Lee Jongin, also known as Kai, is a student of Seoul School of Arts. He's pretty well known to girls. He's smart, athletic and is really good at dancing and singing. Lee Seohyun is said to be one of the most talented students of Seoul School of Arts. She's good at singing and also, she wanted to develop her dancing skills. She's shy, kind hearted and determined.

Kai and Seohyun's families are close to each other, more so, these two are childhood friends. They love to share stories every time they get home from  school, they take a bath together when they were still 5, they sleep together when they were still 6, they promised to call each other whenever someone bullies them, they both have the same favorites and dislikes. but at the age of 14, Kai needs to move to Seoul because of his parents ' work. Seohyun, on the other hand, needs to get use to not being with Kai's side any longer. Afte 5 years, Seohyun and her family decided to move to Seoul because of their company's problems.
