Prologue

“Yah Junhyung, how long have you been going out with Hyuna?”

“Um, about two weeks.” The said man chewed on his potato chip.

“Hyung you’re hopeless! You’ve been going out for three months and twelve days!”

“H-how did you know? Hey man, I could get a restraining order on you!” He looked at Kikwang with uncertainty in his eyes. “Has it really been three months?”

Kikwang almost threw a tantrum right there and then. He in a deep gulp of breath. “Do you know when Hyuna’s birthday is?”

Junhyung’s eyes darted around the room and he pointed at the ceiling. “There’s a chip in the corner.”

“Don’t avoid the question!” Kikwang was inching closer to the tantrum.

“Sure I do! It’s on… The fifth of July.”

Kikwang’s glare almost burnt an enormous hole Junhyung’s forehead. “It’s June the sixth.”

“How do you even know all this stuff?” Junhyung looked away from Kikwang and picked at his packet of crisps. He paused. “What’s the date today?”

“It’s the sixth of June!” Yoseob chimed in from another room.

He gasped. Yoseob gasped as well. Kikwang was absolutely positive he heard Junhyung curse under his breath. Junhyung scrambled off the couch and headed for the door, not before taking his platinum credit card with him.

Yong Junhyung was so not boyfriend material.
