You are asleep on Wu Fan's bed as he caresses your tear-stained cheek. He brushes your soft locks away from your sleeping face as he lies next to you. He doesn't quite understand why you are so unwilling to be so passionately bonded with him.

For a moment, he wonders if he is doing the right thing. The falter is too slight, however, to shake his thoughts, to actually mean something to him. What little question Wu Fan had about his actions are forgotten when his eyes outline the shape of your body and your face. Any guilt or waver is replaced with the all too familiar wave of desire.
