I woke up and it was dark. I looked at my phone and it says 1:22am. "You've got to be kidding me". I mumbled and sighed. I got up from my bed and walked outside, it was cold and the lights were out. I walked to the kitchen feeling hungry, I the lights and saw a note Haelmoni left. "Food is in the fridge, eat well -Haelmoni" I walked to the fridge and opened it. I took out the bowl that was covered, it was kimchi I heated it and ate. When I was done, I switched of the lights and went back to my room. I decided to pack since I'll be leaving soon. I started packing and once I was done, I decided to rest. I woke up and looked at the time. 7:55am. Finally, I woke up in a decent time. I washed up and got dressed. I walked to the kitchen looking for Haelmoni, she wasnt there. I found a note saying she's gone shopping. My phone vibrated Dara: Where have you been? Me: At Haelmoni's place, why? Dara: Oh nothing, just worried about you Me: Okay, well I'll be coming back today Dara: Okay I'll be waiting bye I decided to call Juniel "Yeobseyo" Juniel answered. "Hey, so I change my mind, am coming back today" I told her. "Today? Did something happen?" She asked "Aniyo, grams is just giving me a hard time thats all" "Thats weird" "Yah I know. I'll see you later today arasso" I told her "Okay" she replied. "Byee" I hung up. I sighd. I was waiting for Haelmoni to get back so that I can start going. I decided to watch tv. I heard the door open and I turned back to see Haelmoni. She paused in her steps when she saw me. "Hyomin?" She sounded scared "you look pale" she continued. "I feel fine" I walked up to her "let me help you with that" I collected the bags from her and walk to the kitchen. She followed behind me. "Are you sure?" She asked me "Yes" I turned to her after placing the bags on the table. "Your eyes" she exclaimed. I sighd. "I'll be leaving now" I walked past her and headed to my room. I wasnt ready for another set of questions. I looked at myself in the mirror once in my room. I looked pale and my eyes were almost white. I looked on the dreeser and pucked up my sunglasses. I picked up my bag and suitcase and headed out. "Haelmoni" I called out "Here" I heard her reply. "Am going now" "Okay" she came out from the kitchen and looked at me. I had covered my eyes. "Let me walk you out" I nodded. We both reach the car and she started worrying. "Make sure you put that necklace on always" "I will" "And eat well" I nodded and entered the car. "Protect yourself" she said last. I looked at her and nodded. I started the engine and drove off. I walked in to my room I share with Juniel. "Heeyyy" I called out. Juniel came running in but stoped when she saw you. "Oh boy, you are really sick. Look at you" I rolled my eyes under the glasses. I droped my luggages. "Am hungry" I said. "Lucky you, I've cooked. I headed to the kitchen. Juniel took my stuffs into the bedroom. She unpacked for me and came to the living area where I was already eating. "Whats up with the sunglasses?" She asked me taking them off. I let her do it. "Oh my god! What happened to your eyes?" "I dont know" I kept on eating "You must be really hungry huh?" "Yah" I replied After a while I spoke up. "I need to sleep" I told her I walked ro the room and slept. "Hyomin! Hyomin!" Juniel shook me up. "Wake up, you're gonna be late. You have class remember?" I opened my eyes "Oh my god you look like a zonbie" she spoke. I was tired. "What says the time?" I asked "9:25am, you have classes by 10" I looked at her puzzled. "Its wednesday" she answered my puzzled face. I walked to the washroom and dressed up. I came out and placed my books in my bag. I picked up my phone and sunglasses. I ate and went to class. Class was boring. I couldnt wait till it was over, all I wanted to do was sleep. "See you in the next class" the professor anounced and left. I thanked heavens and packed my things. When I got to my room, Dara and Bom was waiting for me. 'Oohh" Dara exclaimed "Are you well?" She asked me. I shook my head. "Have you seen a doctor?" Bom asked I shook my head. I was taking my shoes off. "Well you sgouls go see one" Dara added. I nodded again. I wasnt in the mood to talk. I went inside and sank myself on the bed JUNIEL'S POV "Something is up" I paused, "she's still sleeping" I continued "You mean she has been sleeping all day since we left?" Bom asked me "Yup" I replied on the phone "She definately has to see a doctor" I sighd. "I know, but lets not push her about it. Hyomin dont like being pushed" I told her. "Okay. Well call me if she wakes up" "I will" I hung up. I dont know whats wrong with Hyomin, but this is not like her. I thoughtas I went to bed. NO ONE'S POV A few days has passed and Hyomin is still the same. Juniel had to wake Hyomin in order not to be late for her class. It got to a point where Hyomin started throwing up and that's when Juniel thought eniugg us enough. "Thats it Hyomin, were going to a hospital" Juniel helped you up and got your sunglass and headed out to the car. She helped you in to the pasenger's seat. They got to the hospital and immediately, a nurse came to their assistance. "I dont know whats wrong with her" Juniel spoke as soon as she saw a doctor. "Well lets see then" the doctor said. He took off the glass and Hyomib saw he's shocked expression. Just a little colour left in her eyeball and they were all inside. Her face was aa white as snow and her lips were dry. You would describe her as a walking dead. The doctor took out a pocket torch and flashed it at her eyes. "Follow the light" he said. He moved the light to the left and she followed it. He moved it to the right and she followed it. Later he told to stare at his finger he was holding out. He checked her eyes then stoped. "We'll take a blood sample for some test, a nurse will be with you shortly".
