In the basics, I’ll go over…the basics (no duh). This will be loosely based off of my own reviewing rubric and criteria, including my own thought process when I read and write and what I look for when I review as well. Some of my personal opinions may be included in the basics, but I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that it also contains sound advice about fanfiction dos and don’ts and holds the general consensus of the critical aff community. I reiterate that this will be mainly focused on the angst spectrum; however, since it's the basics, it's pretty much essential tips for all stories in all cases.
