Days had passed since L and Haneul officially became friends. They saw each other every morning since then. When Haneul went to school, L would open his window and greet her.

She would wave in return then OOF! Trip on her foot again, or hit the mailbox and sometimes even crash into the garbage can. Yeah she's that clumsy. Then L would dash downstairs to check on her and make sure she's okay.

That Friday morning, L woke up earlier than usual and got ready. Just for Haneul, he skipped breakfast and left a note for his parents saying that he had already left for uni. Actually, the night before, L had come up with a brilliant plan.

L went out and crossed the street. He leaned on the wall next to the door and waited for his clumsy angel to come out.

Minutes later, she came out and.. "Boo!"

"Omo Myungsoo ssi you scared me!" Haneul held her hand to her chest.

"I'm sorry, it just naturally happened." L laughed. Haneul hit him playfully and he stiffened at her touch.

"What are you doing here?" Haneul asked, eyeing him.

"I don't know if you'll allow me to do this but.. Can I walk you to school?" L looked at her softly in the eyes.

Haneul was taken aback at L's straightforwardness but she nodded. She was getting more comfortable with him anyway so why not? "Sure, but why do you want to walk me to school all of a sudden?"

"I just wanted to make sure you don't hurt yourself on the way. You never go about without tripping or crashing into something." L mused.<
