Chanyeol wasn't exactly what most people would call normal. He was awkwardly tall, had big ears, wore a creepy smile, and had abnormally large eyes. He had friends, of course, but no one really approached him out in public. He wasn't one to be bothered by negative emotions, but he did get lonely. 

It was when he and his friends pass by a pet store that he finds the key to not being so lonely: a cute little kitten.
