Seohyun POV:      I was sleeping peacefully when the loud blare of my alarm clock woke me up. I sat up turned it off. I saw a piece of paper taped to the snooze button on my alarm clock. It said...  "Dear Seohyun,   I know I said that we would all go out to dinner to day when you got out from school. But there was an emergency at one of the restaurants. Your fathers flight was cancelled so he won't be back until tomorrow. I know you really wanted to spend time together but I promise tomorrow when your father gets back we'll spend all Saturday together. To make it up to you, you can have that friend of yours over. I've already informed the guards that you have my permission to have her over. But she's the only one you can have over.    Remember you have piano lessons with minsoo after school. I'm sincerely sorry my Joohyun.        Love, Umma"      Needless to say I was slightly disappointed. But I guess I shouldn't have been. My family and I don't spend that much time together. With both my parents being so busy and things coming up at work family plans often get cancelled.    I got up and went through my daily routine. Showering, brushing my teeth, the usual.    While curling my hair I accidently burned finger. I yelped, dropping the curling iron. My elbow hit the vase on my vanity cabinet, loudly shattering as it hit the floor.    Less than two seconds later one of the security guards, Shindong, flung door open to my room causing it slam against the wall behind it.   "What's going on Ms. Joohyun? Are you ok? Are you hurt?" He said scanning the room for any signs of intruders.    I sighed. "No Shindong. I'm fine I just had a little mishap while doing my hair."    I bent down to pick up the shattered remains of the vase. But shindong stopped me.    "No Seohyun.  Don't do that. You'll hurt yourself. One of the maids will do it. You finish getting ready for school you have to leave in 30 minutes," Shindong said.    I finished curling my hair and grabbed my backpack off of the bed. Leaving the room just as one of the maids came in.      Walked through the house making my way to the kitchen. For some reason, I can never get over how big our house is. And how empty it is. It was creepy at times. And the echo of just my foot steps didn't really help.   As soon as I got down stairs my dog jumped on me. She's a cocker spaniel. I named her joomin. I couldn't help but smile at my dogs happy face. Always so happy to see everyone. You could walk out of the house for 5 seconds comeback and she would act like she hadn't seen you in a month.   I walked into the dining room where my breakfast sat in front of my place at the table. Eggs, bacon, toast and waffles. I sat down and began to eat my breakfast.   It was relatively quiet. Aside from the scraping of my fork on the plate. Sitting at this table I don't think that I can remember a time when our whole family sat together at this table and just talked and laughed. As a matter of fact I can't remember a time when we ever did anything together.      I wasn't really feeling hungry anymore. Got up, picked up my backpack and walked out
