Chapter 8

“Dara-yah, let’s enjoy the holiday here since I know you must have missed Jeju so much.”
“Ne, Jaejoong Oppa.” Dara remembers her life back then, she was happy and life couldn’t get any better than that. Until her father died and she and her mom need to move to Seoul and look for job to support the family.
“Dara, why you’re crying?”
“Ji.. I don’t know, I feel so sad suddenly.”
“Why? Tell me. I’m here for you.”
“Ji..” then Dara hugs him tightly and let her frustration out. She told him how her father died, nobody cares about the family,their family blame each other because they never agree to the marriage of their children. Dara never gets the kind of love she wanted to feel from a guy.
“Dara, stop drinking. You’re drunk already.” Jiyong pulled away two bottles of Soju that she is holding. She can’t stop drinking since they left the beach on the sunset. Jiyong takes Dara to his room.
“No.. Ji, it hurts. And now, I will marry someone I didn’t love. What will Appa feel? He will be so sad knowing I can’t be happy. He sure wants me to live happily right?” she stumbled on the floor and dropped herself on the bed.
“Dara..” Jiyong walked to her and hug her. He knows that he needs to protect her. And somehow he doesn’t feel awkward even though they just know each other for a short time.
As time passed by, Jaejoong didn’t look for Dara. He is enjoying his time with some girls in his room. And both of their parents are coming tomorrow after their office hours.
