Valiant, smart and handsome Kim Jongin is taking on a serious case; the people of his town are going missing and he's taking it upon himself to get to the bottom of it. As an aspiring detective, he will do all he can to find the missing people and lock the person responsible behind bars. The day would be saved. He'd see his tan, flawless face on every cover page of magazines and newspapers around town.

But until then, Jongin stumbles upon an important clue— something so crucial that it’d be a disaster to miss. It was a piece of an old folk tale told by a deranged grandmother to his best friend and investigating colleague, Oh Sehun. Jongin never believed in myths and legends. He wanted facts. He wanted reality. But his friend is very persuasive and so he sets off to chase shadows of the past and in-between, trying to solve the case and be the day’s hero. With millions of questions still unanswered and the number of missing persons increase, Jongin thinks that the clue is nowhere near to what he is trying to achieve…
