"No." He said firmly.

"No." He interrupted.

"They will be out there and might find us." Fear edging into his voice.

"Who?"

"The fans." His blunt voice echoed around the empty room.

"You say that like your scared of them." She said with a roll of her eyes and she sat back down.

"I am."

Facing the people who say they like you, who worship you, who will turn on you if you steep out of line.

"I feel like I'm hiding behind a face, a mask, a mirage of who I'm supposed to be, or what everyone thinks I am and who they want me to be."
