn’t this just a darling scene” you look over to see Jenni and Jong up standing in the door way leading back into the school. Jenni had the biggest smile on her face which for some reason doesn’t comfort you. You hop off of YoungJae immediately and straighten your clothes. YoungJae also stands and just looks at Jenni as if to say you couldn’t wait like five more minutes. “Umm how long have you been standing there” you ask to break the massive awkward silence. “well when I didn’t see you in the lunch room I knew you had to be here” Jenni said as she pulls two bags of lunch from behind her back “he just followed along” she points a finger to Jong up who smiles like this fact wasn’t going to change in the slightest. You then turn to YoungJae waiting for an explanation. “I followed you” he said. It was said so simply like there was no possible problem with that statement. “Umm excuse me” you ask again just to make sure you heard correctly “well I saw you by pass the lunch room and was curious. “You shake your head there was no figuring this guy out. “What song were you singing by the way it was beautiful?” YoungJae ask you. Jenni does a double take “what she was singing?” YoungJae looks at her “yeah she was that’s what…” you cover his mouth and smile at Jenni “no I wasn’t not really” you give YoungJae a fierce look as if to dare him to say the contrary but all he does is look at you passively and gives your hand a kiss. To which you snatch it back. You rub your hand where it was tingling what the heck was with this dude. “Hmmm” Jenni says as she looks at both of you curiously “alright then” she said but the look in her eyes said she had so many more questions. “Come on let’s go lunch is almost over.” She turns around but pauses to turn to Jong up “you stay” you pick up your bag and follow behind her. You take one last look behind you to see YoungJae and Jong up in deep conversation what surprises you is how serious they both look. You and Jenni sit in an almost empty lunch room. You start to eat as Jenni stares at you. “What?” you ask as she continued to stare. “I thought you weren’t going to sing anymore” she states. You pause you’re eating “I wasn’t” you look down and put your food away. “he just provoked me into agreeing to do it for the talent show I was going to tell him no but” you sigh as you put your head down on the table “I don’t know I told myself I shouldn’t sing anymore something bad always seems to happen around me when I do” you hear Jenni take a breath “I think you are being superstitious there is no bad luck with your singing.” You look up “yeah there is” you protest “when I was five my grandmother she ended up breaking her leg on the same day” you say “coincidence” Jenni says “then when I was thirteen during my solo I fell off the stage and broke my arm” you say “so you can be clumsy both you and I know that” you start to get mad at her “my mother ended up in the hospital while I was singing” you say angrily. You look at her daring her to find an excuse as to why you mother just lost consciousness and ended up falling down a flight of stairs at home. You had enough of this conversation you got up to leave back to the classroom as you do you see YoungJae standing there with a sad expression on his face. “Just because you heard all those things don’t change your mind on what we are going to do” you say angrily and walk away. As you put further distance you start to panic. Crap I thought I was going to tell him we can’t do the singing for the contest sigh. You head to the nurses office instead of the classroom to get permission to go home early. “You alright dear you are here an awful lot recently” the nurse ask you as you ask for a pass home.  You just say it must be a bug going around mumble your thanks and bow as you leave for home. As you are walking home you hear a car horn you turn around to see a car heading right for you and you jump out of the way before it hits you “ya you crazy bastard” you yell out as the car comes to a sudden stop. Now looking at it properly it looked like the car that almost got you that same morning. A man steps out of the driver’s side and you walk up to him “ya ajusshi what’s your damage” you ask. He just gives you a charming dimpled smile. If you weren’t so angry you would be able to see how amazingly hot he was he almost looked like Kim soo hyun. “I’m so sorry didn’t see you there let me get you something as an apology” you look up at him “no thanks I’m on my way home” you say you start to get this uneasy feeling from him. “Then let me take you home then” he offers. “No thanks ajusshi I’ll go on my own’ you say as you walk away “sure” he says “see you soon” you think you hear him say but shrug it off and go home. As you sleep that night you are thrown back into the ballroom with YoungJae already as your partner. “I have missed you my sweet” he says as he embraces you in the dance. “What is going on why are you in my dreams” you look up at him confused “you don’t remember love but you will I’ll make sure you will remember” he says softly as he pulls you in closer than the dances deems necessary. As you relax into his movements. You’re are suddenly forced to change partners and you could tell this was not supposed to happen. The identity of this man is still hidden. You struggle against him. “You and him will never be I won’t let it” he whispers in your ear. You bolt awake in a sweat. What the heck was that about? You turn to the clock to see you only have about an hours’ worth of sleep left before you have to go to school. You decide to get up and get ready. In class you sit waiting for it to get started while YoungJae is beside you trying to prod you into talking. Suddenly the principal enters. “Class your usual homeroom teach got called away on a family emergency and unfortunately will not be returning for the rest of the year this is your new teacher.” You continue to doodle as the teacher walks in but you feel YoungJae tense beside you and decide to look up to see the man that almost ran you down in the street yesterday
