A\N: BTW. this story was written like last year and it was in my documents so ORIGINALLY it was a partner project, and my friend was going to write the prequel to this one, but in the end we were just too busy to continue. I might place this as either a one shot or short story. (: The prequel was originally going to be called Heart, Mind and Soul ( set seven years before this story takes place) Sooooo. yeahh just for background info ;)
Foreword
Five years after the events of Heart, Mind and Soul, Jaejoong and Yunho have debuted in DBSK. Their band mates were Kim Junsu, Shim Changmin, and Park Yoochun, which whom they’ve developed an inseparable brotherly bond. However, Jaejoong is frustrated of the company’s callous treatment and the incessant lies that he had to tell the media, “oh Lee Soo Man is like our father,” it was a mere façade.
Lee Soo Man knew that if he coerced Yunho into staying, Jaejoong wouldn’t leave and so won’t the rest. He pampered Yunho with the utmost attention to make sure his plan would be executed smoothly. Jaejoong was fed up and he tried to explain to Yunho his plan but he didn’t understand and concluded that Jaejoong was choosing money over him.

Lead singer of DBSK with fellow members Kim Junsu, Park Yoochun, Jung Yunho and Shim Changmin. An argument with his lover Yunho will cost them 5 years of their life. He is normally good natured, but after a few blows, he’ll crack.
Jung Yunho:
Age: 24
Marital Status: In a relationship
He is in the Korean boy idol group DBSK. His group members are Kim Junsu, Park Yoochun, Kim Jaejoong, and Shim Changmin. He is the leader and father of the Dong Bang family. After an argument with his lover Kim Jaejoong, the five years of his life will be nothing more than an insignificant, transient past memory. His leader personality earns him the right to being the leader of DBSK, but with this personality comes pride.

Kim Junsu:
Age: 24
Marital Status: In a relationship
Kim Junsu is a joyous, effervescent man but is serious business when it comes to work. He is in a Korean idol boy group with Park Yoochun, Kim Jaejoong, Jung Yunho and Shim Changmin. He is also sick and tired of the treatment he has been receiving from his management company SM Entertainment.
Park Yoochun:
Age: 24
Marital Status: In a relationship
Park Yoochun is known for being the Casanova when it comes to relationships but when he meets Kim Junsu things start to settle down for the flower boy. Now after 5 years of being in the male idol group DBSK, Yoochun is planning to leave. Why? It was the cruel and uncaring treatment of his management company.
Shim Changmin
Age: 20
Marital Status: Single
Shim Changmin is the Maknae of DBSK, he is also the tallest of the group. He is a young person with a strong heart, however this leads to his torn decision between staying and leaving SM Entertainment.
