Chapter 27: I Love You

Dae's POV:

I hide behind the pillar, feeling embarassed and stupid for worrying.

I see...You'd rather spend time with that la plage than me?

Fine...I can get a clue.

I slowly back away, only to bump into someone carrying a bunch of books.

"Oh my gosh I'm so so sorry!" I say apologetically.

I start helping the person pick up the books as quickly as possible.

I hope that didn't too much attention to myself...

"Dae is that you?" a familiar voice behind me asks.

Shoot!

I quickly grab a book and put it infront of my face.

"Uh who is this Dae you speak of?" I ask lowering my voice a bit.

"Dae, don't be stupid. I know it's you." Daehyun says.

I sigh and put down the book.

"Yeah I'm fine..." I mumble, straightening myself out and standing up. "What's up Daehyun?"

"Dae?" Sally says behind Daehyun and pointing at me, "Dae? That's Temperance."

My eyes widen in panic. 

Shoot! We weren't paying attention to our surroundings! If she finds out she'll tell Ren...Then he'll definitely know...

"Oh did I say Dae? I meant Temperance." Daehyun lies.

"But how could you mess that up? You did it twice, and she responded." Sally says suspiciously. Looking at Daehyun and then Me.

I try to look as nonchalant, but I don't think it's working.

"Somethings going on here..." Sally says.
