Seungri looked hard at the drink he held in his hand, swirling around the last of it and watching it as if hypnotized. ‘But Seungri, I love you,’ she stated. And Seungri wanted to give her points for keeping her cool – so unlike the previous two. He gulped down the last of his drink before sliding his glass nonchalantly towards the barman and getting up from the bar stool. ‘Are you not even going to look at me?’ She could feel the threat of angry tears forming at the corners of her eyes now, hot and inconvenient. Still, they flowed down her cheeks as she watched Seungri’s retreating form. ‘Seungri-ah,’ she whispered even though he would not hear. * * * 29th June: Broke up with Cho Hee. Took it better than most. Still, just another heart for my collection. On to the next one. Seungri scribbled messily into his journal next to a small Polaroid of their selca, sat beneath the flickering light on his desk. Apart from a small space in the shape of a perfect square around where his journal sat, the desk was a sea of clutter. Pizza boxes… half-empty pizza boxes, broken fragments of compartments of something and miscellaneous pieces of paper with more scribbles laid haphazardly around him. Apart from his journal, there was one more treasured possession which he owned. He it now, fondly, feeling the cool smooth glass beneath his fingertips which sent a shiver down his spine.
