Dara's looking down on her feet while walks slowly at the quiet road, the boy still beside her and harmonize his step with Dara. They don't talk since they got into the bus. It's uncomfortable to them since it's the very first time they meet each other. Dara's wondering if this little boy is good or bad, since she never met the good one. the boy also wondering if Dara is afraid to go to his house, because it seems Dara always look down and never see his face

The boy finally decide to talk to her before they arrive into his house.

"So.. What should I call your name? San... Da or Ra Park?" He tilt his head with a confuse look "your name is different and so unique"

Dara smiles and still down her head

"Waah...you have a beautiful smile, We already in a silence since couples minute ago, I think it's time for us to start talking"

"Just call me Dara. My mother gives me the name" Dara's soft voice finally heard

"Ah.. I see. Dara... That's cute, just like you."

Dara's face reddened, the boy treated her good.. it makes her heart pounding so hard. It can be a good sign that this boy bring a positive vibe to the new family she's going to meet.

"I like you" said Dara genuinely 

The boy is smile

"My name is Choi Dong Wook, just call me Seven"

"Seven?"

"Yes, I'm going to be a great singer someday, and my stage name would be Seven, you better ask my autograph now before I'm too busy to give you one"

Dara giggle and nodding, her mind goes to Sanghyun, her little brother who has the same dream like Seven, to be a great singer.

At the Choi family Residence

"Aigoo Aigoo ....what took you so long?" the middle age lady who still wearing an apron come to approach them, followed by a man and an old lady.

"I'm sorry mom, it's my fault because I can't find the station as fast I can"

"I told you this kid going to make a mistake again" the old lady nagging while her eyes watching Dara's figure

Dara just stand there, nervous. she doesn't know how to react. All in her mind is, the house is very big and all of them is excited to see her

"Oh mother, it's  okay.. The most important is Jansuk daughter is here" the man give Dara his genuine smile, Dara can assume that he is Seven's Father

"Have you eaten yet? I'm sorry we can't pick you at the station because we're busy preparing your room and cooking to welcome you" said Mrs.Choi with a bright smile

"Yea, Dong Wook omma doesn't even take care of me just because of Mi Jae's daughter, I just don't know what to say...I think I'm going to die"

"Omma!!"

"Yah! Omoni ....."

They all protest in unison to the grandmother who walk away from them, ignoring little Dara who still in a shock when the grandmother mention her mother's name

"Oh I'm sorry darling, she's getting older and she don't know what she's saying, so let's go to the dinning room" Mrs.Choi grab Dara's arm with gently and rub her shoulder telling her that everything's gonna be alright.

Dinner time

"Yah! What's your name again?" The old lady start speaking

"Dara, call her Dara Omoni " Seven answering the question, Dara still down her head while eating

"Yah, I'm asking her. Answer me! Can you speak?"

"Omma!! Give her space, let her eat. We're going to talk with her tomorrow after her body completely refresh. And I don't want any conversation in this table unless we all finish the dinner, Thank you". Mr. Choi continue his meal without looking at them

All of them continue their dinner, Dara can't even munch her food properly. The grandmother reaction to her really gives a big impact, the way she mention her mother name makes her curious it's like the old lady knows her mother well.

"Finish your meal before Omoni cuts you into pieces" Seven whisper to Dara's ear and smirk teasingly, Dara's eyes about to pop out from it socket and fasten her munch, she really don't want to make troubles with the old lady. Unknown to Dara and Seven, the grandmother looking at them in a curious way.

The next morning

A gentle knock on the door wakes Dara from her long sleep

She's very shock knowing that it's already morning and she felt guilty because she can't wake up early to help Mrs.Choi preparing morning routine.

Dara quickly run into the door and open the door handle, Dara's get more shocked when she saw Seven standing in front of her door with a big smile.

"I'm sorry to wake you up Dara, but it's already nine o'clock, mom is worried because you haven't eat breakfast" 

"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry... I don't know it's already late" Dara bow to Seven many times

"Yah.. Stop the formality, we all know you're exhausted because of your journey yesterday, now prepare yourself. They already waiting for you..."

"Okay... Thank you-" 

"Call me Oppa, I just knew that I'm older than you 2 months so call me Oppa"

Dara smiles brightly when Seven disappear from her vision, she's happy because she have Oppa now, the Oppa that she want since long ago.

At the dinning table

"Do you sleep well?" Ask Mrs. Choi while prepare some stuff

"Yes, ma'am. Thank you"

"Call me aunty, you must be so tired Dara, please eat this" Mrs. Choi put ginseng soup in front of Dara 

"Thank you Mrs. Choi,thanks for your kindness"

"Oh it's okay darling,we are family... eat this okay, it's good to refresh your body"

"Aigoo... This formality sicken me and I'm about to throw all my breakfast" the grandmother took her cup of tea and give a disgusting looks to the cup

"Omma... I'm sorry but, Dara is our family. Her blood is also flow in your vein so please, respect her and respect your self. It's not Dara's fault that Jansuk makes you heartache but this girl...... This girl.." Mrs choi about going to cry when Seven hold her shoulder and eyeing the grandmother who still sipping her tea with elegant way

"It's okay honey, don't cry" Mr.Choi also hold her shoulder to calm her, then he stare at Dara who still confuse about the words that Mrs.Choi has spoken, once again they give a hint that they are know her parents well. 

"Dara...." Mr. Choi start break the silence

Dara just nod and staring at him

"Do you know how close that our relationship is? Did Jansuk tells you who are we?"

All of them put attention only to Dara, waiting for her answer

"No.. Appa only tell me that all of you is a relative, nothing more"

"Okay, I already thought that. Listen to me and I wish you can remember all what I have to say to you, this will be the start of our family life"

"Nah.. I don't want to hear it Hyun suk, I think I'm going to sick if I heard his name again" the grandmother about to stand up from the seat but Mr. Choi hold her hand gently

"Please omma, for Dara. Your granddaughter"

Granddaughter? Said Dara to her self, so the old lady is her grandmother? How come? Who are they? Why Appa never mention this family to her? Sanghyun must be happy to be here, rather than alone in the USA.

Dara still looking at them one by one, it's weird to notice that they're family, she's excited but also confuse.

"Just start it honey" ask Mrs.Choi while keep holding Dara's hand

"Okay, your father and I were sibling, he's my big brother. And this is our mother, your grandmother. Since long ago, your father Jansuk is a temperament person. He's smart and got the look, well compare to me I'm the bad genes"

"Nonsense! You're the good genes" said the grandmother nonchalantly 

"Omma..." Mrs.Choi begged her

"You can look it clearly that we don't have a similarity in physical appearance even though we're brother" he chuckle for what he's saying

"Yah... Honey" Mrs. Choi begged again

"Arrasseo ... So, when he met your mother he's change, in a good way. He become nice and close to us. But after your mother die, he become temperament again. Never calls us or seeing us. But after years he calls me and ask me to take care of you while Sanghyun in the USA".

"So....she's my grandmother?? I never have a grandmother, and you are my uncle and aunty then... Seven is my cousin?" Ask Dara excitedly 

"Smart! Yes Dara, you are right. We are close family, we share the same blood"

"I don't know what to say but... I'm happy to know that I have a big family"

"Good then, because I'm happy too that finally I have sister" said Seven with a happy tone

"So.. Dara, don't think anything that bothers your mind while you're staying here. We are family, we'll do anything to protect you until your father came here to pick you. He spend money to pay your living cost, so don't worry about that."

"For how long I stay here, Sir?" Ask Dara after realize that her Father will pick her up again

"Just call me Uncle"

"Uncle, How long my father would pick me up and let me see Sanghyun?"

"We don't know Dara, but Jansuk promise me he will come to pick you"

Dara down her head again, she still remember the day she separated from Sanghyun, she wish that Sanghyun was here to meet this good family. Actually, Dara not that much excited to meet his father, she only think about Sanghyun.

"Okay, I'll wait for them"

"Good girl... So, I hope you feel comfortable with us in this house,Dong Wook is your brother now, you can trust him more than anything"

"Thank you uncle, aunty, grandmother and Oppa... Thanks for accept me here" said Dara before she start eating her breakfast, all of them smile brightly seeing her but the grandmother still looking at her in a curious way.

At Dara's room

"Dara...." Seven's voice heard behind the door

"Oppa...." Dara run to the door and gladly open it

"May I come in? Already sleep?"

"Oh sure...I'm not sleeping yet"

"Ummm... I just want to say that I'm glad to know that we're brother and sister" said Seven with smile

"Yeah me too, Oppa.. I'm so happy, this is the first time I feel happy after Sanghyun go to the USA".

"Oh really? You love your brother so much right?"

"Yes, because he always protect me even though he's my dongsaeng. I never met good people and most of my school friend and neighbors doesn't like us. That's why Sanghyun always protect me"

"Really? But why nobody likes you?" Ask Seven curious

"I don't know, maybe because I don't have mother. People know that my mother is pass away, she died in an accident for saving my life, they said that I'm the caused of her death" said Dara in a husky tone

"That's cruel, they don't have rights to say that?"

"I don't know Oppa, even I have same thought with them, maybe I'm the reason why mom died, Appa always say that to me".

"That's ridiculous !"

"It's okay Oppa.. I'm fine now"

"I want to be like him too"

"What?"

"I want to be like Sanghyun, I want to protect you.. I promise to take care of you Dara, you are my sister. Nobody can hurt you, I will taking good care of you, please remember my promise"

"I will Oppa... I will remember. Thank you so much" Dara then hug Seven with tears flow in her cheek. 

Dara just never thought that she's not alone since Sanghyun left, she thanked God for having this good family, she knew that this is her new beginning to start a new life. She just can't wait the day Sanghyun finished his study and pick her up. Once again Dara sure that Seven will protect her just like Sanghyun did, Seven is also her knight.
