Marry Me
My Contract MarriageIt had only been a day when Luhan sent his butler to find the things about you, and he already returned with all the things he needed and wanted to know. That was the power of what money could do. “Young master, these are the records about Yun Sunmi,” the butler said while Luhan was playing at the grand piano.
Luhan looked through the folder and found out that his butler really searched everything about you. He took the folder and went to his room. He was reading it as if it was the most interesting thing he had ever seen. He was reading it and came to a stop when he read about your sister’s condition. The date when your sister was admitted to the hospital was also recorded. *So that's why she looked lifeless these past few days.* It also stated your family's financial conditions and as he finished reading it, he concluded that you really need help financially.

Luhan came to school early and was waiting in front of the school gate with his friends.
“What are we doing here exactly, may I ask?” Kris asked Luhan who wasn't paying attention at all.
“It’s so unlike us to be waiting for someone here. Can we go inside now?” Xiumin protested at Luhan who was scanning the area.
*There she is!* He quickly walked away from his friends. He walked towards you and grabbed your hand. Although you didn't know what you did, you thought that you were in trouble. He started talking and his voice was audible only for you to hear. “Look, I know what financial difficulties you're going through and I'm going to offer you a job. I know about your sister.” You looked at him in surprise and when you were about to talk, you were cut by him, “Accept my offer for now and we will discuss it later.”
“Yun Sunmi, marry me.”
Now that was loud enough for everyone to hear. The students were shocked, even his friends. Suho just smirked while and enjoyed the scene. No one knew about the deal except for him. Everyone was waiting for your reply and Luhan was already giving you eye signals on not to decline him or else you would die the moment he walks away in embarrassment.
“Y-Yes. I'll marry you.”
* * *
You were still staring at Luhan with your mouth slightly opened while he was just drinking a can of soda calmly as if nothing happened. Luhan finally faced you and looked at you with innocent eyes. “What? Never seen such a handsome guy before, huh?”
Your eyes widened in surprise at his cockiness. *Geez. Face of an angel, but a mind of a devil.* You shook your head and crossed your arms over your chest. “What on earth happened back there?”
“I asked you to marry me?” he straightforwardly answered you as if it wasn't a big deal.
You face palmed yourself and sighed. “I'm not stupid. Of course I know that, but I mean, why? You talked about my sister, too. Are you stalking me?” you tilted your head in one side and questioned him.
Luhan let out a loud laugh while holding his stomach while you were looking at him in complete confusion. “You really think I'll waste my precious time stalking you?” He was still laughing while asking you and that was when you got pissed off. *Honestly, I kind of did that, but yeah, not going to admit it,* he silently thought.
You groaned in frustration and stood up from where the two of you were sitting. “You know what, scratch it. I’m going to tell everyone we're not going to get married and-”
Luhan pulled you down to sit and sensed your anger. He sighed and started explaining to you. “I... Uhm... Actually my parents got me into an arranged marriage with the heiress of their business partner’s company-”
“Then why don't you just marry her instead? Why look for someone else? After all, she will suit you. From what I think, she's pretty, rich and-”
“And you shut up while I'm trying to explain here,” Luhan said while you rolled your eyes. He continued talking while you were staring at the field in front of you where he dragged you. “That girl is a pain in the . I don't want to get married but she wants to get married with me because she likes me.”
*Confident jerk,* you thought.
