Dara took the chair across Yunho

He seemed like he was still searching for the guts to talk to her, she felt it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Is there something you need? What do you prefer? Juice or tea?" she started when minutes passed and Yunho still remained staring at her

 

 

 

 

 

"Ani, gwenchana" he was breathing heavily

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was obvious the he was nervous as hell

 

 

Dara reclined against the chair and observed Yunho silently

There was an evident tension and awkwardness between the two

But Dara stayed civil

 

 

 

 

 

"Dara... I d-don't.. know where to start but.." he seemed unsure of what to say next

 

 

 

 

 

 

"What's that?" she pointed to an envelop beside Yunho

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Ah.. here" he gave her the envelop

 

 

 

 

 

She took the pile of papers inside it and scanned them

 

 

 

 

 

"It's a script for a drama.. ah ani.. it's not actually a  tv drama but rather a music video drama"

 

 

 

 

Dara looked up and Yunho took the chance to hold her gaze.

She looked down when she felt his stare piercing through her

Yunho moved closer to her

 

 

 

 

"My agency wants you to star in our mv for our comeback. They already sent your company the proposal and the script" he said looking at her hands that was holding the papers

 

 

 

 

"But I wanted to ask you personally about this so I came here." then sadness flashed on his eyes

 

"I know we're not really in good terms right now and you might deny the proposal as soon as you found out that I will be leading opposite of you... but please Dara.. please consider this project thoroughly" his eyes were pleading

 

 

 

 

 

 

She eyed him then back to the papers

 

 

 

 

 

 

"I'll think about this" she smiled faintly

 

 

 

 

 

"I think this will be a good collaboration between our companies if ever this pushes through"

 

 

 

 

She didn't agree nor deny but atleast she'll consider doing the project, it was enough for Yunho.

He didn't want to force her as she might just distant herself more away from him

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jaejoong's POV

 

 

 

As I was standing up to exit the restaurant I saw a pink wallet on the floor beside the chair Dara took earlier

I opened it to check if it was really Dara's. I saw some cards named after Park Sandara

 

She must have dropped it earlier

 

 

 

"Oppa kaja!" Jessica smiled at me

 

 

 

 

I hid the wallet in my pocket and guided Jessica out of the  restaurant

 

 

 

We walked to my car with her arms wrapped around mine. I didn't know why but I felt quite annoyed by it

 

 

 

As a gentleman that I am, I opened the door for her.

I suddenly thought if Donghae does the same for Dara. If he is treating her well too.

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Aissh"

 

 

 

 

 

"Oppa? Something wrong?" Jessica noticed me hissing

 

 

I just shook my head. But unsatisfied, she cupped my face

 

 

 

"Are you worrying about Sandara-sshi?" her voice was soft but her eyes were fierce

 

 

 

 

I felt something deep within me but could't identify it at the moment

 

 

I shrugged her hands away and started the engine

 

 

 

 

"Why would I even worry about her? We don't contact each other anymore" tried to rid the tingling feelings

 

 

I saw in my peripheral view how she pouted and crossed her arm in annoyance

 

 

I took a quick glance at her. Wondering why she was acting like that
