It was a warm spring day. Flowers were blooming, sparrows were singing, and the sun was shining down and through the window of the café, gently embracing her skin with its warm rays as she sipped on her latte.

Across from her was an empty chair. Across from her was an unused napkin. Across from her were untouched utensils. Across from her was an unbearable emptiness.

She felt her heart tremble in pain as she remembered of the day he left her. The day that signified the end of the most precious and important thing to her. The day he passed.
