MODERN DAY

oh se-hun and his very unique girlfriend, park hee-song, have been a modern couple for five months already. but as time passes by, they are taken back to the joseon era to fix their past problem. their relationship was a mistake, and was never to be made, until se-hun had found hee-song.

JOSEON ERA

se-hun, is a crown prince who idles around and stares at nature. he's a prince that usually skips his studies on the book of filal duties, and sneaks out the palace to ride horses in the fields. his lonely life just grows darker and darker, until he sees one of the palace maids out on the field picking the flowers. he falls head-over-heels for her, and starts to treat her with goodies and such, but he doesn't know the girl has no interest in him.

this palace maid is a smirky and quick-witted girl that already has a fiancee, and is dreading to the days she actually sees the man's face. her heart is empty, and she is full of cruel remarks, and cold thoughts, but her heart warms meeting a mysterious namin that left a small imprint on her heart. but as the days grow, she grows fonder over the crown prince, and also finds out he has a finacee as well.

that's when the modern-couple comes in. se-hun and hee-song must find each other again or else, their relationships will be broken in the future.

Foreword

OH SEHUN

SEHUN, in modern day time, was quite the male in his school. he was great at studies, could play sports (and dance), attracted ninety-eight percent of the female population, and had a huge crush on the unnoticed nerd, hee-song. he didn't know when it happened, but it all started when he had gotten lost on a field trip, and she had found him and led him back to the group. he then, had suddenly felt a weird feeling in his chest as he knew more about her. in the joseon era, it's also the same story. se-hun falls for hee-song, but is at the top of the social class. there would be no way for him and hee-song to be together. especially when he has an evil fiancee that wants attention and her family to keep hold onto the throne. but would modern-day se-hun be able to fight for his true love, or let his life be ruined by the past?

PARK HEE-SONG

PARK HEE-SONG. ever heard of her? no. she wasn't a very popular person at school, but she was really smart. hee-song can be stubborn and cold, but that's what made se-hun like her even more. both in modern and joseon. it's just that she's not like any other girl that swoons over kpop and men so easily, and she's not focused on marriage. even her fiancee, that's a total playboy, has a little crush on the nerd. hee-song is not only hiding from se-hun, but also the marriage her parents had set up. she wouldn't change her family name even if they had given her a million nyang. hee-song's problems end up in the field of flowers where she can view the sky and mountains in piece and smell in the fresh air. but that's when she meets the crown prince who also falls for her. but her heart doesn't know if se-hun is actually the one for her. her choice must be made clear before the wedding. is he the one?

KIM JONG-IN

the fiancee of park hee-song, and the player of joseon. his heart can never belong to just one woman. not until he met hee-song. his future wife. JONG-IN, is se-hun's closest friend, but he can never be friends with the one that also is in love with the woman he's engaged to, and who is winning her heart as well. jong-in may be nice and sweet in the beginning, but as the relationship hardens, his sweetness turns to cold and y. he's not going to lose so fast. not to the crown prince. his lonely heart only waits for hee-song's, but he knows that one day he will have her heart for sure.

JEONG JI-YOUNG

even though this girl has the looks of a sweet girl, her real personality is not what it seems. JI-YOUNG often acts the way she looks, but when the person turns away from her, her eyes narrow and her voice hardens. ji-young's father is a very greedy nobleman who has the king's approval of the crown prince marrying his daughter. this is their chance to take the throne. everything of the royals will be theirs as long as ji-young is engaged to the crown prince, and her father is in the court. until, she finds out about the crown prince's crucial love affair with a palace maid. ji-young, for the first time ever, becomes jealous of the lowly palace maid and banishes her from the palace, but of course, that wouldn't stop her fiancee. ji-young will do anything to get rid of that girl, but as she finds out the girl has a fiancee, will she rip the crown prince's heart or kindly keep it a secret to keep him in his happy world?

if you don't like historical and a lot of deep romcance, this might not be the right fanfic for you. i hope you enjoy, i took a long time trying to write this whole story out. there will be some historical drama osts randomly put into the writings. komo-a-way-o again! ♥
