'I can't wait to go back to school.' Hae said, leaning his head against Kyu's shoulder.

Kyu smiled. 'Yeah, I guess some normal people would calm you down, you've been through a lot lately.'

'I wouldn't call Yunho, his sisters or Changmin normal.' Hae huffed.

Kyu caressed Hae's soft features. He felt his friend relax.

'I love you so much Kyu.' Hae whispered as he slowly fell asleep.

'I love you too Hae.' Kyu pecked his forehead.

'Well isn't this nice and cosy.' Hyuk growled.

'Shhh let him sleep.' Kyu said.

'Stop touching him.'

Kyu kept caressing the sleeping boy. Challenging Hyuk with his eyes and deeds. 'Sungmin, I have a question.'

Sungmin looked up from the newspaper he was reading.

'Why don't you guys go to school?'

Sungmin smiled.  'We already finished school and some of us went to a university as well. You are forgetting we are older than we look.'

'Right' Kyu nodded. 'So how can you guys live since I don't see any of you actually working?'

Hae smacked his lips together, making Kyu look down and smile. He rubbed his thumb over the boy's soft lips, earning a glare from the fire handler.

'We sometimes do work when we get really bored but basically we have enough money, we own lots of companies and literally some gold and diamond mines. It's handy to have certain abilities.' Sungmin smiled. 'Like that one time Amber accidently found oil, that was hilarious.'

'I see.' Kyu nodded and played with Hae's hair.

'Will you stop touching him!' Hyuk exploded.

Hae's eyes snapped open. 'What's wrong, Hyukkie, why are you upset?' He mumbled.

'Get your lazy off the couch and follow me.' Hyuk snarled.

Hae pouted. 'What did I do?'

Sungmin and Kyu followed them upstairs. On the way up, Sungmin softly slapped Kyu over the head.

'What?' Kyu said.

'Stop teasing him.'

'But it's so much funnnnnnn.' Kyu smirked. 'And I like touching Hae.'

Sungmin looked away. 'I see.'

'When will we resume our training?' Kyu asked.

'Later today or tomorrow, okay?'

'Great!'

'Sungmin, if Yesung tries anything, shock him.' Hyuk said.

Sungmin nodded.

Hyuk got rid of the cage Yesung was in. They briefly made eye contact.

Yesung walked towards Hae and sat himself down right in front of the nervous boy.

'Don't be nervous.' Yesung said softly. 'I don't bite.'

Hyuk huffed while Kyu laughed out loud.

Yesung looked at Kyu for a second and scanned his aura. He bit his lip. This was very interesting.

'Who are you?' He asked Kyu.

'What do you mean? I'm Hae's best friend, oh, and I'm human.'

'Hmmmmm.' Yesung said. 'You really care a lot about Donghae.'

Yesung looked at Hae. 'And Donghae cares a lot about you too. You two would die for each other.'

'Yeah yeah they are close, we get it, move along.' Hyuk growled.

Yesung smiled.

'How do you feel about being a water handler?' Yesung asked.

'It's overwhelming, a part of me likes it another part is scared.'

'Why scared?'

'I don't want to hurt anyone.'

'What level are you?'

'Level?'

'Each handler has a certain level of competence.' Sungmin explained. 'There are six levels that we know of. Basic ability to manipulate your element, attack, protection, mass attack, mass protection and healing. Furthermore we have magnitude, how much can you conjure and at what range.'

Hae nodded. 'I guess I'm level 3.'

'He's at least level 5.' Hyuk stated.

Hae's eyes widened.

'And he can empty an entire lake, we haven't tested range yet.' Hyuk added.

'His range is enormous as well.' Sungmin said remembering the protected animal thing in the forest.

'The bonding helped as well.' Yesung said while he glanced at Hyuk.

The latter coughed and looked away.

'Ugh, I wish they would stop each other dry.' Kyu commented.

Hae blushed deeply. 'I'm sorry' He said as he looked at his hands.

'You should feed off humans as well though.' Yesung stated.

Hyuk tensed up.

'You can't be solely dependent on Hyukjae.'

'I'm not going to harm humans or anyone else.' Hae said firmly.

'But it's okay to harm your leader?' Yesung lifted an eyebrow.

'N-n-no but he seems to l-l-like it.' Hae stuttered.

'Others might like it too.' Kyu said.

'Can we drop this topic?' Hyuk said impatiently.

'Hyuk, if Hae doesn't start drinking others soon, it's dangerous.' Min said softly.

'I bloody know!' Hyuk yelled. 'But he's stubborn as !'

'And you don't want him all over someone else.' Kyu said while he inspected his hands.

'Hey it's good for the Kims. If we want to get rid of two powerful vamps we only need to kill Hyukjae. Donghae will soon die after cause of thirst.' Yesung said calmly.

Kyu froze. 'I'll make him drink me.'

'Over my dead body!' Hyuk yelled.

'Well technically then it would be too late, wouldn't it.' Kyu screamed.

'He's not you!'

'So you rather have him dead?' Kyu was furious.

Hyuk's eyes widened. 'NO!'

'I'm right here, you know.' Donghae said softly.

Everyone looked at him.

'I will decide if I ever drink from someone else, not anyone of you.' He continued.

'Hae...' Kyu said.

'No, Kyu, I guess for now Hyuk should just make sure he doesn't die.'

'I think the problem is that between Hyuk and Hae the act of drinking isn't just feeding any longer, it's a part of their uality.' Yesung exclaimed.

'Ewwwww, I'd rather not imagine that scrawny monkey on top of my beautiful Hae.' Kyu outed.

A small ray of fire hit Kyu on the wrist.

'Ouch.'

'Show respect.' Hyuk snarled.

Hae held some cold water against the light burn while he looked angry at his leader. 'Are you okay, Kyu baby?' He whispered.

Kyu pouted, making sure tears were on the brim of falling from his eyes as he nodded slowly.

Buckets and buckets of ice cold water were suddenly poured over Hyuk, who cursed and ran off to go change, but he heard the last words of the human.

'Please protect me from that evil monkey, Hae Hae.'

Yesung burst out in laughter.
