Wu Fan stands frozen over the cliff where he and Yixing have always come to relieve their stress. The sunset lines the horizon with orange, and if his mind was not full of his own thoughts, Wu Fan would have smiled at such beauty. Instead, his eyes glaze over it as if he does not see any of the scenery before him.

His eyes are still focused onto the sunset when he takes his cell out of his coat pocket and sends Yixing a text message. Wu Fan's lips twitch as if they cannot decide to turn up or down at the fact that a reply arrived so quickly.

Where are you?

He replies, the same indifference flowing through him.

The usual. The sunset's beautiful today.

Wu Fan turns off his phone before receiving any reply.
