lost in your tomorrow
Description
“Without the night, we can never see the stars.
I love you, Areum.”
He tells her stories that she believes in, and she is forever lost in them. Like a hidden character waiting to be revealed, she floats in an abyss ventured by none— lost and forgotten. She waits for a tomorrow to come; a spark of light to vanquish her shadows. But everything remains the same.
Nothing.
Foreword
Excerpt:
Areum’s body shook violently against his chest. Her tears were unable to stop flowing, and her head felt so light. Wake me up, please; wake me up.
The male embracing her said nothing at first. He contemplated on whether he should say something, but she looked as though words were of no match to her deceived mind. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath— hands moving automatically to smooth her long chestnut hair, the feeling left a tingle on his fingertips but otherwise he ignored it. He knew better than to fall back into those emotions.
“Live for the past; remember yesterday,” he spoke. “Forget the tomorrow that may never come.”
