Park Hyunae’s POV

Me and Choi-hee just finished eating dinner and we’re now on our pajamas, sitting on our shared bed. I was in deep thoughts when a pillow hit me directly on my face. I immediately snap out of my thoughts and looked at Choi-hee

“YAH! What was that for?” I shouted

“What are you thinking about? I was talking to you and you just ignore me” she said pouting

I sniffed “I need a job” I said seriously

She tilted her head “Again? Why?”

“I want to help my parents, I feel like a big pain in the ” I said kicking the blanket

“What happened now? You look desperate, no offence” she said

“I’AM DESPERATE! I called them a while ago, and when I asked them how they are doing, my mom said she just got home from work and she’s about to eat dinner, while my dad’s till at work working overtime, and it’s all because of me!” I said almost in the verge of tears, I sighed and grabbed the big teddy bear beside me.

“All because of you?” Choi-hee asked confused

I buried my face on the teddy bear “Yeah. Since they want me to be prepared enough for college and sent me here. Now they’re stressing themselves just to afford my schooling here” my words sounded slurred “They even told me not worry, but how can I not worry!”

She rested her chin on a pillow “We’ve been looking for a job for you here in Seoul since the day you arrived, and it’s only now I know the reason why you want a job” she said “but do you still remember that we gave up because there were no available jobs, and I don’t think there is an open job now” she added

“Wow, thanks for making me feel better” I said sarcastically

“Seoul might be big, but it’s not easy to look for a job here, I tell you” she said smiling

“Aish, I know that….. What am I gonna do?” I said whining

Our conversation was distracted when Choi-hee’s phone rang. I looked at her as she answered the call.

“Yoboseyo” she answered “Oh, oppa, why are you calling? Is there something wrong?”

‘Oppa?’ I thought, it’s a guy then, I wonder who.. I continued to looked at her

“Eh!? Right now?” Choi-hee’s eyes widened as she reply.. A small pause as the caller talked..

“But—“ Choi-hee tried to complain but was cut by whoever the caller is “Aigoooo! Araso, araso.. We’re coming, bye” she said as she shut her phone close

“What was that about?” I asked curious.. She gave me a strange grin

“Umm, eheh.. Hyunae-ah, SHINee oppas wants to meet up with us” she said

“SHINee?” I laughed at the name “What is that?” I asked chuckling

She sighed “You know.. Key oppa, Jonghyun oppa and the others are called SHINee” she explained

‘Jonghyun’ I thought.. “Oh yeah, I remember them especially that Jonghyun jerk” I said “So that will be the name of their group when they debut”

“Ne. Ne. Now let’s go change, I told them we’ll go”

“What? It’s already 9:00pm, I want to sleep” I complained

“Aisht. Stop whining” Choi-hee pulled my hand “C’mon, maybe the others wants to meet you, or maybe Jonghyun will apologize now.. Oh and you don’t know they might actually know some available jobs” she said trying to convince me

I looked at her for a second and nodded “Alright, I’ll go” I said standing up and went to change my clothes. Choi-hee released my hand and grin.

‘Let’s see, they might actually know some available jobs, and maybe Jonghyun will apologize now’ I thought

Key’s POV

I shivered as I felt the cold wind brushed my face.. Me and Jonghyun are standing by the playground, it’s already 9:30PM children went to bed early for school tomorrow that’s why the playground’s empty.

“Are you really sure about this” I asked

He shrugged “I can’t think of any other ways, so, yeah!” he answered smiling. He’s really proud of himself for thinking about this idea. I sighed.

FLASHBACK 3O MINUTES AGO:

“What are you smiling at mister bling?” I asked

“I have a plan” he told me

“A plan? For what?”

“A plan to escape from fan girls” he said with an evil smile

“Ok you do know you can’t completely get away from them right? I mean you can avoid ‘some’ of them but not get away from them” I said heading to the sink to wash the dishes

He stood up and lean by the counter “Yeah, I know that.. That’s exactly what I mean.. To avoid some of them”

“Ok, so what is your brilliant plan eh?” I asked again, curious

“I’ll hire someone to act as my girlfriend” he said proudly with a grin

I almost drop the glass from my hand “WHAT? Hire someone to be your girlfriend?” I asked surprise about his idea to avoid fan girls. He just nodded.

“Isn’t that a bit insulting.. I mean to ‘hire’ a girl to be your fake girlfriend” I said “and besides where will you find a girl who’ll agree to this. You know you can’t hire your own fan girl to be your fake girlfriend right? It’ll just make everything worse” I added

“Yeah, I know that. I already have a girl in mind” he said raising his eyebrows

“Really? Who?” I asked curious

“The girl with Choi-hee”

“You mean Hyunae?” I laughed

“What are you laughing at” he asked

“YOU PABO! You think she’ll agree after the incident a while ago” I continued laughing

“YAH! stop laughing if I have to apologize just for her to agree, then….. I guess I will?” he said. I shrugged my shoulders grinning and continued to rinse the plates

“I’ll call Choi-hee, let’s meet up with them now after you’re done with that” he said grabbing his phone from his pocket.

-END OF FLASHBACK-

“Yah, are you sure it’s gonna work?” I asked Jonghyun

“I’ll make it work” he said determined about this

“But don’t you think they’ll attack you more, once they found out about this ‘relationship’?” I asked again.

“That’ll only last for a few days, and then they’ll stop once they realized they can’t do anything about it anymore.” He said looking up the sky

“Yah! Oppa!” I turned my head to the side and saw Choi-hee and Hyunae walking closer to us.

“The girl needs a makeover” I told Jonghyun as I saw Hyunae’s outfit. He just smiled creepily.

“They’re here” Jonghyun smirked

3^rd PERSONS POV

Hyunae and Choi-hee made their way towards the playground and saw two figures. The others are obviously not present; they stopped when they reach Key and Jonghyun

“Oh good you’re here” Key said. Hyunae looked at Jonghyun who was staring at her. He then garb her wrist

“YAH! what are you doing?” Hyunae said struggling to get out of his grip

“Tch. It’s not like I’ll do anything to you. I just want to offer you something” he said “C’mon” he dragged Hyunae to the other end of the playground

“Hyunae-ah!” choi-hee called out

“Don’t worry, Jonghyun will just ask him something” Key said as he rested his elbow on Choi-hee’s shoulder.

Jonghyun stopped behind the monkey bars and the big slide, and then she faced Hyunae. He still hadn’t let go of her wrist.

“What do you want? Let go of my wrist” Hyunae said in a low voice

But instead of letting go of her wrist Jonghyun took a step closer. Now his face is just inches away from Hyunae. She blushed a little at the closeness and turned her head to the side to avoid eye contact with Jonghyun.

“Y-yah! B-back off.. or else” Hyunae stammered

“Or else, what?”

“Or else, I’ll shout ” she warned

“Tch.” Is the only thing that Jonghyun said.. After a minute of silence, he's still holding Hyunae when suddenly....

“ !” she started shouting, Jonghyun’s eyes widened and immediately raised his other hand to cover “ Everybody help! R-aa—a--“ Hyunae tried to shout louder but was stopped by Jonghyun’s hand

“YAH! Stop that, people might believe you. Aisht” he said still covering

“Let go of me” Hyunae said narrowing her eyes at him. Jonghyun finally let go of her. “What do you really want!?” she asked raising her voice

“Be my girlfriend” Jonghyun said without hesitation
