“Good morning, my new friend!” Hyorin beamed at you the moment she saw you enter the school grounds. You were about to wave at her, but she squeezed you instead and you squealed like a kid.

“Are you always this lively even in Monday mornings?” you asked.

She sighed and patted your head as you are smaller than her. “Mondays are known to be the most hated day of all days, so what’s the point of bringing yourself more down? You can only hate it or enjoy it, and I will go for the latter. Besides, aren’t you happy to see me?” she cutely asked.

You could do nothing but laugh at her. You shook your head in admiration of her bright personality, but your laugh faded when you heard squeals, and when the girls started running that they bumped into you. You sighed and urged Hyorin to continue walking.

However, one particular guy just couldn’t leave you alone. “Oi!” he shouted. You shut your eyes and tried to ignore his calls since he didn’t really mention a name. You started brisk walking, and he continued shouting, “Oi!”

Luhan turned to look at his friends since he wanted to call you by your name, but didn’t know what your name is. “What’s that girl’s name?” he asked.

“Yun Sunmi, you idiot,” one of the guys answered.

“Oi, Yun Sunmi!” Luhan called. You mentally cursed, but still didn’t turn around to respond to him.

“He’s coming, he’s coming!” Hyorin nervously told you while shaking your arm.

“Ignore him!” you slightly hissed. You were about to wriggle her grip on your arm, but you froze when an arm wrapped on your shoulder. The scent coming from the person was unmistakably a guy’s scent.

“Sweetie, I was calling you. Why are you ignoring me?” Luhan asked in a mocking tone while making annoying, sweet, mocking faces at you. You cringed at the name calling and tried to pry his arms off.

“Leave me alone, idiot,” you said, but your heart was slightly thumping with fear. You feared that he might hurt you once you go against him or that his fan girls would kill you once he leaves you.

Luhan pinched your cheek lightly and cooed, “Aww, my poor baby is angry.” Then you were surprised by his next action. He kissed your cheeks. Your face turned into a new shade of red and you could feel your whole face heating up. The hair on the back of your neck stood up and goose bumps appeared on your skin.
