AUTHOR’s POV

It’s already 3:30 in the morning when Yeong Eun, Seungri’s mother woke Chae Rin up. They are now in the hotel for they will be having a garden wedding, a solemn one. Yeong Eun kept on waking her up but she keeps saying one more minute, she already gave her 10 minutes and it’s really time to wake her up.

“Chae-rin-ah, wake up now. It’s your big day! You don’t want to be late, right?”

“Mmmm” Chae Rin mumbled as she moved to the other side

“Aigooo” Yeong Eun sighed, the only to wake her up. She got the alarm clock and turned the alarm a minute after this minute and it rang.

KRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINGGGGG! KRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINGGGGG! KRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINGGGGG!

“GAAAAAAAAHHH!!” Chae Rin suddenly bolted awake after hearing it and Yeong Eun couldn’t contain her laughter.

“Now, you’re fully awake”

“I’m sorry”

“It’s okay deary, it’s normal, I used to wake up an hour, I gave you 10 minutes, now get up and wash up.” Chae Rin nodded still sleepy

“I can’t wait to see you later.” She smiled and Chae Rin returned that bright smile, while on the other hand, Dara woke up.

“Morning” she yawned as she massaged her eyes

“Good morning dear, your friend just woke up”

“Did she? Oh my, sorry. She’s really late especially when it’s this early” Yeong Eun chuckled

“It’s okay, she’s taking a bath now. Aigoo, I can’t wait!” Dara grinned

“I can’t wait for Lee babies!” Dara got up from her bed

“You can say that” both laughed while Chae Rin is taking her time taking a bath, she’s a bit nervous. A knock on the door was heard and Dara opened it revealing her boyfriend and Mr. Lee.

“Oh, hi there honey!” Yeong Eun kissed her husband’s cheek while Dara kissed Jiyong’s lips, earning a smile from him. “Good morning” he greeted, and Dara greeted back.

“Aigooo, these two. I don’t know if Chae Rin’s going to be married today or you?” Dara laughed as well as the two boys.

“Where’s Chae Rin?” Mr. Lee asked

“She’s inside the bathroom, now you need to go, we need to get ready, and why are you here?” Mrs. Lee raised a brow

“Your son is paranoid Mrs. Lee, and he wants us to check up on Chae Rin” Jiyong said

“Aiyoo, that kid. He’s too excited, can’t he wait? The honeymoon is still tomorrow…” then the bathroom door swung open revealing a wet look Chae Rin with her black tube and shorts.

“Oh, Good Morning” she greeted and kissed Mr. Lee’s cheek

“Ready to be one of the Lee’s?” Chae Rin laughed causing everyone to think why

“I’ve been a Lee since ages ago, I am absolutely more than ready.”

“Right” Mr. Lee laughed, Mrs. Lee pushed the two guys out

“Now, the artists will be here soon and we need to get ready alright? The other guests, are they awake now?” Mr. Lee nodded

“I’ll check on the others” Jiyong said and they left. Chae Rin sighed,

“You nervous?” Dara asked as she placed a hand on Chae Rin’s shoulder, she nodded.

“I just can’t believe I’m going to get married today, aigooo” She dried her hair, Dara just smiled thinking that she’s just excited too. Then a knock on the door was heard again,

“I guess the artists are here already, let’s get it done.” Dara said as opened the door

“Is the weather fine?” Chae Rin asked

“Yep, it’s pretty fine, I guess it wants you to have a very good wedding today, don’t worry Chae, everything’s going to be alright, trust me.”

“Alright so Miss Lee, can we start now?” the artist asked and she nodded.

“This is going to be a long day… My wedding” she smiled and they started.

6:00, everything’s set except for the bride, fixing her make-up and her hair, the wedding will start at 7, that early, then the reception is still on the beach, Mrs. Lee arranged everything of course with Dara’s idea, Chae Rin didn’t know anything about this. More surprises to come after the wedding, Dara and Mrs. Lee smiled.

“Ahhhh! I’m very nervous” Chae Rin shouted which made all of the people inside including her father, laughed.

“You look very very pretty… An hour to go and aigooo. My little girl”

“Appa” Chae Rin cried a bit and hugged her father.

“Aigoo, don’t cry, you look pretty so stop crying” Chae Rin sniffed and nodded. Her dad cradled her on his lap while talking to her to pass the time.

“You know what? Your mother will be proud of you”

“Why is that?”

“It’s because you’re going to get married to a good guy that will never break your heart like I did to her”

“Dad, no you didn’t break her heart, it was her decision to let go.”

“I know, but I still love your mother, you know that well enough” Chae Rin nodded

“In a few minutes, you’ll be married, one thing that I would want to tell you is that fight for everything, sometimes, those everything isn’t that worth it, but you know what? It doesn’t mean you did a bad move on fighting for it, it just shows you’re strong and you’re not going to let go that easily, promise me, love each other and trust each other alright?” Chae Rin sniffed

“You’re making me cry again appa”

“Haha, now now.. It’s time” then the door opened revealing Dara since Mr. and Mrs. Lee were already in the venue

“It’s time” Dara smiled as Chae Rin got off from her father’s lap

“Ready?” her father asked

“Ready” she nodded as she took her father’s arms and walked out of the room. Slowly they walked out to the doorway revealing a white door with full of colored roses, Dara planned this, she made everyone help her out, by building that small door where she enters and be greeted by everyone.

She’s the very prettiest lady in the whole wide world now, now that she’s going to marry Lee Seung Hyun. Dara kissed her cheek and wiped those little tears away,

“My dear best friend, stop crying or else, you can’t get in” Chae Rin couldn’t utter a word for she’s mixed of emotions, happy, sad, nervous, excited… She doesn’t know what to say, Dara squeezed her hand and went in front of her.

“Now, this is really it” her father said and kissed her daughters cheek.

“Let’s welcome, the bride” the door began to open and Dara went out first, and waited at the side of the door and revealed everyone and at last, Chae Rin. The choirs sang [You & I – Bom] and Chae Rin started walking, everyone were clapping their hands even if it’s not really a good thing but they did. Happy on how their love blossomed in such a long, long time, how they quarrel with each other.

Chae Rin wore her gown prettily, simple but elegant, tears kept streaming down her face, Seungri smiled at her, feeling nervous himself, Mrs. Lee got a little teary eye seeing Chae Rin, and she’s just too beautiful for words. Her blonde hair, curled on the sides with her light make-up, she’s glowing. They reached Jiyong who escorted Dara, and then they went
