Che Eun’s Umma bought a strawberry cake for us. Her Umma’s so nice. I was about to tell Che Eun that I’ll slice a piece of cake for her but Donghae already sliced a piece of cake for her. I saw her went upstairs. Where is she going?

“Eunhyuk-ah! Get some cake here!” Jae Eun Noona said.

“Ne!” I answered back.

“Hyung,slice me a piece of cake,” Taemin pouted.

“Sure,just wait here.” I slice Taemin a cake then gave it to him.

“Kamsahamnida,Hyung!” He smiled.

“No problem.”I smiled back.

Is Che Eun still upstairs? I thought

“Hyung, you won’t eat?” Taemin asked.

“Nahh..I’m already full.”

“Okay..It’s yummy” Taemin was acting like a kid.

I silently went upstairs. I saw Che Eun’s room. The door was open so I silently went in.

I saw her in the balcony.

“Booo!”I tried to scare her. She was startled. I laughed.

“Eunhyuk what are you doing here?” She took a bite from her cake.

“Oh.. Well I was just wondering why you are up her.” I looked at her.

“Well as you know Donghae’s here,right?”I nodded.

“When he’s here and my Umma’s going to buy a cake, my sister and Donghae will start a cake fight. I went up here to escape.” I laughed.

“I feel pity for Taemin then.”

“Hahahaahaha.My sister’s old but totally acts like a kid”

“Your Sister and Donghae are really close.”She nodded.

“Hey. You want some?” she handed me the cake. I smiled.

“Here. Open you mouth.Ahhh” I opened my mouth and took a bite.

“It’s yummy.” She smiled and put the plate down the balcony’s small table. She then watched the noght lights.

“I bet you always stay here.” I followed her gaze.She nodded.

“When I am thinking I usually stay here.” There was silence.

“Che Eun-ah,since we are best friends I want to tell you something.”

“What is it?” My heart started to thump.

“Well... I started to love this girl I met and I don’t know how to confess to her.”

“Hmmm.. Tell me her initials.” Oh No.. My heart was totally racing now.

“K-C-E”I gulped.

“K-C-E?” She was wondering.

I was silent. “The initials somewhat suits mine.”

“Who said it was yours?” I shouted. I didn’t mean to shout.

“I didn’t say it was mine!”She shouted back.

There was silence again.

“Okay..Okay.. It’s you! I love you Che Eun.okay?” my heart was racing so fast. She stared at me and laughed.

“Why are you laughing?” My face was burning up.

“I knew it was me.” She continued laughing.

“So If I ask you to be my girlfriend, what’s your answer?” She stopped laughing and stared at me.

She looked at the night lights again.

“Look at that building.”She pointed. I went closer to her.

“Can you see something strange?” She looked at me.

“I can see a.... billboard of a little monkey.” She laughed.

“Good.”

“So what’s the connection of the billboard to your answer?”

“That reminds me of you “She smiled

“Mwo?!?!” She laughed again.

“You look like a Monkey.”

“Monkey?”

“Yeah.. A handsome, cute and talented Monkey.”

She looked at me. I smiled.

“So you answer’s yes?”

“What do you think?” She stuck out her tongue.

“KIM CHE EUN!SARANGHAE!!!” I shouted.

“Shut up,Lee Hyul Jae!They can hear you downstairs!” She covered my mouth.

I grabbed her hands.

“I don’t care.” I went closer to her. Our faces were really close. They were inches apart.

I was going to kiss her just then..............

“Hyung!I’m gonna attack you with ici—Oh My God!! My eyes!!!” Taemin covered his eyes.

Che Eun quickly pushed me away from her.

“Why did I cover my eyes?!?! My face is full of icing now!”

Che Eun and I laughed.

“I’m gonna get you some towel.”She went out of the room.

“Yah!Taemin! What’s wrong with you?!”

“I was going to attack Hyung but you were about to kiss Noona,so I covered my eyes”

I laughed again then we heard a shout.

“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!! UNNI! DONGHAE! Stop it now! I don’t want to get dirty!AAAAAHHHHHHH!!”Che Eun ran and quickly closed the door.

“Whew!Crazy people.” She panted.

“Taemin-ah,Here towel.”She smiled.

“Gomawo Noona” Taemin wiped his face.

“We should get going now, Dad’s gonna scold us if we’ll arrive late.”

“Okay Hyung, I’ll just wash my face for a while.”

We went out of Che Eun’s room. I said goodbye to her family and Donghae.

“Eunhyuk-ssi, next time you’ll come here and Umma’s gonna buy a cake again. I’m gonna put a lot of icing on your face.”Jae Eun Noona said.

 I laughed.

“Thank you again for inviting us here. We’ll go now bye.” Taemin and I bowed.

“Bye.” All of them said together.

Taemin and I went home.

This is the luckiest day of my life.
