The story follows two guys, Niel and L.Joe, seemingly regular teens, battling their own issues in this somehow lonely cityscape called Area 53.

This story set in the near future, where Asian Countries united in one government called AIA (Asian Integrated Areas). This united nation is created so Asian countries can fight the power of EU and US, there was a great war and it left a great damage for AIA, some areas are left uninhabited, and this story taken its place in Area 53. This area largely built after the great war, under AIA's president "Vier" government and not even 10 years old. Most of the population are immigrants, and this area flourished with technology, the people are casual though, some of them are basically slackers, and there are many internet cafes, game centers around, many famous hackers live there and they're behind this city's renewal at the first place. Though it's a cyberpunk area, the buildings and surroundings are uniquely traditional. You can see traditional wooden houses and buildings, lanterns hang and luminescing the streets with strong yet soft, nostalgic lights.
