It was about around 5 in the afternoon when Han Eul finally showed up at the coffee shop her and Joonmyun were

supposed to meet. A little late? Sure, she was only 2 hours late, no big deal. Joonmyun’s just been there since 3 pm.

“Uhm, I’m inside the coffee shop…but…I can’t seem to find you?” Han Eul texted Joonmyun once she stepped foot in the

facility. 

“Oh no worries, I’ll just raise my hand for you so you can see…” By this time, Han Eul saw a man with the perfect 

shade of almost red hair raising his left hand. Assuming that’s Joonmyun, Han Eul hesitantly walked over to the stranger

and sat across from him.

“He-hello. Sorry I’m late, I-I had stuff to do at school.” Han Eul quickly apologized as she knew how late she was.

“Oh, you’re still a high school student?” Joonmyun raised his brow.

“No, sophomore college student.” Han Eul replied looking down at the table her hands clasped together.

“What, no way. Same here! What schoo- Oh I’m sorry, I’m getting rather personal you’re only here for your notebook.”

Joonmyun gave a shy smile as he started to take out a pink and blue notebook with a teddy bear and ribbon design in the

front.

“No, no it’s okay. I go to Seoul National University. “ Han Eul gave him a smile back as she finished his on going question

earlier.

“Oh, I see. Let me guess… future doctor? No, wait politician?” He smiled again his eyes giving a little twinkle.

“Haha doctor. Hopefully.” Han Eul smiled again from Joonmyun’s gesture.  As Han Eul and Joonmyun talked for awhile at the

warm and cozy coffee shop they both learned a lot about each other.

Joonmyun can actually be an ahjushi at certain times while Han Eul can be an antisocial nerd who likes to watch Discovery

Channel or National Geographic. Joonmyun also learned that Han Eul’s parents and siblings lives in a little 

province outside of Seoul and Han Eul’s school fundings are all earned by her scholarship although it’s not a full ride and

extra jobs. Meanwhile, Han Eul learned that Joonmyun is a university student as well, only a year older than her, studying

law at Yonsei University. As their conversation became more personal and comfortable, Han Eul completely forgot that she

met up with Joonmyun to retrieve back her notebook.

Soon, two hours passed by and the clouds starts to hitch in for an upcoming storm.
