Chapter 21: My Plan

Dae's POV:

"Hey I'm getting the hang of it!" I say happily as I skate a whole 6 inches away from Minhyun. "I did it! Did you see that!? I actually did it!"

Minhyun smiles watching me  skate farther away from him and the wall.

"Well it's about time! We've been practicing for 2 and half hours! Who knew it'd take you that long?" he jokes.

I stick my tongue out at him as I skate away.

I'm gonna be a pro at this in no t--

"Dae!" Minhyun yells over at me as I run into the person beside me.

"Sorry!" I say trying to get up but failing as I fall each time.

"Need some help there?"

I look up to come face to face with no other than

Ren.

"Still a beginner?" Ren asks. "Don't worry I was too, but I got pretty good at it."

"What? You've never skated before and you're this good?" I ask in shock.

Ren smirks. "I have natural talent, unlike...some others..."

I scoff. Yeah a natural talent to be a jerk!

"Want me to teach you?" He asks.

"You?" I laugh, "No, thanks. I'll stick to having Minhyun as a teacher." I say and skate over towards Minhyun.

"Let's go Minhyun!" I say pulling his arm.

"That was so much fun!" I say smiling as we return our skates.

"Yeah, you learned how to skate." Minhyun says.

"You're getting pretty good." Daehyun adds.

"But I'm still better." Ren and Sally say at the same time.

Of course they would both think that since their both coniving little weasels!

"I think Temperance was pretty good." Minhyun says.

"Yeah she was better." Daehyun adds making Sally give me a glare.

Is it my fault he thought I was better than you? No, stop being such a la plage.

I fake a smile, "But Sally you were pretty good too...for a beginner." I say and turn around leaving.

I feel Sally glare daggers in my back, but frankly I don't give a fig.

"Well I got to go too then." Daehyun says turning to leave.

"Why? You don't always have to do what that girl says." Sally says grabbing Daehyun's arm.
