He was an alien coming from a strange planet outside the earth. He had a power: light and he wished that his power could bring the light for her sightless world.

"Why? Why?"

He murmured as his head collided with the door, driving out the dizziness. He let the darkness covering his body.

"Baekkie..."

He then stood up, coming towards her whom tried to reach everything as she slowly walked. He stepped once then he already arrived beside her as fast as wind.  "Have you asleep yet?"

"Not yet. Why don't you go asleep? It's late now."

"I can't sleep." She hugged herself. "I need you beside me. I'm scared."

That's her, his precious soul and his only one friend in this earth. Why not? He was an alien who accidentally fell on earth few years ago. She didn't feel afraid of him in the first time they met. She even praised his look as a handsome alien.

Yes, he was an alien. And this man also had a name. Byun Baekhyun. It was his earth name, created by her. They lived happily in the countryside of Seoul, living together without any disturb from anyone else. Such a happy life! Until few last months they got an accident. As an alien, Baekhyun could survive but she wasn't. She lost her vision.

She lost everything but she didn't hate the world for it. Slowly, she adapted for the dark. Baekhyun didn't understand why she could accept this fate. Living lightless was painful; even Baekhyun's power couldn't help her much.

Baekhyun wanted to help her.

He knew she was sad. She couldn't see the star, the mountain or the sunset—everything she liked in this earth. She always told him everything that he didn't have in his planet.  She was afraid of darkness but her blindness didn't scare her off. She became a strong girl, day by day.

He remembered the first two days after the accident. She used to hit everything in front of her. She couldn't see his eyes right away. Everything was black. "Why Yoonji? Why I can't help you? I have a light power but it didn't help you much. I feel useless here."

"You're not, Baekhyun..." She patted his thigh. "You know, having you on my side is the best moment in my life. I lost my vision but I got a better sense to feel anybody's kindness towards me. I can feel people's true feeling clearly. You're one of people that truly love me."

"Baby...” He loved calling her baby. He learned it from a couple of man and woman he met and it also came from the movie he watched. "I love you...”

She smiled then rested her head on his chest, "Me too."

He sat on the bed and she already fell asleep. Her head rested on his lap. As looking outside the window, he caressed her hair. Moon shone beautifully tonight.

"My dear..." He caressed her hair tenderly. "I wish that my power can help you to see the darkness as if what the light is for. I feel like nothing because I can't help someone I love. I might be an alien but I do having a feeling."

He sighed. "Why do I be a useless thing here? I thought, alien like me can do a miracle for a human like you, baby. If I were Lay, my friend who had a power of healing, I would heal all your illness including your blind eyes."

He once more sighed. He didn't know what he had to do anymore. He was just an alien, not God.

He wished he could give his light for her...

Suddenly he opened his eyes. He knew what he should do.
